Friendly staff, Laurie and Ken, thanks for the conversation. Great taste flavoring of the caramel macchiato smoothie. I would like more of the coffee taste though and milk options. The caramel stood out but not the coffee.

This place is the best!! The friendly people and positive energy is contagious! It makes you excited to get healthy, excited to get active, and excited to push yourself. Plus these are hands down the best tasting protein shakes and energy tea in the valley.

This is place is great if need something on the go, or if you just want to sit at their bar and drink something healthy. Michael and Ken are great and remember you by name. They have great recommendations if you dont know what to try first. Aside from their amazing smoothie and tea menu...they also offer weight loss programs. They even sell you the products that they use themselves to take home and make it yourself.

I’m so happy that I stumbled upon East Valley Nutrition! Their shakes are amazing!! They taste just like desserts but without the bad stuff and full of protein! My favorite is the Banana Nut Bread. Their energy teas also give me life. Perfect after a workout or just for a nice afternoon treat.👌🏼

If you want to get on the right nutrition plan you need to go see Ken. After 3.5 weeks following with he told me to eat I lost 27 lbs. 5% body fat and gained 3.5% muscle. This guy knows what he is doing.💪

Amazing! The people, the atmosphere and of course the shakes are all AMAZING!!! I always feel uplifted and motivated when Im here. The coaches have helped me shred 11 inches off my waist alone! All in 30 days. These nutrition shakes are BOMB!

The people here are always so friendly and the shakes/teas are delicious. A great after-workout stop on your way home. The shakes keep me full for about 5 hours!
