I went to this mattress firm location on 10/20/2021 and was immediately greeted by Bret Swanson. He was very kind, friendly and professional. He definitely knew everything about beds. I told him I sleep on my side and he recommended a medium mattress (between firm and soft). I told him I wanted to stay at or below 1500 dollars, I got a new mattress, box spring and a nice pillow all under 1500 dollars. He saved me about 350 dollars which was so kind of him. We had casual conversation as well. I told him I got my black belt and that I served in the army and he was very happy for me. He strides to make his customers happy and want to make sure they are satisfied with their purchase. The mattress and box spring come with a 10 year warranty and the pillow comes with a 5 year warranty, plus they deliver the bed right to your house/apartment and get rid of your old bed for you. Im excited to get my new bed and pillow tomorrow 10/22/2021 and Ill definitely be back when the time comes to get a new bed. We purchased a very expensive top of the line Temperpedic mattress and frame back in January 2021. At that time we were told the remote was on back order and would be in a few weeks later. Here we are now in September and still no remote, even after a few visits and false promises. Now we are told it is still on backorder and they dont know when it will be in. Brett (our salesperson) sure has given us the old song and dance time after time! So frustrating, especially after the high dollars we spent in hopes of quality all around. Buyer be aware!

Bret is the man. From the second I walked in, he maintained the perfect balance of “selling” and letting me make the best decision for myself. He made sure I was educated on the mattresses and was very willing to talk to me about ALL my options, not just the ones that would benefit his wallet.Overall, this was a great experience. After some initial back and forth (their warranty process was really focusing on the depressions on a bed, not material failures), they store credited me the full amount.The associates in store were very helpful, and helped guide me through the process.

Overall great experience. Our sales rep (Barry) was nice, knowledgeable, and most importantly, not pushy at all. He had us try out several mattresses to get a feel for what we like. Some of them were significantly more expensive than others and I was worried he might try to push us to one of those, but that worry was totally unfounded. We bought a Beautyrest pressuresmart plush pillowtop and it was delivered to our house the next day. Thus far, its been amazing. Definitely recommend this store, Barry, and the mattress (will update if our opinion on the mattress changes down the road, for whatever reason). Final note: they had some really good deals when we went during memorial day weekend (we saved $800 on the mattress and adjustable base).

Bought a Beauty Rest Mattress there two years ago and it developed a rut too uncomfortable to sleep on. This happened even though we had been flipping the mattress too. Went back to the store and complained. First words from the salesman were to tell me how much better theyre being built now and offered me a $1600 Full size mattress. No mention of the warranty they were so proud to tell me about when I bought it originally. This store and their product lines are a money pit. Dont bother.

We were unsure if a mattress would fit our daughters bed but Bret has been in the business for a long time and assured us the fit should be fine since the measurements for mattress at technically a little shorter then listed. I would like to rate -5 for the experience I have gone through.I bought a mattress and with in a week, I didnt like it. When I went to return, they force me to use the matress for at least 3 months. I had to wait for 3 months and when I went to return, the sales agent requested me to try another mattress because he looses his commission if I return. He started talking about his personal problems and made me to purchase another mattress paying $300 more.With in a week I didnt like it and when I want to return, they forced me to use the new mattress for at least 3 months. Now after using it more than 3 months when I wanted to return, they say that I am too late to return.Initially, they forced me to use for at least 3 months, now they say its too late.All I can say that they just cheat me for money.Using their mattress from last 6 months, I have spent more than $600 for chiropractor because of my back pain.Totally I spent $1475 for mattress and $600 for doctor.Definitely, I will file a case against them. I am already talking to an Attorney.

Found a pillow! Extra firm pillows for side sleeping seem hard to find. Got a Tempurpedic one that should work.

After going through the online mattress shopping experience (DreamCloud ~ epic failure), I have decided to put a leap of faith in actual mattress store person recomendation and expertise. I called Mattress Firm in Chandler Village. Vince answered my call on Sunday about 30 minutes before the store closing time and spend considerable amout of time listening to my questions and concerns. Based on his input I have decided to go visit Vince at the store and put his recommendations and advice to the test. When I came in Vince imediatly known who I was and pointed me towards medium firm bed..Beauty Rest Platinum. He personally watched me testing the bed to see if the bed firmness addressed my back properly. He also explained the benefits of adjustable base lifting your legs in connection with back pain. Im confident that this time Ive made educated descision thanks to Vince and Im looking forward to back pain relief.
