The location is very convenient to the Springboro, Centerville, and Miamisburg areas. It’s not the location in the mall, so you can expect a more open setup (and a seemingly wider variety of product to choose from). There are quite a few restaurants i. the plaza, plenty of fast food on that strip of road, and even a Kroger grocery store if you wanna still walk around.You walk in and of course it smells great - it’s a fragrance shop, so that’s to be expected. I personally haven’t had any poor experiences at this location. The service was great. The people that work at this location have most all been around for a while and have knowledge of the product, so it makes the shopping experience pretty great.

The team members simply wouldnt price match what is online on their on website for Bath and Body works during the semi-annual sale. It was not made clear why this was not possible. Needless to say I this experience and trip was a complete waste of time. I strongly recommend Amazon instead.

A great place to get scents for your home. I recommend Twisted peppermint, Winter for the Christmas season. And for a fall sent Pumpkin pecan waffle. Just make sure to have coupons or when they have a good sale. Then stock up.

I would give a negative star if possible !!I called and was extremely over the top friendly to the girl in the phone asked a question and she couldn’t have been more rude if she tried!! Literally called in a good mood and after talking with her I was in an instant irritable mood.This store gets a giant F- on customer service and helpfulness!😡

Great service and wonderful smells. The price hurt my feelings but my girlfriend loved the surprise when she got out of the tanning bed next door.

Please open another register. You will get people out of the store faster and not have such long line outside. Also, have someone other than cashier do cleaning in between sales. This only slows down that register even more. Too many employees just standing around. Use your resources wisely. Youll get more sales. Thanks.

Even though the sign on the door clearly says they close at 7pm, they had the doors locked at 6:15.

Everyone here is always helpful and nice. I would rather go here than to the one at the Dayton Mall.

She looked at me like I was CRAZY when I tried to exchange my nonworking wallflower unit and she told me they are only made to work for 6 months. Then she would not honor a coupon I had a picture of on my phone!!! She said they must have the original so they can throw away after used!! What?My first time at this location. Wanted to avoid the mall due to covid.

This is a great bath and body. The staff are very nice and helpful. They do not pressure you. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. Things do sell out fast here sometimes. Especially, when there is a big sale. Nice to be in a community setting.

I love this little place. This is the only bath and body works I shop at. Clean, stocked, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They always seem to have what Im looking for which is nice. Plus theres always a sale or coupon. Its great.

Went in today for the semi annual sale and the tire was well set up and staffed. Great service in the lady who helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. She knew the product and could tell us the color of the labels or container to look for. Check out was quick and very accommodating.

Was followed the entire time I was in the store without the staff greeting me. Made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. They happily talked about the free gift to everyone else but didnt mention it to me. Will be returning to the one at the Greene or mall next time, evem though theyre a longer drive.

I wish you would clarify that coupons cannot be combined other promotions. My coupon stated that if I spent $10.00, I could get a free item but it didnt say anything about not being able to use it with other promos, ie. 20% off. Kind of disappointing, but I do really like your products. Thanks.

Not friendly staff to me at least. Told other customers of deal but not me. When there was buy 2 get one free going on. I bought 2 not realizing and not grabbing a 3rd because I wasn’t informed of sale when the other couple in the store was apparently good enough to talk to but I wasn’t.

I moved to Texas not long ago and boy do I miss the friendly staff at this location- which used to be my “go to” location before I moved! Everyone was so friendly and helpful.The BBW near me now (Prosper, TX- new location) doesn’t even compare.Wish everyone of the stores was like this one!

If youre looking for soap shampoo or candles this is a good place. There are a wide variety of scents available. The items are a bit expensive.

The lady that helped me when I walked in was really nice but I one that checked me out was kinda rude ,I tried to ask her a question she couldnt answer because she was to busy talking to a co worker !!!
