We have had Metro PCS 6 years. Make sure to read the fine print. Very misleading advertising. I have upgraded 2x and each level of quality went down. I complained, and no offer of replacement.They recommended a new charging chord because theres failed. They wanted to charge me $23.00 for a new one. Do the dollar store.They say upgrade, they say trade in, dont believe! I am done with this company.

Just to be clear, Metro is usually awesome, but this location doesnt make the cut--at all. I live in Chehalis and intended on going into the store and porting over from another carrier, but this location forces you into buying extra services, like device insurance, that I dont want. Device insurance should be optional, not mandatory. Im just buying a cell phone, not a vehicle, and if I dont want device insurance, I shouldnt be forced to buy it. In the last 10 plus years that Ive owned cell phones, I have never needed to file a claim on a phone. Theyre requiring you to buy 2 months of insurance on EACH device you purchase. This started as an *optional* service with phone carriers, and most providers still make it optional. Im now going to buy the devices at another Metro location--and I called to check ahead of time--no, that location isnt making me purchase insurance.

I came to this store maybe three times since I moved out here from the East coast. I have to say every time I have been in the store the associates were rude. I tried to make small talk while paying my bill and was abruptly cut off. I wonder where has customer service gone?? The prices of upgrades are expensive. Not a huge fan of this store.

Ive been pretty happy with my service since I switched from Boost. The sales people are always professional and knowledgeable. Today they fixed my phone with ease and even showed me how to do it myself in the future. The other day I stopped at the store in lacey and the girls behind the counter were pretty young and didnt have any customer service skills. I could tell they didnt care about my struggle at all and didnt bother to try to help.

Very poor customer service in the Centralia store. I changed to Metro because they offer unlimited data period. I got 2 free phones & $85 for first month service. Got home & they changed my CC $300+. Took back phones I didnt even use & refused to refund when they told me I had a 30 day trial. I asked to talk to a manager & they refused! I ended up calling the main corporate office after getting the number online, the Metro store here wouldnt give me it. stay away they dont tell you about all the hidden charges!

They were great they did everything they needed to do in less than an hour with switching 5 numbers and 5 phones and they did a very excellent job and they even laughed at my corny jokes it was a great experience if I could buy more phones from them I would they are the best

Subpar service, and subpar representatives.I have not had a good experience with metropcs, and I would recommend virgin mobile over metro anyday. Do not let your hard earned dollars line the pockets of Metro PCSs shareholders.

The customer service was great but the plan that I had wasnt so great, I go through a lot of data and once my data ran out there was no way I could add more and I disliked having to wait for the office hours to get anything done with the service.
