Always helpful. I usually wait for them to text me that prescriptions are ready. The drive through is nice if it’s not busy. Going inside is nice when I have other items I need to pick up as well.They use my insurance information to submit for me.I like that they call me and let me know when a prescription is going to be very expensive. Sometimes they are able to get a coupon by taking time out of their hectic day and looking online. Just another example of their great customer service.

Gotta love Hy-Vee since theyre open 24 hours, good for them. I took a trip there for cupcakes randomly at 3 in the morning. This place has a great selection of groceries. The one thing I wish they had was a tank with fresh lobsters. I have to go the Edgewood Hy-Vee for that. Other than that, great place to buy food when ever you want.

Conveniently located next to the Lindale Mall and other popular strip malls. Offers a fairly decently sized Health Market section.

Not a bad little convenience store/pharmacy. They actually have a pretty decent selection of produce and other items you might normally pick up at a big store but without the hassles. Never had to wait in line here.

Our go-to grocery store! This is the one we mostly visit and pretty familiar where items are located in store. Great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Friendly and knowledgable personal behind meat and deli counters to ask questions and looking for specials.Still receive empty pop cans and bottles for deposit refund at customer counter.Always great smells coming from bakery and flower areas!

I love this store. The staff knows where items are, and are always polite. Well trained employees. The managers jump right in and help when needed. The pharmacy staff is busy, but efficient, and pleasant. They will make things right, if there is ever a problem.

The day crew is always so nice and helpful to this busy Mom of three. My kids would like more of a selection of muffins again ;) I always find great fuel saver deals. IM just not a big fan of the fresh fruits and vegetables available.

Customers were pretty rude while I was using my mobility device....young worker at bakery really had to coaxed to provide information about ordering a cake the way we needed. Theres a reason automation and robots are being developed!

I shop here during the week since it is on my way home from work. The employees are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and organized. Produce is fresh and displayed neatly. And I find what I am after for groceries.

Good dang place to shop, but they are a bit behind some of the cooler Hy-Vee stores that are newer or have been expanded. Still the only one to take bottles & cans to that doesnt force you to futz with those abominable machines. So thats pretty great.

As they say there was a helpful smile in every aisle. I had a quick question as to where something was located and when I asked the employee she took me to the item. I have always had good service here.

This is my new favorite Hy-Vee! It has the best selection of Organic and Vegan options in the area at decent prices. I also love how it has displays for local entrepreneurs products.

Its open 24-7 which is hard to come by around here. For that alone its pretty awesome. It also has a large meat and cheese department and a decent selection of beer and liquor.

I live on the SW side and will drive to this hyvee any day instead of going to a closer one. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I need them! Selection is always stocked unless its a limited time sale!

Always clean. Generally friendly and helpful service throughout all departments. Love the butchers! Limited brand selection but usually has what I need if brand isnt important. Worth the extra money for short lines, plenty of open registers and getting in and out fast. (Collins Road location by Lindale Mall) Also, the parking lot smells of smoked meat quite often. So thats nice. Best wine selection in town. If you dont drink wine or eat meat you may disregard this entire review. We have different values.PSA: Old ladies WILL try to vehicular homicide you in the parking lot. This is not controlled by Hy-Vee (right guys?) but it is part of the experience.

HyVee as a whole is great on so many levels. Will even special order. Their philosophy creates a customer experience; its not just a trip to the store or simply a great customer service. 32nd St. NE is far and away my favorite, at any of the stores in the Metro area. Well, I havent been to some of the locations in a long time. Ive probably been to at least 5 different locations in the past year. Enough to know the consistency is evident and is appreciated. 💕

Okay for quick trips. Have a larger selection of items than Oakland Rd store and tend to get checked out fairly quickly. Getting in and out of the lot is tricky simply because of the location near Lindale Mall and the Strip Mall next door.

