Staff was courteous and helpful. Chris was able to clear-up an issue that was beyond the stores control quickly and professionally.

They tried to make me buy an overpriced new box from them as they thought my box was too soft. More specifically the box was around 10$ Went to the Target across the street and got the same box for 1.50$. Never had a box issue with UPS.

Absolutely horrible. Refused a fully task trained service dog even when presented with the law. Forced dog and handler to stand in the rain and scream across the building

So, Ive been here twice so far to ship packages to Colorado both times. Both packages have arrived in earlier than expected/timely manners. That speaks at fed ex as a whole. As this place on campus, the people who have serviced me were both amazingly helpful (opposite of a lot of reviews) and help me learn the prices, and put together the packages to be shipped. This place is good, and ill probably be stopping by again at least one more time.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The service was quick too I was done in less than 5 min. Also they have very wide range of ways to get your document to them. You can use a thumb drive, Google drive, send it through email, or even connect your phone! Its very useful!

I use this FedEx kinkos location multiple times a month. They know my orders very well and do a FANTASTIC job making things exactly the way I need/like them, every time. I actually was using a different location in town and when some staff members moved to this location, I noticed the customer service went with them, so I followed them to this location. I dont like going on campus much, so they have now offered to deliver my order! EVEN MORE Customer Service. Thank you to the manager of this location for making my experiences WONDERFUL every time!!!

Have used this store five times and each time has been quick and easy with no hassles. What a refreshing experience. Usually these stores have very poorly trained staff.

This is not so much a review as it is a response. I work at FedEx office as a part time employee and a full time engineering student at the university nearby. I think its natural as an employee to read through the reviews to see how you/your company is doing, and I noticed a very personal review by Vasi Stankeva. I am the worker that her review is targeted towards and I had to respond. I am not going to point fingers, but I would like to give some perspective.At the time I was relatively new, going to school full time, was running the store alone, and had just lost a close family member. I dont remember precisely the nature of the situation during that time, but I do know what I was going through and I was doing the best that I could given the circumstances. It is very unlike me to ignore anyone, not to mention a customer unless I am helping another customer with an order or problem. Anyone who has been helped by me can attest to that as I tend to give my complete attention to a person or situation before moving on to the next. If she had a problem with the service or the print job, she did not bring it up to me or my supervisor; rather, she went over my head and then posted a nasty review on a public site.Anyone who chooses to review any business, please leave names out of it! The internet is a place of permanent storage where hundreds or thousands of people will use as a reference and a simple name drop can hurt, endanger, or sully a persons reputation given only one side of a story.

I went to get an assignment printed for a class. I walked in at 2 pm, they said they would call me when its finished. They never called me but when I walked in half an hour before closing, they had the assignment printed (they just decided not to call me). They did not even print it correctly. The employee tried multiple times to reprint the document properly but did not know how to do it. She then charged me for a job they did not even do right. If you want something printed, try to go somewhere else

Bad experience with Fedex, seems no one knows how to track and handle packages, bad customer service, untrained employees who dont care, at 504 E. Green st location.

Staff is great at handling odd print jobs for academic projects. Be sure to show iCard for student discount. Shipping can be expensive compared to USPS but it is very quick.

This is the worst fedex location Ive been into. Was helped by an employee named Charles (got the name from the receipt), who took 20 minutes to acknowledge that I walked in. I want to point out I was the only customer in line but apparently he was busy with things more important than customers. He didnt even say hello or anything indicating he knows Im there, although I was in front of him and he looked at me multiple times. When he finally decided to help me he printed my document on paper different from the one I had requested. Despite that I pointed out to him that this is not what I asked for he still charged me for it. In the end I bought a folder to place my document in, and when I got home I found out I have been charged twice for the folder. Already filed a complaont with FedEx customer service, however the customer service rep over the phone didnt seem to care either and a couple of times I caught him not listening and just repeating generic phrases which was even more frustrating. Overall, Ill never go to this FedEx location again, and if you respect yourself, your money and time I wouldnt recommend you to go there either.

The old lady that works here said you need to ship right now to create a shipping label for an envelope.Sheer unwillingness to work Is surprising . She wasn’t even ready to listen to anything that I’m trying to say. Such eagerness to dispose off the other person in line. Very unprofessional.

That old lady is mean yo. The other fedex accepted a non fedex box package but this one didn’t. And that old lady was being a real witch about it too

The manager of the store made three clients in a row walk away upset. The manager talks very rude to customers and does not offer alternatives. The manager just tells you what Fedex cannot do, but doesnt help to find better or the best ways to do things. Answers with I do not know a lot and expects you to know everything that Fedex can do. Poor experience and makes me more willing to make the drive elsewhere.

Lazy, unintelligent and smug are the three words that come to mind when entering fedex kinkos. There were three people behind the desk doing absolutely nothing and it still took a good while to summon thier attention, despite the fact that they kept glancing at me then turning around and pretending eyecontact wasnt established. Then they told me to do everything myself. If i wanted to do it myself i would go pay 15cents for a copy at the library. Seriously. You can do anything they offer at the library and somebody will even help you if you ask. Would rather jam a rose stem in my urethra then give those lazy do-nothings a penny.

So slow. Ive been in for 30 mins trying to get one picture printed. The store leaves one trainee handling all customers and calls alone, poor thing she cant manage, no one would. Hated my experience there.

Went by tonight (5:00pm) and there was a sign on the door saying be back in 45 minutes... Not only was Fedex randomly closed during rush hour but I have no way to know if it closed at 4:16 and would open any minute or if I just missed it and would have to wait another 45 minutes? My solution: Im shipping via UPS from now on.

They ship my package with nice service.

First, urged me to use online services instead. Then, forgot to return my USB stick.
