Super responsive! Darrold answered my call on an evening after like 7 pm and had someone scheduled to look at our broken sliding glass door the next morning. Once we figured the issue, they sent a quote and we scheduled the fix within 24 hours! Our glass door is fixed and we didn’t have to empty our pockets for a new door, thank goodness! So quick, easy, and really good value. A+ we would absolutely call them again in the future!

Don’t bother! They won’t respond. Hoped with the good reviews I would finally find someone but I emailed for someone to give me a quote, they had me take all the measurements myself and never bothered to reply after I did. What a waste of my time.

Two of my truck windows were broken out while I was moving from Wyoming to Alabama over a memorial weekend....Glass Doctor was the only company to answer the phone. They didnt have my glass in house, but they went out of their way to get me back on the road as soon as business reopened after the holiday to get the glass I needed. Glass Dr. ran into a problem with a stud location and needed an electrician to move an electrical box in order to complete the job, which they did at no additional cost to the homeowner. Very professional folks to deal with very happy with the results.

This company and their staff have been beyond great to do business with.The friendly staff scheduled my windshield replacement within my short time frame and managed to get me in within a couple days.On the day of service there was a small time issue with my appointment but this had to do with me changing my appointment time the day before. They were still able to get me in and taken care of.After the service was completed my rear view mirror had dropped due to fault of mine trying to adjust the cover and the staff was able to get me in same day to get that taken care of for me.Overall this experience was fantastic and I would recommend to all. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the price was great, everything 5 stars.

I had 1 of 4 sections of glass that broke on my fire pit. These guys wanted to charge me just under $500 for the new piece but couldnt match the cut of the other 3 after two attempts. I spoke directly with the Owner who seemed more concerned with telling me what he wasnt going to do for me rather than trying to make it work. I decided not to purchase the glass from them but instead went to R & K Glass who cut it perfectly and charged me $80.

Their team was quick and efficient. They truly know customer service and how to communicate with the customer! I needed several different windshields and they were almost available immediately if not next day! I highly recommend them on personal vehicles or for your business fleet. And they were very accommodating with my schedule on my company vehicles as they did some at my office and out in the field at job sites for me.

We moved into our new house a few months ago. Woke up one morning to find a window had completely fallen out and smashed on the ground!! I found Glass Doctor online and read all the good reviews. They understood the emergency and within an hour had someone out to board up the window, clean up the glass and evaluate what needed to be done to fix it. The gentleman concluded the framing and other half of the window were in very good condition and all that would be required was the one half that fell out. Turned out the previous home owners had that piece cheaply installed with some sticky stuff not meant for window installation. I quickly received an email estimate that was very reasonable. Two days later I received a call that they wanted to send someone else to look at the window to be sure it truly was structurally sound. From the people that answer the phones, to the men that came out to do the work, this is an exceptional company. At all times they made me feel that it was my needs that mattered to them.

My window looks fantastic. They were very professional and did an awesome job. I would use them again.

I had a set appointment for a shower enclosure quote for my parents house. Glass Doctor of Englewood never showed up and never called. I drove 20 minutes each way to get there, and waited another 20 minutes past the appointment time in case there was a traffic issue, so wasted an hour out of my very busy day. When I called, the receptionist apologized but didnt offer an explanation. If they treat potential customers with such a lack of respect and consideration, I wouldnt want to try their actual service.

This is a great business. They come out when they say they will, service our fleet of vans in a reasonable time frame and allow our guys to get back on the road.

Nick came out to help me in Strasburg when NO ONE else would! He came out same day and looked at it and was honest that it was just a scratch not a crack! He was absolutely amazing! If I could give more stars I would!

We were visiting family and needed to have our windshield replaced on our Saturn Vue, we called Glass Doctor. They were Fantastic!!! They called us TWICE to confirm they had the right windshield for our car. While we were there they had an emergency window replacement for another car and asked if they could replace that window first. I said yes, we were not in a hurry, but I had my two kids under two with me. They didnt even blink an eye at that they entertained them while we waited and even provided snacks for them. They quickly replace the other car window and started on our windshield. When our windshield was delivered they noticed a small scratch, you could barely see it, they offered to send it back and get us a new one that day. We were not bothered by the small scratched, they put it on and buffed the scratch we cant even see it now. It was a great experience my son kept asking if we can go to the place with the lollipops.

I needed to have a window installed on a 2018 BRZ. Every place I called was unwilling to install the brand new OEM window, because I purchased it instead of them. I also was quoted higher than this shop by another known person in the area, who then backed out saying the job was too difficult. This place didnt bat an eye, got me in same day and was unbeatable on the price. Job was done quickly and on time, with no issues. Will definitely be back for any glass work.
