The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the prints I had done (2-sided business cards and resumes) were offset slightly when printed, so I ended up cutting off at most 1/4 of the left margins but extending the right by the same amount. That was partly on me as I did not have my documents set up for printing multiple copies on one sheet. Regardless, excellent quality and services.

A convenience store operated to be able to get your packaging taken care of through FedEx. It wasnt a very hard decision with the thing that I needed to taken care of. I highly suggest that you get an idea of how big the box that you need so that way you can be able to plan for it.

Went in today with a file I needed printed. Drew was excellent and very helpful going over the different print out options and resizing the format for me. He made it very simple for me and was great. I would come back to this location before others.

The current staff is very friendly and fast with their knowledge. I have been very happy with my last 2 recent visits. I will be back.

Fred at the Fed Ex counter was as unhelpful as they come. Instead of greeting me when I walked to the counter he said “drivers license” I told him this was business not personal and he cut me off and said “still need your drivers license”I tried to explain to him what I needed done because I didn’t feel like I should have been sent to the fed ex counter for what I had requested. He continued to interrupt me, demand my drivers license, and disregard what I was trying to ask for. He grabbed a fed ex envelope after I had just said that is NOT what I want. I finally grabbed my things and told him I would just go back to my office and do it myself.I go here often and had done what I was requesting 2 weeks prior. I just spent $600 on a new printer so I never have to return to Kinkos again.

Placed business card order at 2:52PM. They called me at 3:20PM and the order was ready for pickup - after another major disappointment at the Bridgewater FedEx. Thank you for the great speed and customer service.

Friendly and courteous staff. Equipment was fast, easy to use and responsive. Prices for copies is very reasonable.

Fedex is terrible now, they always reschedule deliveries and cannot make them when the tell you.

Manager himself is the one who took care of me. How do I know? Because I asked to speak to the manager. Incorrectly billed me for shipping and packaging. Be very careful when shipping from this location. Check what they charged you before giving them your credit card. When I asked him if my paying for FedEx to package my glass frame would ensure it got there in one piece he said “if a fork lift doesn’t go through it”. And if a fork lift doesn’t go through it? His answer: “unless a truck goes over it”. What a flippant and rude response. Even more shocking considering he is the manager. Would never go again.

I dont normally leave reviews. I had such a good experience visiting this FedEx, they earned my praise. I was printing documents to present at work. I expected multiple trips to print and identify errors. They printed my draft and helped me edit right there. I wasnt charged for the first drafts printed until they were right. I work in customer service and Stephen was as good as it gets! Thank you.

Unsatisfactory customer service.I get the feeling that most folks there really dislike their job, including the management. I would love to be proven wrong through more pleasant interactions or even a greeting as I approach the desk.

I am in a FedEx store at least 2-3 times a week for shipping drop off. I print my FedEx Labels at home so all I need is a receipt when drop off. This store by far takes the longest. Consistently there are 1-2 employees on the printing end of the store and they ignore the patrons that line up for shipping. Usually on one person does shipping and they are incredibly slow. Do better FedEx, this store is not cutting not.

Randall is the man. Ask for him if you need help with anything. This store is great and works to help accommodate customer needs!

Ive used this place 3-4 times in 2008, and things went smoothly once. However, every other time has put me past my limit for toleration. Essentially, Ive seen precious little counter skills. No guest acknowledgment, no sense of urgency, and no cluing the customer in on what might happen next.The pattern is the following. All the senior employees manage to not make eye-contact. The brand new junior employee eventually must face you at the counter. They ask Last name?, type something, and then do the Thorazine Shuffle off to someplace. They may or may not come back for 15 to 45 minutes, leaving you with no idea if your job exists or not.Meanwhile, the senior employees have the skill to look right at you and still manage to not make eye-contact. I understand good employees are hard to find, but its never a good idea to put the least qualified in charge of the counter, unless youre trying to get business down to where you can manage it..

If you want to wait an hour for their insanely slow email system to wor, by all means go here. I left after an hour of an old man trying to convince me I didn’t send to right email and I needed to connect to his wifi to make it work.... I had plenty of bars and sent it 15 minutes before I showed up. From 6:35 to 7:32 wasted my time. Drove to Office Depot and got the task complete in less than 3 minutes. This place is a joke if you need to print anything beware

Awful- brought something in they prepped it in house while I was here and it looked great. Was told it would be 5 days. No problem. They sent away to be printed and it came back in 2 days and was completely screwed up. They blamed the file I gave them, the one that was perfect at their site. But its obviously not their fault. Now its going to be a week before I can get my 1000 postcards. Awful customer service and a very poor experience.

Needed small funeral cards, bottom line, Fedex was not helpful, could not help me with design and talked to me as though I were an expert in printing. Went to Marcos, not only were they kind and helpful, they easily were able to make what I needed, they only charged a small amount of money. Just reminds me of what is missing with big, chain type stores......CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Good place for dropping off your packages when you have a prepaid label. Sometimes lines can be long if you want to wait for a receipt for your drop off.

Mike helped me immensely at this store. I didnt realize that printing takes two and a half hours so I called and he immediately started working on it for me. I needed the printed materials for an interview I had at nine so I was very nervous that I wasnt going to have everything together in time. Thank you so much. You saved my butt. I had a great experience with this store.

Typically, this location is a little understaffed in the shipping department. I usually go when there is one person working and there is a line. The very last time though, there were several working and it was extremely efficient/fast. The price cost the same as any other company, but ground shipping arrived in WV by the next day. Friendly staff.

Worse customer service ever. I asked for a return label and they said we can’t give you a return label, you have to go on the computer and creat and account and then we can help you out. Which I did as what they told me, and I finished they said you have to email the label to yourself print it and bring it back WTF. They waisted almost 15 min and they were not welling to return the box because the system is updateding and they don’t have the option now.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! Charged me $45 for a label then told me they couldnt even ship what I had. Even though Ive shipped several times here. Manager was terrible as well. Who hired these people????????? Pathetic.

We placed a print order online. Super intuitive and easy. Pick up was a snap with no wait and the staff was super friendly.

Disaster hit and I needed a very large order produced in less than two hours, including 15 volumes bound in 3 ring binders with spines and covers and CDs. Other FedEx offices turned me down, but Jeff took great care of me. He and his team put everything together, and had it out on time, all with a professional, friendly attitude that reassured me everything would be ok.I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs something printed, especially in an emergency. Theyre worth every penny, and it would turn to them again in a heartbeat.
