The employees friends & families must give them good reviews. My experience is that they lowball prices and theyre sarcastic. I have dealt with nicer people, didnt feel like I was being cheated, and got a better sale using Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace & Ebay.

I went to this location to find my son a tablet, I didn’t need a new fancy one for him he’s only two and watches educational videos, I was greeted by all the lovely works there which is nice, addy was the one who helped me out to find a tablet and was every helpful and super nice! So. I drive 10 miles today to purchase an item that an employee (Joanna), had posted for sale on the site OfferUp. The item was described as a 14K gold necklace with an emerald pendant. And a 14 K gold ring with an emerald. When I get to the store. The ring was 10 karat. And so was the necklace. This isnt my first time dealing with this place. As the first time an item was labeled 20 dollars cheaper than it was as posted on the site OfferUp. I noticed that they say one thing then it is different when you get to the store. Bad business and I would highly recommend anybody to shop around before dealing with Jumping Jack Cash. Especially when the owner was standing right there as I disputed the item. And the girl didnt even tell me the necklace was 10 karat even after I asked was it 14 karat.And my first experience the worker (Addy) was rude and acted as if she didnt want to help me until she seen I was the person from the site OfferUp.And they are selling FAKE JORDANS...

Staffed by amateurs (at best). Asking me to visit the location so they can look for the item I was interested in. They couldnt just view their own Facebook Marketplace ad and tell me whether its still available or not -- I had to physically come into their store and show it from my phone, so they can begin the search process. Then they were supposed to call me back -- guess how that went. :)

Two girls there dont know nothing and about to get that shop closed down asking people to do their work. Told me to hook up a speaker to prove them if it works and just stood there and told me do it my self with there product. Instead of helping they were trying to close the store 40 mins early and kicked me out. Ive been coming here 7 years. Never met anyone like that. It was a nice family business now run by kids that dont know service or anything. I hope this reaches someone because like I said Ive been coming here for years and now they just ruined it.

Do not buy tools I bought a 1/2 impact that I used to take 2 front tires off and the reverse went out so I took my Receipt back to the store asking for exchange or return and I was told I only have 24 hours that I was pretty much screwed and there was nothing they would do $240 down the drain. I run a small business and would never do a customer like that bad business people. . .

Dont purchase items here. sell fake warranties to charge you more when items are already protected and covered by factory warranties. they will not give you money back when you realize about fake warranties because they are scammers.dont trust anyone there especially Lucy.

Horrible Pawn shop. At first. They charge new prices for used tools and are very rude. Old management was much better than new one. New manager has no idea what things are worth. Any other pawn shop will get you a better price and will not treat you like a dollar sign. Updated 03142021 still same issue I go in with a 1000 dollers to get some stuff for aRelitives new hosehold after the back and forth with the manager. I BOUGHT NOTHING AT this pawn shop. Do youself a favor and just go buy the item your looking for new. It will only be acouple more bucks and you get a warranty and return policy. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING HERE! Fs ALL AROUND

Tried to return phone but apparently missed the 24 hour mark by an hour overall nice when your buying then rude and unhelpful when you want to return items

I would come in all the time and it be awesome. But now I notice they will tell you anything to make you think they are not selling high price. I went in today and saw an item I sold them priced at a higher price. Then they told me. Then they said well it cost $3 to send a paper in so it not worth buying your item. That just tell me only at their convenience they will take your stuff. Just be careful. Like I said I loved them till they show me some of their colors.

I purchased a set of power Milwaukee impact and screwdrivers here and I found the service and pricing to be outstanding. Unlike other pawn stores the employees here were friendly and made purchasing something easy. I can’t stand dealing with other places where they are rude and act like selling something is an inconvenience.
