In to replace an IPhone 11 screen. Quick and easy process.

Decent prices and experienced staff. Downsides are the parking is fairly limited near the shop but its in a shopping distric with lot of parking nearby. Next to a coffee shop so it is easy to drop your phone off and hangout at the coffee shop while it is being repaired.

Employee admitted to never fixing an Xr screen crack. However, he fixed it within an hour. Immediately, after screen was very sensitive - I just assumed it was associated with new screen protector. Then less than 30 days later screen became pixelated. Returned to store and Brent the manager refused to honor 30 day policy of fixing screen at no additional cost.Extremely disappointed in service and lack of customer care, and expertise. I will never return to this business again.

Took my iphone 5 in today. Old but still working with failing screen and expanded battery pushing the phone apart. Tech was helpful, honest, and did not try to upsell me. Instead, for a great cost, finished the repair of new battery and new screen in just a few minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

They did everything they possibly could to fix my phone and put in all kinds of parts. In the end i feel like they redeemed their selves buy giving me a refund of the parts that i bought. I would say give them a shot because i think my situation doesnt happen very often and all the people who worked on it were very happy to try to do whatever it takes.

Sometimes I am leery of small mom-and-pop shops because I dont know how well their customer service will be like if I am not reasonably satisfied with their services.In the case of Quick-Fix, I had an issue with my phone not properly working after the screen was repaired. I had to take it back twice in order for it to work properly. Quick-Fix responded appropriately to the issue each time without a hassle. Their technician stuck to it until my phone was working properly. Kudos for Quick-Fix.

My girls phone screen cracked. We were walking by this business and saw that they offered repair services and randomly decided to walk in. Amanda greeted us with warmth and sincerity that I wouldnt expect from anyone but close friends. She went out of her way to offer help and information and even offered to stay late to conduct the necessary repair to the phone. She didnt need to be exceptional but she was, in every way. Friendly, warm, helpful, knowledgeable. I didnt expect any of that, but now I know where to go if I need repair work or accessories. I thought I would be dealing with an average experience at an average business but this girl was a rock star and we walked out with a brand new looking (and feeling) Iphone. The phone hadnt looked new since it was.....new. I hate to offer cliches like...(amazing service?)...but, ah...the service was amazing.

Took my iPhone 7 Plus to get a screen replacement so I could trade it in to my carrier. The service was fast only took 30 minutes but when I got my phone the whole side of the screen was lifted up as if it had not been installed properly. The girl at the desk said she would see if the phone repair guy could fix the lifted side. He walked by and said no. She said for me to take it to my carrier and they should still be able to trade it in. No the rep that helped me at my carrier said he used to fix screens and the lifted side was just due to laziness and not applying the adhesive correctly and letting it dry. So unless you want to lose $140 for someone to do make your phone worse than it already was I suggest not to go here. Now my phone had to be entered into a recycle program because it was deemed un usable by my provider.

So these people are the cheapest around, and we had an iPad screen to repair because my husband uses it for work.A few weeks later his iPad starts controlling itself (opening up random apps and ruining his credit transactions with customers) so we took it in to get looked at.The professionals at this other repair place (we moved states for work) said that the screen replacement was done poorly with low quality parts.QuickFix Cellular & PC didn’t just cost us $100, it lost us the $350 my husband should have made with it the two days it was glitching during work. I do NOT recommend this place.Really too bad the guy there was so kind.

If you are using an HTC brand of phone, dont waste your time with these guys. It is Too hard to put them back together. Did not even give us a viable option or the name of someone who can.

Had the screen on my S6 replaced about a year ago. They had the part on hand and completed the repair while I went to lunch. Dont understand the negative reviews. Highly recommend.

They fixed my wifes 4S screen in an hour and a half, and for way less than the other repair shops. The girl running the desk was very helpful and friendly, and doing business with them was an overall very pleasant experience. If you have the misfortune to have to replace your phone screen, Id definitely recommend going with these guys.

Used this place on two occasions. Very thoughtful receptionist who was motivated to help me understand how to achieve something on my phone. They fixed and replaced my broken screen same day. Then a month or so later I spilled a beverage on my same phone and brought it in because the sound wasn’t working. They fixed that same day and didn’t even charge me, because it was apparently such a simple fix. Very kind business practices.

I went in to get my boyfriends phone fixed because the screen was shattered. not even a week later i had to go back in and complain that they put the screen on off center and it caused him to crack the screen again. they told me i couldnt get any more than a $20 discount on the next replacement. not long after that my boyfriends phone continued to lose service or appear as searching... and it would only come back after he restarted his phone a couple times or removed the sim card and put it back in. now his screen has gone completely dark. though he can touch it and it will respond, he cannot see the screen at all.

