Our company uses Rogards very often for our office supplies, etc., and we have been thrilled with their customer service and product availability. Every time weve had an issue or question, staff members have responded in a prompt and helpful manner, and we are happy to keep doing business with them. Most supplies we have ordered come 1-2 days after ordering, which is very convenient when we are working on deadlines, etc. Wed recommend this business to others, and we will gladly continue turning to Rogards for our office supply needs.

Amazing Customer Service! I place an orders with Rogards at least once a week. The orders are delivered on time the next day, the quality of the products are always exactly what is expected. The account representative Kevin goes above and beyond his job duties. Way to go Rogards for having such an amazing person on staff!!

Just made my last order with Rogards. Their sales team doesnt seem to have much of a clue or knowledge as to what products they actually have in stock or how long it will take to receive an order. Im extremely disappointed with their current level of customer service and product knowledge. They used to be so good just a few years back, but it looks like the new crew just isnt up to par.

Highly recommend not buying from this place. The people that work here are a bunch of jokes and they do not know how to run a business.Tried to get ahold of them and had no response from them.

This place is a joke. Tried to place a order with them and got no communication at all.

Was not impressed by their selection or availability of product. I realize the world is turned on its head by COVID, but is it asking too much to respond to a customer within a week? Even two???

Tried to do the right thing and buy local, but I wont be going back anytime soon. Shoddy customer service mixed with high prices...never a good combination!

Sadly they no longer have much in the way of office supplies, and what they have is back in the back where you cant browse and have to know what you want and ask someone to go back and get it for you.
