Don’t go here unless you “know exactly what you need” because they will sell you the wrong coil and when you bring them back brand new they won’t even give you in store credit and tell you it’s your fault for not knowing your equipment. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They’ve lost my business for sure, and much more money than the $25 coils that they wouldn’t even exchange for me.

If you can smoke it, they carry something you likely need.. from dabs, batteries, glass pieces, this list can go on forever.Not to mention their enormous mellow, relaxing location, with games to play, a large sectional couch, a HUGE flat screen so you can stay and try out your new juices. And yes, you can vape inside!

Rude staff. I only come here when good fellas is closed and this is why. Come in and ask for 6mg triple strawberry and guy says they never made that. Uh then why did I purchase it before? I asked for the 6mg and leave the store only to come back because the employee gave me a 3mg. He says he asked me multiple times and at this point Im done with it. I said no you didnt and I said it when I walked in. Some of us werent born yesterday like the children working here. Dont waste your time or money.

Weird employees that make you feel bad about being there, and a strange personal beliefs bleed into the work place. I was denied my military discount because he didnt believe I deserved it. My father is active duty and works hard so me and my family can take advantage of the opportunities he gives us. To turn me down is to turn down all the sacrifice he has made for us. It wouldnt of been a problem if I was simply told the discount is not provided in general, but it does not seem like good business practice to pick and choose who you deem worthy of said discount. Poor service, poor employee, dont go here. Smoking Buddah is a great alternative.

Definitely 5 star! Customer service is always awesome. The staff interact with us each time come in for a visit. They spend time with us to help us find the right product. We live in the springs so we don’t visit so often. But definitely always enjoy talking with the staff.

Love these guys, wouldnt go anywhere else. Came in today with what I thought was a busted tank but the guy took it apart, put in a new coil free of charge since the one I had in was fairly new and did his best to troubleshoot it. Ended up fixing the issue.

The shop used to be really great, but the atmosphere has since changed. Vapez USED To be a place dedicated to helping their customers... but now all they care about is their personal perks. Every employee is sponsored, causing them to care more about their sales for their sponsors and not for recommending good products. The employees are fake and recommend products based solely on their own agendas. Sad to see such a cool business change so much.

I called today to make sure they sold 26650 battery wraps they said they did. When I went to pick them up and all of the sudden they do not sell them. Do not trust what they tell you they have no idea what they are doing. I’d recommend Perfect Alternatives about a block away they know what they are doing over there.

Always super patient and friendly, went in my first time and had no idea what I wanted, never had bought my own juice and the person behind the counter was helping me figure out what Id like best and showing me different flavours for probably 30+ minutes. They were awesome about all of it, they helped me put together my setup because I had never bought my own mod or anything and informed me of all the features and helped guide me to getting my setup (which is probably the best one Ive used). High quality products and at fantastic prices. They have house brews and the ones Ive tried are really good. Highly recommend

I came in here looking to replace my Novo. They were incredibly rude and tried to up sell me on everything. After repeatedly telling them I was only interested in replacing my current device, I decided to just take my business elsewhere. I felt pressured and they just wouldn’t take no for an answer. I will not be shopping here again as they made me very uncomfortable.

So I came onto this place by complete happenstance one day while working down in castle rock and finding myself needing juice. I went in once and bought juice and coils for my mod and saw a limited edition carta in the display case. I’d been wanting one for awhile anyway, and they just happened to have one in stock. I ended up buying the device on my second trip to the store, about a week later which was yesterday. Get it home and immediately noticed things were off, it had missing pieces of kit, and upon charging the batteries fully and installing them the device wouldn’t fire. I called and was put onto the phone with the owner who went through everything possible trying to help me fix it. When we eventually hung up it was decided I’d try to continue troubleshooting the device with a friend who owned one and if it didn’t work then I’d bring it in today. Never got it fixed so I went in today and we tried a different coil to no avail, and without question the device was returned and swapped for another carta that was checked completely before I left the building. From start to finish my experience with the shop itself was nothing but pleasant and they didn’t stop until I was happy with the result. I can’t thank Peggy, the owner, enough for her help start to finish of getting this resolved!!

