I went to this location to return an item that I purchased there. When I got there there was a line of about four people in front of me so I waited. When I got to the front of the line the older lady that was helping was extremely rude to me. She made me wait as she helped the additional four people that were behind me by making the excuse that the return would take a long time. She acted like I was making her life extremely difficult by returning the item. Then when she got through with everyone there was another person that came up behind me and instead of helping me right away she looked at the other person as if she was going to help ANOTHER person before me. I asked her if she was ready to help me and she rolled her eyes but went to start the return. It didn’t take any longer than helping any of the people that she did before me. Don’t waste your time here.

I went to Sephora Friday with friends, & We had to go to 3 different registers Bc they were down & the heavier set lady was taking care of us, and was being nice, until I joked with MY friends & were snarky towards eachother & she thought she could chime in & get smart & say I got on her nerves…That is in no way anybody should talk to the customers. We are not friends or kin. “Sorry for the sass” You’re 30 🤨 If this is who Sephora hires, I definitely won’t be back.

Went there Saturday to return a palette that I already had, in exchange for something else. The entire time I was looking for something to exchange it for, I was followed around by an older woman who worked there. There were other people in Sephora yet I was the only one being followed throughout. I go to checkout finally and a younger woman was taking care of me when the older woman comes up to her and whispers to her the entire time Im there. I dont steal yet was stalked the entire time and talked about as if I would have. The regular Sephoras (ones not in JCPenney) seem to offer better service without prejudice.

Horrible!!! Employees pay no attention to customers and they lie to avoid helping you!! I asked if there were any other sizes of lashes and the sales lady said no yet there were 3 other kinds I found.

Best sephora i have ever been to! staff was incredibly kind and helpful. one of the workers spent almost an hour with me finding my perfect match and suggesting other products to help with skincare problems I was having. she even took the time to call various other sephora’s to see if the product was in stock there, and when it wasn’t she ordered it for me and had it shipped to my apartment for free!

Horrible Experience at this location...I recently purchased a deluxe fragrance set online...it includes a voucher to bring into the store for a full size bottle of choice;However,this location is not a free standing store being that its inside of JCPenneys so they wouldnt honor the voucher because of stock blah blah blah...& that was the small of it.I proceeded to shop & when checking out associates name was *****DANNI*****I inquired about whether or not they carry,JUVIAS PLACE the saleslady was so very rude & unprofessional...she turned her nose up & said, no thats a drug store brand...you can get that at Big Lots!!!😮How RUDE!!! then she completes my transaction & shoves my bag to me,here you go! Very Rude...left me steaming & upset.Ive done business with this location many times & have had pleasant experiences...NOT this time...I wont be back!!!

Don’t waste your time at this sephora. It’s not part of corporate so they have a hard time ordering products that you need because they pull from a different warehouse than a normal sephora. On top of that they never act like they want to help you when you come into the store. Big disappointment.

Its the worst sephora I have ever been!!!the staff was unfriendly and I asked her for symbols and she said she do not have any ! then I saw her gave another customer a lipstick as a symbol Even that I bought more than her ! the staff should be changed !I WILL never go there!Its deserve ZERO STARS !!I am a regular customer !

Well wouldnt go here if it was the last Sephora open. The staff is very unfriendly and uninviting and it took over five minutes before I was even greeted and that was after I looked at all the fixtures that I came to look at. When I asked to make sure there wasnt any back stock of the product I was looking for I was told no without them even trying. and they didnt offer to order it for me and the staff talked to me with a get out of my way and stop talking to me additude.

Terrible experience. Never stocked with anything. Always understaffed. Just waited for help and then waited in line to order an item they’ve been out of the past two times I came and was told she would help me after she checked out the person in line BEHIND me. I understand that she was the only employee in the store, however, if I’ve rightfully waited for my turn for help it’s absolutely RIDICULOUS to help others in front of me. Will not have to drive an additional 45 mins to the Kenwood Sephora rather than this location

Refused to do a return because it was bought from Kenwood and not a JC Penny store. Apparently it’s a common problem with this store. I shouldn’t have to drive out of my way just to do an exchange for a faulty product. It’s just insane. The staff is friendly, but the store is always under stocked and some of the employees are not knowledged on the products or matching skin colors etc. It’s almost more of a nuisance to go.

So unbelievably rude to me. I walk in and ask to get a sephora primer and a benefit porefessional primer and the lady just completely gives me the worst attitude in the world. Im not about to drop 60 bucks for 2 primers that may not even work on my skin, so I want a tester, is that so bad? Then she starts to talk about what Im wearing (sweats) I just came from the gym to her coworker. She was so horrible to me and I seriously want her fired. Horrible just horrible.
