Logan was incredible! Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at a Sephora!Their customer service was amazing and they were incredibly helpful at helping me find a new foundation and concealer. They listened to my skin concerns and were incredibly kind the whole time.It stresses me out to try to find a matching foundation or which brand to pick so Logan truly helped me out by helping me match my skin color.They were incredibly attentive to the other customers while we were there too.

Ricky was very helpful, super calm demeanor. He gave insightful information regarding best time of year to wear the scents. He was knowledgeable about the different notes, and happily provided samples so I could make a later decision.Im a stickler for service, and we carried a nice conversation.

I would like to say that Ellie (sorry if I misspelled it!) who works here is a total sweetheart, and her advice was awesome. I have never worn makeup and do not know a single thing about it. I came into the store with my sister and she assisted by putting on some skin stuff, and eye color for my eyelids, and listened to what I liked and was very helpful. The stuff I bought was pricey but it is for my wedding so, I definitely think it was worth it.

Absolute worst customer service! I walked in and was looking for a few product brands specifically. The girl working didnt offer to help. When I went to the counter, she acted like I was bothering her. Then she just pointed in the direction of the product without walking me over there or telling me about the product. There was no one else in the store. I had to go back to the counter three times for help again. Each time she just pointed in the direction and said its over there in the corner. Do not go here! Save yourself the frustration and go to the one in the arboretum!

Ive witnessed huge mistreatment and Experienced it on many occasions here. This location needs to Start over with their staff. These girls are very rude , mostly the older woman who cannot seem to realize that people come here to Shop and support their store.She is the reason I will not be shopping here ever again. If you are a African American woman , or a Minority PLEASE DONT be surprised if you come here and are rejected from Proper Customer service. Spend your money elsewhere .I wish the management would do something about this raving issue. SEPHORA YOU HAVE A ISSUE HERE.

The staff have generally been very helpful and friendly when Ive been in this location. They do have a slightly more limited selection than the Domain location, but for a quick stop to grab your big go-to products its perfectly satisfactory.

I don’t know what it is about Sephora’s inside jc penny that are so awful. But every time I make a trip to this Sephora it seems I always have an issue. I had a coupon to use for 15$ off and the lady wouldn’t give it to me for some reason. Even though she didn’t even try to enter in a code. She kept looking at the email saying “are you sure this is form Sephora?” And I kept saying yes. I then tried the code on the app and she said bc I typed it in on the app, it def won’t work again now even though I didn’t actually make a purchase with it. I then proceeded to delete the times I had, add more back in my cart, and type it in again and what do you know, it works bc that’s not how coupon codes work lady 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m not one to write bad reviews but I’m just sick of this and consistently having problems. I won’t be coming back here ever again.

Went there today and the service was horrid. I went there with my friend today and the only women working there at the moment left the store when we were leaving just to scream at us. she probably thought we were trying to shoplift but all we did was look around at the products. if you want great service and kind workers I strongly suggest the sephora on Great Hills.

I went in just to browse and ended up treating my self thanks to Lauren (blonde hair). She was awesome. She helped me find the right foundation. She made sure I was happy before I committed to a new foundation. She informed me on a deal and showed me some clearance items. Ashley(black hair) checked me out at register. She told me about jcp card and sepora card. We talked about a primer I was interested in so she offered me samples to take home to try. This is now my favorite sephora in Austin. (btw i did the survey on reciept but i think i got the names backwards)

Ive noticed a staff change. And I had (my first) great experience here this week after being an VIP with sephora over the last 6 months. Where the staff member was attentive and actually allowed me to play/swatch whatever I needed( I guess shed gone now but Jenna *pink hair* is amazing). She was product knowledgable and even up on beauty guru trends. She gave great customer service! I dont remember your name! She is a brand new seasonal employee though she should be hired full time. And also work on some team building with your older gals because they can be so snooty and rude. It makes it seem like you hate selling make up. As for being followed, there is one person on the floor there often. There is also a group of young girls without their parents that DO have sticky fingers, IVE SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES. Just like Ive seen grown women steal pallets. So dont be on here complaining if youre shady and are getting followed. Or actually allow them to help you. Chances are they have some awesome product suggestions. Also tell them if you are looking for budget friendly items it cuts right to the chase if you donnt want to leave with a hundred dollar sephora receipt.

Bad costumer service! We went up to the register where there were two sellers, one with a costumer the other just doing some markings, we asked for help finding a product, they said just a minute. Waited, waited and waited. I felt they just ignored us, finally we decided to leave and they didnt even bother to at least try to call us back.

The entire time at the store one of the workers was following me and my friends around. I’m not sure what the workers name was but she had half black and half blonde hair. She would leave me alone! Every time I set my bag down she would go and look inside it as if I stole something! It was unbelievable. I only got one blush the entire time I was there because I wanted to leave sooner because she was creeping me out.

I would advise any Sephora shoppers to visit the Sephora located inside JC Penny in Round Rock or Barton Creek Mall. The employees here at the Lakeline Mall JC Penny Sephora are RUDE and they treat every one like they are stealing. They follow you around and make rude remarks. Absolutely ridiculous. I took my younger sister here because she was a first timer at Sephora and the employees were unbelievable. I had never had a problem until I took her with me. It made my sister not want to go back and I know I wont. You guys suck!

Would give 0 stars if i could. rude employees watching you like a hawk. no respect for teens shopping around or anyone for that matter. i have rosatia and break out easily so i have to look around And research the brands for foundations and skin care that will help. i was in the store about 30 minutes with my sister. the employees watched us like a hawk,followed us around like we were trying to steal something. its kinda hard not to take it to offense and not think their being racist when youre a mexican american and their following you around acting like youre a criminal or thief. DO NOT COME HERE. i suggest somewhere else. horrible employees here that need extra training or need to be relieved of their duties

I dont like to post negative reviews but my experience at this Sephora (affiliated with JCPENNEY) was so poor that I can only hope it will somehow help future shoppers. Because I have rosacea I must be careful about the foundation I use, but the sales associate was very kind, helpful, and willing to give me a sample of two different foundations to see whether it would cause me to break out. I had every intention of returning to purchase the product if it worked well, as I was planning to wear this for my daughters wedding. However, when the manager (Brandy) heard about the sample (apparently the sales associate had to request the sample from her), she only allowed enough of one to cover a small portion of my face if even that! She was so rude that I put back the other items I had planned to buy. I have shopped at Sephora in the Louvre in Paris, and even there I didnt encounter anyone with the air of superiority that this woman exhibited toward me. I will never shop here again, although I would like to reiterate that the young lady that initially helped me was a real gem.

Awful service the women who work at this location dont know what customer service is. they treat people like their stealing or they laugh at their questions. ALSO their policy about how many samples you can have is false your entitled to three WITHOUT purchase but at this located it one sample then you have to buy something to get two more.... its never been that way NEVER