I wish there were Hy-Vees everywhere. Adding one in Kentucky would be awesome (nudge nudge 😎)

Went into Collins rd store. Was going to get a salad bar. Stood by the cash register for a few minutes while 3 employees stood there talking. 1 looked like she was on break. The other two went to pick up the dropped food on the salad bar. The 2 employees didn’t even look at me. The one on break did. After the that one employee got done at the salad bar She walked away and the other employee walked the other way . I stood there for another couple minutes and no one acknowledge me or waited on me so I left the one that was on break she just Kaina laughed when I made a comment about not wasting my time . Not going back there to get a salad bar 10 please treat their customers like that

Quality meat as well as produce. Most times if you look they have really good sales, and a lot of the Hy-Vee brands are just as good or better than their name brand counterparts. Also Mia went there once and bought some chicken. It was the best chicken Ive had in my 39 years of existence.

I love HyVee and sometimes its worth it to pay that little extra. Produce hasnt been impressive the past couple of seasons, but the meat, dairy and chinese are usually top notch. And as always, a helpful smile in every aisle. For real! 👍

I feel you’ll need to call in you prescription well ahead of time. I had bee inform a 30 min waitwhich took 45. Walk in for a prescription fill is not recommended.

So me and my fiancé went here to get some groceries but every time we go they’re always being racist towards us. Denying to take our services and the manger told us he’s sorry that they’ll give us free food but we don’t want the food its all about customer service and how you treat your customers an at this point we don’t feel like we’re getting that. We won’t be going there anymore. FYI we will be reaching out to corporate !!!

This Hyvee drug is the worst. I come here constantly because its so close but they are constantly out of stuff, constantly. The bread/kings Hawaiian rolls are ALWAYS stale. The ready to eat Chinese and prepared meals are atrocious. My husband would probably rather eat canned dog food. Heres the worst. Almost every teenager is friendly but all the adults, especially the managers are incredibly rude. How are teenagers better mannered then these adults. Its a night and day difference.

I Love Hy-Vee the always have great deals and WONDERFUL FOOD! Chicken, Chinese, pizza... Its all great.

An average grocery store. Selection isnt as good as the newer HyVee stores, but its still as poorly laid out and hard to find stuff as most of their other stores. They seem to randomly move stuff around at 6 month or intervals too so things change locations a lot. The Chinese food is about the best out of all the HyVee stores in town though.

I had went to grab a few items, including donuts for the kids for breakfast, when we got hime we realized we forgot the donuts at the check out lane. So i called them and they had someone deliver them to me so i didnt have to find a ride to go back. They are so helpful and always full of smiles at this hyvee.

Its a good store but not quite 4 stars but better than Wall Mart for groceries

The pharmacy is awesome! They are always very helpful and know me when I stop by to pick up prescriptions.

My least favorite HyVee. They have those awful machines where you have to put redeemed cancer bottles. The layout to their store is confusing and hard to navigate.

The greatest thing about Hy-Vee is the friendly service. A full service deli, kitchen, butcher. A wide variety of foods, including health food pantry, and pharmacy.

Not a huge fan of this Hyvee, but its not far from my home so its convenient. The store is very dated and in desperate need of a remodel. The staff is mediocre with the exception of one of the managers who is always extremely friendly and helpful.

This is one of my favorite Hy-Vees to eat at. Chinese is good and the salad bar is good.

This is a very friendly Hy-Vee,I was searching for Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry product for a recipe. I had checked on line to verify that Collins Road Hy-Vee had them. Could not find them in the store. Found Filo but no Puff. Meat Counter Guy was in the isle and he couldnt find them and so he got Bakery Dude. No luck. As I was checking out I glimpsed a cluster of managers. I excused my self from the check out shared my dilemma with the manages. One was on the phone to find which Hy-Vee I could buy them and another was sure they had them. Manager came back with what I needed. I told him great but I needed two packs, he ran to get me a second. Finished check-out with what I needed and was glad they put forth the effort.Its a It is a Smile in Every Isle!
