Yesterday I woke up to my car window having been smashed in and things stolen from my car. I quickly looked around to find a window replacement company and AutoGlass ZEN got back to me right away and had me scheduled for today!They called when they were on their way and finished installing in less than an hour and really vacuumed the back seat. I have a dog and I have NEVER seen the backseat with no dog hair, and they vacuumed so much that there is none!I highly recommend AutoGlass ZEN for your window replacement needs. They were quick and were very safe with masks and social distancing. Great job.

They came to us and replaced the windshield in my Bosss company car. Because the boss uses the company car for site visits and work and we are super busy it was not easy for Auto Glass Zen to schedule a time with us. I really appreciate their patience with us. The price was extremely reasonable compared to Safelite Auto glass.

We had a great experience with Chris & Auto Glass Zen. Our windshield had a sensor that we were unaware of so Chris could not install that day, but he came back in less than 24 hours later! The price was reasonable as well. We will definitely use Auto Glass Zen in the future!

The quality is that of the big national brands but with the value of an independent. I really appreciate the approach. There was a small concern with a plastic cover over the camera/sensors behind the rear-view mirror. The tech explained it to me before he started and with in an hour had the job done. All of my stickers (fast pass, parking, etc) were replaced as well. This caught me by surprise as I expected to have to get them all replaced... Nice work and look forward to my continued patronage.

Great service! A month after the new glass was repaired we had some condensation. We called the company back and they came out and sealed it and weve never had a problem again. We made an appointment for another car to be done! Fast, curious and great prices.

I called this company on 5/19/2019 to replace a windshield on a 2015 Ford Escape. Typical Colorado a rock broke my windshield a year later. They were the first and only auto glass company I called to replace the windshield. Because their prices are the best, the show up on time and Chris the installer was great last time and guess he was the installer this time and showed up on time.Auto Glass is good company to do business with.

Giving 5 stars on my recent windshield replacement for several reasons. 1.) Fast service - I inquired online and was called within a few minutes to schedule an appointment. They were able to get me in the following morning which was very convenient and they were able to come to my home to do it which was great.2.) VALUE!!! I had be researching online a couple of different places, one being the nationwide known company, Safelite. The large company wanted nearly 150 dollars more before tax than Auto Glass AAA. I saved so much money by using Auto Glass AAA3.) I have somewhat of a oddball vehicle, a 2011 Toyota Venza, yet they had a windshield for my vehicle in stock, which is awesome.4.) The two people I worked with were very professional and prompt. The installer who I believe was named Chris, has my old glass out and new glass in within a half hour which is great.I will definitely recommend and will use again for my next replacement or repair whenever that may be.

I chose Auto Glass AAA for the price, but I will continue my business with them because of the outstanding service. I was given a 2 hour window in which the tech would be at my vehicle for a windshield replacement. Unfortunately, I had misjudged my time terribly and was not at my home to meet him. Chris was beyond accommodating! With my permission, he started the replacement process and quoted me for a chip repair on my husbands car when I got there. The windshield was replaced in less than an hour. Windshield looks great and Chris even replaced all of my window tags (Fast Pass, Lyft, etc.). Thanks!

HORRIBLE customer service. Installer arrived an hour late and was in a bad mood. Understandable as we were the last scheduled appointment of the day - fine we all have bad days. However, the install itself was very sloppy. He left black glue marks on the headliner and visors, and debris on the dash and center console and also on the paint work. When reaching out to the owner Abe after inspection he claimed that he was his best installer and has never heard of anything like that before. When sending pictures of the interiors condition, Abe responded with everyone inspects the interior after the job and you should have objected him. The resolution I was offered was I will take $10 off of the price. You have got to be kidding me... Avoid at all costs.

These guys came to my house took my window out. Then the window was “defective” and the guy just left without even saying a word. Now I have a car without a window. The guy on the phone said the guy was not GOD and could not tell the glass was bad when picked up from the warehouse. Should you check on merchandise before you try to deliver it? Don’t waste your time. Even 1 Star is to many.

Wasted my Saturday. Showed up after 12:00 p.m. and said my new windshield was cracked and would be back. Called the company and was told all the places to get glass where closed at noon the installer had to of known this. I called the tech and finally got a hold of him after a couple hours. If you want your time wasted, by all means give them a call.
