Do not order parts from this place. Needed some arms for an inspire 2 and the website states order within the next 6 hour and it ships today. That was on 4/4/2021 it is now 4/16/2021 and still no shipping info. The last contact was we will have to order the parts??????Now i have to contest the order with paypal so i can get my money back.Very unprofessional group.

A little hard to find, but well worth the search! These guys arent pushy trying to sell you one of their fancy flying machines. They dont need to be, their wares are amazing and can sell themselves. The manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Im sure glad I went into the store to find out more about the drone I was planning to buy online. Had I not, I wouldve spent over $1000 on a machine not capable of doing what I really needed it to do, and this guy really knew his stuff. The employees were all super courteous and all very well informed. They were the type that have no problem telling you when a product sucks, even if it is one of their own. Awesome place for service. It took about 2 weeks to get some work done on one of our inspire 2 aircraft. It was very reasonable, and all the counter staff, and techs were very helpful, and friendly. Communicated 50 percent via email. They were quick to respond, and called right away to verify information. They are backed up for a reason, they do it right, and everyone trusts them.

Repair service beware. This company is not good to do business with. Stay away. There are many red flags with this company. During my drone service with them I was left with too many reasons, but felt held hostage by their $35 just to inspect the drone policy. I would tell anyone to shy as far away from them as possible. Beware, go somewhere else even if it ships further.

This drop for my drone is absolutely the best drop I could buy. It can be centered right where I want it, it is very light and can be taken off and on so easily, and works flawlessly. Walked in and was promptly ignored. Came to spend a whole lot of money for a mapping platform too. Guess Ill go elsewhere.Yeah they say this is a warehouse by appointment but the girl up front said she will get me 5040 props no problem. Then ignored me the rest of the time I was there.

These guys are INCREEEEDIBLE, I put my order and they run out of stock for the Mavic mini and I was about to leave in a trip to Europe.I call them and explained the situation and they immediately let me know about their predicament and told me that their hands were pretty tight on this one, they told me that the ETA for the next shipment of Mavic Mini was scheduled for the next week but they didnt have by the time a tracking number, so they cannot give me any warranty about receiving my drone before I leave.Then they gave me 2 options, they could return my money without any problem or they could keep me posted on every news they got about the new shipment. I chose the 2nd option and in less than 3 days they were calling me and letting me know they will receive the new shipment in time to send me my drone.not only that, they upgraded my shipment option free of charge, just to be sure that Id receive my drone in time.Like I said before... these guys are AWESOME.

Sometimes you need a smaller company like MCW as opposed the the B&H and Adoramas of the world. They get the customer and have the time to deal with your questions and support. I had an issue and Kerry took the time to deal with it and was amazing.

I purchased landing gear for phantom 4 pro and I couldn’t use it.The compass wires got pinched against landing gear when shipped in envelope!..I then took the compass wire off old one and tried to use it.Well the doors would not go on cheaply made knock off.I purchased DJI official landing gear and they went on perfectly.Do not purchase anything here without the official product label.I wouldn’t trust what I am buying from here so I probably won’t be back.

I am a professional photographer. Their website ordering system was a little confusing to me, but these guys know their copters and accessories. I have purchased three Phantoms and accessories from them and the backpack they suggested in the early days is the number one phantom backpack on Amazon now. It just tells me they know how to pick whats best, even early on. They sound busy on the phone almost every time I call, a little short with you maybe, but so far they have always hit the nail on the head.

DJI refered me to these guys , was unable to link my Mavic Air with a new replacement remote control. Multicopter kindly helped me troubleshoot over the phone , was up and flying within 10 minutes after call. THANK YOU. NOTE : MY original controller went missing while going through TSA at Ohare airport . Saw it in agents hand , assumed he put it back after re-scanning my drone. Got home it was gone. Check your equipment before leaving TSA , have heard similar stories from other travelers .

I called at least a half-dozen stores trying to get a product shipped out for next-day, Saturday delivery. MCWH was the only company that didnt make it seem like it was a huge inconvenience and handled business with the quickness. I first purchased from Multicopter Warehouse years ago when nobody else was carrying ND filters for the DJI Osmo or the Phantom 3. Theyve been my first option ever since for camera peripherals when other places seem to be sold out or just dont carry the item (like this Mini XLR to XLR). Great customer service and even their first class shipping usually ends up being as fast as expedited shipping!

This is just what I needed. Got here fast and was back up and running quickly.

Dropped off a Phantom 3 Pro for repair and paid the expedited service because of a busy shoot schedule. After their initial review period they said it needed a new camera and new HDMI board on the remote. With shipping our bill was $500+. Seemed very high, but we were on a shoot and needed it back. We left Denver on a three week production and had them ship to our first location. They shipped our repaired drone in a timely manner. When it arrived, it was in disarray. It was as if theyd taken every piece out of the case for inventory then had a drunk blind man put it back in the case. Not even the camera guard was attached. We flew the repaired drone and after 2minutes the camera wouldnt return to level after tilting down. It just shook uncontrollably.We called them and informed them of the problem. They asked for video of the flight and video of the aircraft, which I promptly sent. They then had us send the drone back. After they received the drone, they claimed nothing was wrong with it. The camera looks and performs as new, they claim. Uh huh.Flash forward to today- 3weeks from initial drop off. The process has been drawn out and we didnt have access to our drone on our shoots. Were back in Denver and I just inquired about physically coming down and picking up the drone and talking with them about the issue. FRANCISCO claims that he has no time to speak, just hand off the case. Really? You dont have 10min to discuss this issue with a customer that paid a ridiculous rate for expedited service? Also of note, we first dealt with a different repair tech named LOGAN. It seems they pass off customers as to avoid any direct fault.In short, this place has been a nightmare. Customer service is smug at best. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone, ever.
