I went in last week to have my iPhone X repaired. Not only was the scree cracked but the battery was swelling and starting to cause my phone to actually separate. I was able to get a quote quickly and the repair was done in about 30-40 minutes, which was pretty impressive!Everyone at the store was friendly, super helpful and accommodating. Well worth the $ and Im glad I finally got it done before my phone actually did come all the way apart lol. Definitely would use again in the future (though lets hope that doesnt happen again!)

CPR Cell Phone repair is awesome! Cora and Norm helped me out when someone carelessly left their cigarette burning on the back of my Galaxy S20 Ultra and broke the glass. Was able to get it repaired in 30inutes. Great place if you need service for your smartphones or accessories too!

We came in with an Xbox One S with a crash hard drive, I was so impressed with the experience here. They greated with an honest appraisal and up front cost that I was so pleased with, we left our console and hrs later they had called me to let me know they were done and all was restored and it was ready. We went to pick it up and they said my deposit was all I needed to pay thats it I was expecting the full quote but they said no need I will be bringing anything I break back here thank you CPR

Nice dude. Once my new phone screen came in, quickly a day before fixing, and he fixed my phone the day the screen was received and it took him an hour.

***SCAM*** make sure not to follow their ads of selling tvs from FB marketplace. I was told they are selling tv for $50 down. When I went there they said $50 is just downpayment for the finance. Tv was new and price was $1500. Nothing was mentioned about this on the fb marketplace. Unethical and totally unprofessional way to bring customers to the shop.

I brought my phone in for a screen repair, a slight separation in the top right corner. Everything else worked fine. They replaced the screen and I was extremely happy for about a week. Then things started to go sideways on my phone. I brought it back in for a look and they replace the screen again. This worked for two weeks then back to CPR. I was then told The battery was swollen and the frame was bent. Well, why didn’t you bring this up when you repaired it the first time? Or the second?They offered to replace battery and replace the screen again however spending another $200 bucks after just spending $275 on the phone didn’t seem smart. Bottom line here, I’m out $275 bucks my phone is still broken and in worse shape than when I brought it in.

Had to take it back because the glue didnt hold the frame and new glass on. I paid way to much to have glued on frame

Had to bring in my Pixel 4XL for a broken screen, ended up receiving the phone with a malfunctioning vibration sensor but after calling the store the manager Kyle overnighted the part and fixed it the next day at no extra cost. If you have the money, the value, service and people here will absolutely take care of you and your devices!

4/8/2021 My cellular carrier truly disappointed me when I learned I would need to go 24 hours without my phone while waiting for a replacement, I would lose all of my data in my phone and I learned less than 24 month old phone filled with plenty of my life’s history would be lost. OMGGGGGI google CPR, because their logo look like it could save my life it it was I that was sick.Kyle the Regional Manager saw my mental pain not physical, he smiled and said we can help you!!! No you’ll not loose your data. We got you.I’m back to normal with all my Data and am a very happy person. Why do I have a cell phone carrier as of today I’m still wondering. They couldn’t help me CPR did. They did CPR on my issues and resolved each and everyone of them in my cell phone. It’s a miracle.If you have phone issues and more call CPR. I was saved by the 995 West Elliot Road team with Kyle the Region Manager leading the path.

I brought my Google Pixel 3 XL to CPR for a screen replacement. They ended up damaging the front camera and ambient light sensor AND shattering the back glass in the process. The photo you see with this review is how I got my phone back from them. I gave them multiple opportunities to make it right and they did not. I asked for a full refund and was denied. Im now left with a defective $1,000+ flagship smartphone and am also out the $242.24 paid for their services. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your smartphone repair needs.

I highly recommend these guys if you need your cell phone repaired. I have a OnePlus 7 Pro and the screen was cracked from dropping the phone in a parking lot. I went to and called at least 5 different cell phone shops and these guys were the only shop that was able to get the parts and repair my phone. After the new screen arrived 3 days later I brought my phone into them and they had it repaired in less than an hour and a half. The phone looks brand new and works better than ever. They were also helpful in getting the insurance from my credit card to pay for the repair.

Be careful! I walked out of here with a phone more broken than when I went in.Broken screen on my iPhone. Josh quoted $99 to replace the screen said it would take 30 min. When I returned I was told that my home button no longer works. After asking him about it several times he finally admitted that he accidentally cut the cord. He refused to make it right and still wanted me to pay full price for the repair and only offered to put in a new home button that wouldn’t have the same functionality – and the touch ID wouldn’t work. After giving him several opportunities to correct the situation which he denied, I walked out of there with a phone that I can’t even use. He wouldn’t even repair the piece he broke unless I paid him to fix it. I would definitely suggest going somewhere else to get your phone fixed. If you look at other reviews I’m not the only one this has happened to. I have never in my life experienced such horrible service. This was downright fraud. I am filling a complaint with the BBB. Please do yourself a favor and choose a different repair shop.

