Rude Pharmacist Hanna! I was told there was a problem with my prescription and told to contact the insurance company. All I needed was diabetic test strips but she couldnt be bothered to look deeper into what the issue was. For her it was just easier to send me away. After calling the insurance company to see what the issue was I was told there was no issue. I called back and spoke to the rude pharmacist only to be told my prescription was for a specific test strip. So what, she could have told me that up front but it was too much trouble and through-out the whole conversation she was arrogant and could care less what the issue was. Ive moved my business to another location, not a big deal for me.

Was a satisfied customer for 21 years until now. Pharmacist refused to fill a script because she disagreed with the Dr! Went round and round with her for hours. Finally, I went to another location and got my script within 15 min. I switched to H‑E‑B the next day.

Called prior to coming to this location to get covid vaccination and was told I did not need an appointment. You can just walk in. I drive all the way there to be told we are not taking walk in appointments at the moment. So its optional when the pharmacy decides if they are doing them today, tomorrow or the next day by the hour etc. Not helpful at All.

The Pharmacy at this Walgreens is lazy! Especially if you get one of the male Pharmacy Tech’s that work there. They seem to think or believe that they’re only working there for their benefit, and their customer service SUCKS! The three times that I’ve been waited on by the two male Pharmacy Tech’s at this particular Walgreens, always act like as though they’re more important than the customer. They should let a female Pharmacy Tech do the job, at least then the customer will have a piece of mind knowing that what they request will be accomplished without a bunch of attitude!

We have been very happy with this store! Always fast in the drive up. We have had insurance issues and they have been addressed. This is not the pharmacies fault. I appreciate everyone there. They work so hard and very nice to me. I have never had any personality problems. They are very professional! I am in healthcare and pick up prescriptions here weekly for my clients. When going in the store employees are helpful with any questions I may have to find what Im looking for! Thank you all! 🌹❤

Incredibly thoughtful store manager and staff, helped me fill a script at the height of this latest winter storm

Went to pick up a prescription I had transferred over from another pharmacy because it had a menthal taste. I asked pharmacist if the medication they have there had the same menthal taste. She started yelling at me in front of everyone and says, WHY YOU NOT WANT MENTHAL?? So while she is yelling at me, 2 of the other pharmacy employees were laughing. Very unprofessional and very rude.

I just want to say what an excellent group of women that work in photo, Jane was the best and so patient and helpful. Best experience ever, her co-workers were also top notch also great teamwork, patients and pleasant. Thank You for all your help.

I had gone to pick up a prescription and was informed it wasn’t ready. I was told to comeback in 20 minutes and it would be ready. I went to a store made a purchase and even went home for a few minutes before going back to pick up my prescription. That was over 40 minutes. I drove back to Walgreens got in a long line to find out my prescription still was not ready. She said it would be about 20 minutes. I told her I was told that the last time I had gone to check on the prescription. Then she suggested for me to drive around Walgreens and get back in the line and then it should be ready. The line was very long and I had already waited in a long line twice to get my prescription. I decided to go home and go back later. Let’s see I get it on my 3rd try. ☹️ Maybe they should give a more realistic time for pick up.

Ordered an item for pickup. Called the store to pick up my item in store and the guy said I can come anytime to pick it up, and once I reached the store, the lady was super rude and told us that the item is not updated in the system and she cant do nothing. How come both employees have different things to say to the customers. Very rude people, horrible store, will never ever purchase anything from this walgreens again

Worst pharmacy and pharmacists ever! They have messed up my prescription for the last 3 months and I made the mistake of going with them again for the fourth time because my prescription wasn’t available at any other location. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and got screwed over again. They violate HIPAA and over charge every time. I work in the medical field and expressed to the pharmacist on hand my concerns and she blew them off and when I got angry she hung up. Unprofessional and appalling! NEVER again. Also, their teenage staff member Ben better find a job that suits his mentality because that kid is probably the reason my prescription gets messed up every time.

Don’t visit anytime around or after 9pm. The pharmacy only has a single staff member stocking shelves and working the register. It’ll take you more time to hunt them down from between the shelves than it takes to drive down to H-E-B.

I love the pharmacy at this location but the retail staff are pretty rude. The prices were diffrent in store versus online. I called to get an understanding of why that is. And I still felt they were rude to me no one said oh im sorry for the inconvenience. The price in store was 10$ more then online and every other place in town. I was really disappointed. Really disliked the customer service. I am in the customer service field and, never treat my customers that way. I understand now why the prices are diffrent but im giving them a one for the way they handled it and i was not rude i just questioned it because of the price difference.

Staff are happy to help, lines are short, and the building is clean.The store is very clean and well maintained, the shelves are well stocked.The staff are happy to assist all customers, and they take care of everyone the best they can.

Have to give a Super Hero High Five to the Manager Chris! Came in 5 minutes before closing and he was so patient in helping me print out a photo!! Customer service at its best! You Rock Chris!

Im here at least once a week. Customer service is awesome. Store is always clean.

The folks at this Walgreens are always helpful and quick to use coupons I had forgotten.

The pharmacy people are rude!!!! I realize they are busy but that’s no excuse for their short, nasty, rude behavior

I just called in to check on a RX - rude and very short. I apologie for calling and being an inconvenience! Every time I pick up a RX and ask a question I feel like I am putting them out. Sorry for wanting to understand what I am taking. Finding another pharmacy! I am VP in sales - I would fire one of my customer service people if they treated a customer like that.

Everyone was nice, from the Pharmacist to the Front End. Will return to this location.

Ok place to stop and pick up a few things. they are a bit pushy with their loyalty cards. i really dont like those and genrally avoid places that push them.

We like them and use them all the time.

I just waited 30 minutes to phone in a refill, using up my cell phone minutes, and they would not answer! No one should be that busy!

This is the slowest walgreens...understaffed...rude...changing every RX to CVS I have had enough.