Upon first entry I thought this was great shop. The receptionist was nice and informative. After they had my phone for eight days, missing the deadline that they set for themselves, dodging my telephone calls, and missing the 2nd deadline, I came back to pick up my phone which was still broken. The three gentlemen working there seem very irritated I was bothered that my phone hadnt been fixed and it had taken so long. AVOID

This place is excellent. I took my phone into a different repair shop to fix some water damage on my phone (screen wasnt working) and they told me there was absolutely nothing they could do. Took my phone here and they were able to replace the parts and restore the phone. Definitely recommend!

Helped me move my cell phone and port my number from Sprint to Cricket. They were very nice and open to letting me experiment with flashing my phone while it was running Cyanogenmod. It worked and they were great about it. Couldnt be happier.

Was told over the phone that my phone could be repaired and ready the next day. Went in the next day and was informed that they do not carry the glass for LG phones on hand, quoting me a time of appx. 1 week. I would pay for the part and a large labor rate. They even tried to charge me for performing a factory reset via a computer which I DID NOT ask for in an attempt to fix it.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I thought my screen was broken and they made my day when they told me it was the tempered glass protector that was broken. He took it off and put a new one and my screen was perfect again. Took him maybe a couple of minutes.

Friendly employees. Pricing consistent. Low score because after a phone screen was replaced, I had to return twice for proper sealing of back. The day that I picked up my phone, while applying the screen protector, the phone screen cracked, once again. This is considered user-damage and not covered by the warranty, even though I was applying no more pressure than holding the phone. I have a hard time believing that this was not a defect in the screen. $370 wasted.

I highly recommend Quickfix. They replaced a cracked camera lens on my LG V20. This phone was a replacement from T-Mobile. T-M charged me $150.00 to replace the phone because of cracked camera lens. If I had known about Quickfix before I would have saved a lot of money. Insurance for my phone runs $120.00 a year plus have to pay for a replacement. Both Amanda and Brent are great to work with. Especially with older people like myself.

Dropped my phone (Galaxy Note II) and 3 hours later it was repaired. Granted they had the parts to fix in stock (screen broke) but I was impressed at the quick turn around. I was able to return new phone and get damaged phone activated. Saved money in the process.

They did an amazing job repairing the screen on my phone. The next day my phone was having issues with the touch so I brought it in and even though I couldnt recreate the problem they still took time to look at it and fix it because of the 30 day guarantee (Ive been to some places where if you cant recreate the problem, they wont believe you and say they cant do anything about it). They fixed the problem and now my phone is now back to 100%. Also, the employees are both incredibly nice and very knowledgable.

Left my phone sitting on top of my car and proceeded to drive to work. I saw it fly off the top of the car and spin several times midair, then bounce on the road several times. I cannot believe that Quick Fix Cellular was able to fix it but they did. They are miracle workers!

Ive used this place before and it was good. i dont know if they got new owner people not knowing how to work on phones but The quality is not there any more Took my iphone in for a screen came back to pick it up and the one side of the screen was sticking out and the girl said just get a new case

Also these pictures you got about me I can find them on my iCloud and Facebook that were already on there. I need my video and pictures which I cannot recover them.I didn’t think I can pay when you didn’t get the right pictures, videos which i need you help. But you did.I am sorry to say that. Their hours for sat says till 7 pm and on their door. I came at 5 :45 and they looked closed for the night! Lights out, doors locked.Not professional to say ur open till a certain time, then are closed.

I took my Samsung in and they helped me determine that even if they fixed my cracked screen, it would have deeper rooted issues. They could have just fixed the screen and taken my money, but wanted the best for me. Many thanks for their help--Ill be going back when I have a repairable issue! (p.s. I ended up getting a new phone through insurance)

Replaced the glass on the back of my fiancees iPhone 4s for 20 bucks and completed the job in 10 minutes. These guys are awesome!

Worst customer service ever. First it was one week to get the screen fixed. Then it became 10 working days more because they got the wrong part and the correct part had to come from NY. Now they do not know why they have not received the correct part and the person who ordered part, the owner of the store, is in China. Avoid this place.

I have visited the store several times over the years and every time I was advised to look for solution somewhere else ranging from Wallmart to cell phone store. So I did and found solutions but I am still wodering what do these people do?

These guys are really frendly and helpful to their customers. They let me use one of their extra Samsung galaxy s4 screens to transfer all my data off my phone onto my computer for free (since I had already opened my phone).

All I needed was a sim card adapter. Got for a few bucks and I couldnt install it. The sales associate installed it and even went the extra mile to glue the nano card to the adapter since it kept falling out. He installed it with a smile. Thanks. They unlocked my phone fo 50.and in two hours.

Headphones broke off and bit stuck in port. Went in, gentleman pulled it out 7 minutes no cost.

Horrible they guaranteed to fix my phone 3 times in a row each time the screen was off and they did more damage than was originally there. I had to pull full price to get a replacement after they damaged it further.
