Love this location always helpful and willing to help. Today we went in to restore my phone and Sherwin was very attentive and went above and beyond yo help us get all of our data back.

Ive previously been to this location several months ago, as well as today, and on both occasions my experience was terrible, but this review will apply to todays experience. When I walked in, it appeared the few employees I saw were having a party... having a good old time, but I was approached by Carlos and told I needed to be put on a waiting list, and that they would call me when theyre ready to help me. I asked Why, where are the customers? And, Carlos said in a condescending tone Theres a customer there and there... pointing to people that appeared to be employees. Well, not buying it, I left and drove 3 miles or so to the T-Mobile store at Alma School and Chandler Blvd., was EFFICIENTLY helped by Anthony, who was a perfect sweetheart, and who replaced my broken screen protector and FIXED my screen sensitivity problem BEFORE CARLOS CALLED ME BACK. Dont be like Carlos, and dont waste your time at this location!

Visited this location on Monday, we bought a new device. We followed the printed directions on activating new device and failed. The new phone was a birthday present and we were very frustrated in the new process of activation. We stopped at this location expressed our needs and the staff directed us to the printed form again. We clearly understand the Covid guidelines but didnt feel supported with our situation. I didnt catch the associate name but he made us feel unwelcomed. Thankfully we called another location in Alma School and QueenCreek Rd, and Leea took care of us and was absolutely AMAZING!!! We followed the covid Rules and waited outside while one of us with a mask went inside. BOOM ! She helped us out ! We left very happy bc all it took was great customer service and going above & beyond for the customers! I will never return to the Arizona Ave location!

The best t-mobile experience Ive had yet! Jose welcomed my family and I once we walked into the store. We were with Sprint so we were looking to transfer carriers... Jose explained the deals they had going on, got my information, showed us all the phones they had, worked his magic, and we walked out the store with 3 NEW phones & LINES!!! Free netflix too! Yayyy!! Thank you Jose!! You have great customer service & we are definitely referring family and friends to this particular store!! We have better service & my phone bill is WAY lower!! Thank you!!

Friendly staff.I have stopped here to have issues fixed in two different occasions. They got things taken care of quickly and without a hassle.The parking can be a pain during busier times, but its worth it.The staff is fluent in Spanish for those friends & family that needed it.

T-Mobile SUX!!! Not going back. Will buy the phone directly from the manufacturer. T-Mobile adds on multiple fees if you just want a phone. Buying a phone should be exciting - not frustrating.

Friendly Service, nice phone selection. Wish rates were lower when bundled with multiple phones and love lines. However, T-Mobile rates are competitive with the other carriers.

Thats my service store. There the best store most polite people just restored inside on used furniture. If you go there ask for Jose hes the best Ill take care of you.

Absolutely terrible. You probably shouldnt setup network plans with phones that arent even compatible for the service. I guess she did not know how to do her job. Will never step into this location ever again. I highly do not recommend. You will be lied to, or given incorrect information from consultants that dont completely know what theyre doing.

Very poor choice of phones, as everywhere in t-mobil.

Terrible service. Waited at least 20 minutes while 2 people helped customers amd the other played with a phone. Customers need to come first. Always happens at this location

Friendly staff. The only thing is that when I went in the manager kept telling customer that a employee called out and that there was little he could do for the wait. It just did not seem professional.