I went to your store to have a new battery installed in my phone. I was told, that it would take an hour to do it. I was there an hour later and my phone was ready to be picked up. The associate I spoke with, was also very nice.

Apple took and week and a half to schedule me for a non working touch screen (not broke, just stopped working due to a iphone X defect). Drove to the appt and the store was closed with no notification given. Took phone to CPR and they guys checked it out right away and helped me backup all the info, which took almost a entire day, but they made it happen. Awesome place, highly recommend

Excellent reception upon entering the store. My tech listened to my issues and offered his advice and moving forward with a solution. He corrected one issue in the settings and installed a new battery to correct the other. Total time was less than 50 minutes.

While they werent able to save my Note9 from a watery grave, they did seem to be very knowledgeable and provided professional friendly service. Also purchased a new liquid screen protector from them and had it applied.

Technician really tried to repair my iPhone 7 but it turned out to be a software issue corrupting my chip set. He performed many parts repairs but to no avail. Very informative with my questions and info on the inherent issues of this product. He didnt charge me a penny. Ill be heading back when I need more repairs and would recommend this shop highly.

I went into the Chandler location and an employee named Jensen greeted me. I told him there was something wrong with my charging port, he took it in the back, analyzed it, then I heard a noise like a vacuum, he came back out with my phone, I put the charger on it and it worked. He said it was only a build up of pocket lint. He didnt try to make money off me and tell me it was something that needed a repair. I wouldnt have known. It took 5 minutes. And he didnt charge me anything! I would recommend CPR to all my friends after going there. Jensen is a good knowledgeable and professional employee. Thank you Jensen and CPR!

Saw online that CPR fixed hard drive, power, disc tray, and HDMI issues on game consoles. There was also an option for other. My xbox was having internet connection issues that wasnt my providers fault and when I called to see if they could troubleshoot the man I spoke with had said they only fix HDMI issues only... They should probably have their website and store capabilities on the same page so searching customers like myself dont waste time.

My playstation 4 pro was fixed by them and i actually thought it was beyond repair but they pulled it off, this thing sees action everyday, it took a few days because they sent the wrong fan for it but once the right one showed up i got a call the next day thanks cpr

Needed a 512 Xs Max and they were on top of it. Process only took long because of my hesitation to choose what I wanted to do but one I made my mind up I had my phone in 3 days. Amazing customer service and will be coming back

This place is absolutely the best! I brought in my iPhone 8 that my son had dropped out of my car on the highway and it was run over multiple times. I thought it was a goner, it had pictures of my mother that are priceless to me. I brought it here thinking it could not be fixed but wanted to see if they could recover the pictures and to my surprise they were able to not only back up and recover the photos but they were able to get my phone up and running again! I am going to recommend this place to everyone. Thank you CPR!!!!!

I never purchase extended warranties but for some reason I did so this time. Contacted the Warranty Dept. They sent me fo to CPR Cell Repair. Norm had it for an hour and a half, picked my phone up and my phone is back to normal. No issues and cheaper with only covering my deductible. Ill remember this place if needed again.

Clean, professional, and fast. They gave me a bit of a run around on when the part would arrive, but that could have been an issue with the parcel company.

Simple transaction needed a battery replace on my Surface Pro 4. The store ordered the battery in advance of the actual service day. Which was helpful for me as we dont live in Phoenix and the store work with us to avoid any delay because of parts delivery. The replacement was done overnight, good friendly service.

First off I had to wait a week for my screen to come in then another 2 weeks for something cause my phone was fuzzy and then they gave me my phone and the lost the sim card trey holder. 1 week later they get it but it dosent fit my phone then they order another 1 1 week later now here is my phone all together. Would never go their again. Go somewhere else.

After a battery replacement gone south at a different repair facility, I contacted Jensen at CPR Chandler. He was able to retrieve all my files, plus more, from my torn apart HTC 10 (which no one likes working on, much less has the experience to). I receive a replacement HTC 10, with a worn out battery, of course. Jensen transferred all files to my new phone, as well as replace the battery with no issues. This gentleman knows what he is doing. Outstanding service and thorough knowledge of the products he works on.
