Got my daughters rock chip repaired today by the fine folks at Premium! I was able to make an appointment the day before, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I would personally like to recommend Premium Auto Glass and give their staff and technicians a 5 star rating, I went to Premium Auto Glass in Centennial with a terrible air leak in my Ford F-350 - these amazing technicians took my windshield out and my front air section apart and continued to work on my noise issue until they found the problem that had no connection to replacing my windshield, they took it upon them selfs to take that extra effort needed to solve my noisy air leak, nobody else would even think of doing this, I then had a new windshield installed with no problems what so ever,thank you so much Premium Auto Glass for the amazing service.

Premium Auto Glass did a great job replacing my passenger side front window. The first time around, the new window randomly cracked the first day I drove the truck after it was installed. I took it in and showed them. They got me scheduled for the next opening to replace it under warranty for me no questions asked. Ive had a few windshields and rock chips replaced by them as well and they always do a great job whether you take it into them or their techs come out to you. Fair pricing, great communication and great work!

First time out, the tech cracked my windshield worse by trying to repair a small chip. Okay. It happens. Second tech for windshield replacement shows up a few days later without enough “CLIPS” to complete his job. Two mornings wasted and lost because they couldn’t do the job they were hired for. A week later we get our third tech. Seemingly satisfactory job. Next day I notice another crack at the top right?!? I got another chip!!! I believe it was less than 12 hours! I called Premium’s front desk girl, since we’ve had less than awesome experience thus far, if she could have a Manager(Andrew, I later called to ask for him). He told the front desk girl to call back and tell me that HE would NOT be calling me back to discuss my less than desirable experience. That he was FAR too busy. I said “I understand” and promptly called Safelite Auto Glass who happily got us taken care of in short order. I gave one star for Andrew the Manager. Any manager of a business that doesn’t answer to their customers should be made aware of to their superiors.

Very fair and honest repair. The tech was right on time and did great work! Even changed the repair location at my request last minute.

Prices cant be beat. Service was OK, but did not seem happy, but at almost half the cost, I can deal.

I had a new passenger window installed and it had waves in it and looked like a fun glass mirror it was replace without issues at no charge.the bad is that there is no parking at the centennial location.i would use this company again

Very nice and professional people. Bought a used car and a chip crack showed up after we bought it . Premium auto glass told us it was fixed before and buffed it cleaner and told us to keep the original glass as long as possible since replacement windshield dont have all the fancy features the original does.

Stopped here really quick as we got a chip in our windshield driving from Texas and the gentleman was very friendly in telling us what the best option to do was. Highly recommend.

What great service! Stopped in to have them look at a chip in the windshield. A very courteous technician came out within 10 minutes, looked at the situation, explained very well what he was going to do and took the car into the shop. In 15 minutes he was out with my car and you could hardly see the chip. Very professional service and I will return for any glass service I need in the future.

We used Premium Auto Glass through our insurance agency and were very pleased. We had an issue with the VW glass we were originally supposed to have installed. It wasnt the OEM glass we had requested but Premium installed it and ordered the correct glass. Jose came out and was very friendly, courteous and did a wonderful job. Great customer service and great employees. We recommend them.

So, I made an insurance claim and these guys came out first it was good because they waited while I got home. Before they got working I asked some questions and they didnt even know how to answer about the windshield they were changing out, I go in the house and they got done in 20 minutes so once they left I checked it and they did a really bad job, they cut the cable off the window that is supposed to heat the windshield and it didnt make any contact with the car there was wind noise and water leaking, horrible horrible

A train threw up a rock that landed in the middle of my line of sight. I called Premium Auto Glass and they had it repaired within the day...for free! Scheduling was easy. The installer called 15 min before he showed up to let me know he was on his way. He replaced the windshield in about 30 minutes, while I was at work. It was very convenient. Great price too.

I had my Jeep windshield replaced and they responded timely. However, the next day I noticed the passenger grab bar had a scrap facing windshield. Then I saw 2 dents right side corner panel. It is obvious that the technician stepped on my side step, leaned in creating the dents by his knee and must have scrapped the grab bar when installing. Accidents happen but they are not taking responsibility. I was told by the service manager “not to burst your bubble but our technicians don’t climb on vehicles”. Really, how did the inside get the damage and new dents match a knee spot on the same place. I gave pictures and showed them the damage. I have not heard anything since then for weeks.

