Ive been a customer here for a little over a year, I am very pleased with the service, but most of all the customer service in this location. Tasha is wonderful and is always willing to do whatever it takes to make sure I leave happy. She works very well under pressure and continuously makes sure that she is educating me with new features of my device.

I am a new customer and am so pleased as to how I was treated. Rolando was polite and helpful. He was also so patient and soft spoken. I wanted to pass this along to someone. Being someone that has worked with the public all my life I wanted give Rolando the credit he deserves.

I am so impressed and satisfied with this store. I went in today to go for my upgrade and a new phone for the husband . Sobie is great at her job and het customer service is amazing . she hooked up my phones and anothwr phone for abother custonwt at the same time , her multi tasking skills are mind blowing. I even saw her set up a phone for another carrier on Saturday her customer service is amazing!!! The store is always clean and fresh!! Natasha and Edgar are always so happy they make a great team!! Great customer service but the deals suck

I had Sprint at the time and got blind sided by the fact that their rates go up after a year with them. Went from $136 or somewhat to nearly $300!! I heard from a friend of mine that has Cricket to go check it out. So I did. I was so amazed at all of the customer service I received from Eddie and Natasha! Not only was I under the previous Sprint quote but I even got some accessories and a speaker for a steal! Ive never had a problem and will always recommend sending both Eddie and Natasha my friends when they are in need! Thank you so much!

Back in August I got 3 phones with Cricket and it was one of the smartest things I’ve done...every time I need help with something they help me right away... they definitely go above and beyond for their customers which I really really appreciate !!!

I usually pay my monthly bill on-line but needed to make the payment in cash last month. All my interaction between myself and Cricket Wireless has been automated except for this one-time walk in. It was nice to walk into a clean, brightly lite store and greeted by the two customer service people. A boy and girl- young, friendly and attentive. She was helping some customers find a phone and he was able to take my payment. He was polite and knew what he was doing. Wish I had caught their names so I could give them kudos but didnt. I would recommend going to the physical location in Centralia, it seems comfortable and well put together. I am a fan of the on-line experience tho for getting things done at odd hours and not having to hassle with parking etc. Switched from Sprint after 12 years with the company and have not regretted it. Affordable and excellent service with Cricket Wireless. Thank you.

Theres 2 things I dont like about cricket. They sell refurbished phones and you have a $5 charge for paying your bill in person. Theyre really nice and they have no control over the phones or the $5 fee

Bought a phone and a couple days later decided it wasnt for me and wanted to stay with my current carrier. After given the run around since June 6th and today being June 25th there is still no resolution, no calls back, nothing. I will never ever recommend this company. Not the cell service itself, coverage is great, just this franchise. I have emailed Cricket president, lets see if that works.

The retail staff is great and nice but the wireless service is horrible and they have fees for everything and there prices are not what they have marked on their phones . Do not recommend it. Going back to us cellular .
