I was looking for a very specific item and I emailed at least 5 different suppliers in Colorado.The only one that replied (and very quickly) was Kay at the Cinema Shot. She was very patient emailing back and forth as I was trying to figure out if this is the item we need.They were very responsive and were able to find the item I needed. Curious to rent a lens, I called ahead and only had information as they needed with a couple questions. Normal I’d say. Lady on the phone was THE rudest person I’ve ever came across in a professional setting. Snapping at questions, seemed extremely bothered by me being interested in the business. :( Unprofessional.