You know what drives me nuts? A pitted, cracked and crappy windshield. I have to look out of the darn thing, dont I?Over the years I have had to have many windshields replaced. Its normal in Colorado!I called my insurance company and filed a claim to have mine replaced, the big company whose name starts with an S, was TWO WEEKS out on appointments! So I made one with them. I happened to be pulling up to my office yesterday and saw that someone else was having their windshield replaced so I grabbed the Gentlemans card (Chris), and called and got everything switched over to Premium Auto Glass. They where here at my office the very next day! The glass man they sent (Jason Meyer), was very knowledgeable, and got it done quickly, and as far as I can tell- correctly!Im hard pressed to write a 5 star review, most places get 4. Premium Auto Glass gets 5, amazing customer service, extremely friendly staff as well! The owner and employees have earned my respect and my business for years to come. Thank you guys! Whenever I refer clients, friends and family they always receive superior service from scheduling to installation.My main point of contact is Leslie Kois who is helpful, positive and always responsive. She is an awesome woman to work with and she represents Premium Auto Glass in an excellent manner.With a few different locations Premium is able to do repairs and replacements with their fleet of vans as well as work in their multiple locations from Colorado Springs to Longmont.The pricing is fair and they do warranty their work.

Would absolutely recommend this shop for your glass needs! The scheduling process was so simple, as was the claims process, and everyone in the shop was very friendly when I dropped my vehicle off. The windshield was installed well before they promised, and it looks great! As I was driving away, it appeared as if I didnt have a windshield at all because it was so clean! I wont take my vehicle anywhere else, and neither should you!

I used this place for a total windshield replacement recently and i am satisfied. Tobin (i think his name was) was excellent. He was on time (early actually), professional, courteous, and quick. I think the whole process took 30 mins or so. The price was comparable to others in the area. My only problem was a scheduling error, they misplaced my first reservation and never showed up. Luckily it didnt really affect me, and they scheduled me for the next day. No big deal. Overall, i will be happy to use this business again in the future.

They had the best price and a windshield is a windshield, right?!? NOPE!!It took four visits over the course of five weeks and I remained agreeable and did not complain for the whole process. The good news is that their work is guaranteed, so if you dont mind them doing it again and again...The first install, there was a creaky settling sound. They told me its normal and to call back if it continued. It did. I did.The guy came back for appointment 2 and I dont know what he did, but when he left, it was plainly obvious that a part of the weather stripping was sticking out and not at all adhered to the frame.Appointment 3, they told me that there was a missing clip that required special order. He was ready to leave when I suggested he check the other side. ...missing the same clip (could have taken 6 weeks had he not checked!). I found it odd that both parts could go missing somehow, and said so, but remained easy going about it. They said theyd order the parts and call when they arrive.10 days later, no call. When I rang the shop, again, remaining totally chill about it, the manager interrupted me and said, Well, its legal!. Totally irrelevant when you have to get your toddler to care before work every morning and the condensation is on the inside of the car! ...still, I didnt complain.I told the manager it seemed fair at this point, since it had already been a month, to ask for a perk. I told him Id like some water repel treatment on my rear windshield like RainX. He said it wouldnt be that brand, but agreed to do it.Finally, week five... Guy comes back with the clips and ready to install. I told him the manager had agreed to provide a water repel treatment due to all this hassle... Install guy comes with a bottle of wiper fluid.Im absolutely certain that this was not a simple misunderstanding. I was just about to call him AGAIN to explain this, but he was such a jerk, I think were better off at this point just sharing my experience publically than trying to resolve anything directly w Drew, their store manager, who was so quick to lie and become combative. Waste of time. Just go elsewhere!!

May I just say that the employees and owner of Premium Autoglass really take care of there customers. It was our first time going to them and they made us feel like we had been long-time customers! Tried over 2 weeks and 4 attempts to get windshield replaced. They had lots of excuses and never got the window replaced. If they dont do what they say they are going to do at your first attempt, dont waste your time.

Cannot believe these guys, they are terrific! I was stuck in traffic and didnt walk into the shop until 5:20 in the evening. Not only did they still take my car with a smile, but went above and beyond and fixed loose trim and a rock chip for free! They were a blessing on a frustrating day!

Schedule a glass replacement 3 weeks ago, the installers showed up with the wrong window for the car. Rescheduled week and half later with a manager and no one bothered to show up. Called to find out what went wrong and was on hold for 30 minutes. Guess these people are too busy to supply customer service.