Dont go here unless youre an expert in vaping, because the employees certainly wont help. The multiple times Ive been here, the employees act like Ive disturbed them from whatever is more important than paying customers. Luckily there are plenty more shops who want my business.

This shop is run by teenagers that will say whatever they can to to sell defective, unreliable and over-priced products. Do not waste your time with this place. Go to Perfect Alternatives next to Safeway. They will actually take care of you and their products are high quality and RELIABLE!

I went the other day looking for a new tank as I had dropped my mod. The staff was extremely friendly and they have a HUGE selection of liquids. Especially premium liquids. I didnt end up getting a new tank here but I will be shopping here again.

I went in to upgrade my device, I started explaining what I was looking for and what I had been doing already. The guy with the neck tattoo made me feel like a complete idiot about it and told me that I needed to learn more before upgrading my device. It was such a bad experience, I won’t be shopping here again.

Got my first vape here and it was amazing. The staff made sure to not racially profile my sister unlike my high school. The people behind the counter are always on their best behavior and hook people up with some amazing deals.

When you walk in, it looks like a hangout for teenagers. They dont have a large selection of mods and the tattoed guy who was helping me seemed like he was just trying sell me anything and over using the phase its our best device/juice and they sell out really fast to each thing I asked a question about. Wish they would let you try the product before buying it because I wasted $75 on disgusting things that were nothing as he described.

Love the atmosphere of this place the employees are super freindly and are set on getting you exactly what you want compared to other shops there pricing is fair and you definitely get what you pay for. As for the other reviews all of these reviews that say 22 hours ago seem the be by the same upset Joshua Godshalk that claims he worked there. given all the comments left around the same time with same amount of likes all with no account picture but the generic first letter of the account name when its created. As well as each one having personal information such as how the manager acts, and what the atmosphere is like. You would only know that if your a regular and go there all the time and if you were why would you leave a bad review if you spend so much time there?

Ive been an employee here for about 6 months now. I absolutely love my job. I work with amazing people and I have a fantastic time everytime I come into work. Its sad to see an ex-employee making fake reviews for the past 24 hours. Get a life homie.

Ive been to Vapez twice, today and last Sunday and it was perfect. There was two different staff members on each day. They both helped my husband immediately. They were friendly, helpful and took their time. I am not looking for sit down table service, its exactly what I expect buy juice and coils and be on my way.

Ive been working for this company for over a year now and the owner of this location is an AMAZING person. The recent negative reviews ive read are 100% false claims. This location in particular (which I do not work at) is such an awesome store. Sooooo many flavor selections and yes, maybe occasionally the hardware selection is low, but its only because their customer numbers have been growing and products are flying off the shelves!!!!! You will definitely find something you will love and will help you quit smoking!! You will truly be impressed when you walk in the door!!

Prices here are FULL MSRP. They will not budge either. There was a unit for sale in-store for $98. Same unit online ranged from $49.99 - $78 with free shipping.I wanna spend local, but I cant do it here anymore. I went home tonight and ordered two of the units online. I did ask the guy if his price was the best he could offer. He said sorry, our prices are set. Set .Gotcha .

Vapez is me and my husbands go to vape shop. We started off going here after deciding to leave the juul. Staff seem to be very knowledgeable when asked questions, and are always very helpful. One small problem would be that they are always out of something. We end up loving a particular juice and then having to choose something new because its out of stock. Thankfully they carry enough flavors, and brands that we are able to choose something else that is very close in flavor. Also the rewards program definitely makes up for this. We have bought multiple bottles of juice for just $1 because of points. We even had the chance to get a new mod up to $100 I think for free with our points. We decided to use the points on juice though but its definitely a plus! Thanks VAPEz!

I went in for the first time because I broke my glass. Although they didn’t have the glass I needed they custom fit another glass bowl from a diff brand for my vape. Absolutely amazing store and personal. I asked them what kind of 12mg vape juice they had and they let my try this amazing flavor before I bought. Then, they didn’t have the bigger size I wanted so they gave me two bottles of the smAller size at a big discount. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. PLUS THEY HOOKED MY GIRLFRIEND UP WITH AN AMAZING 510 half metal half resin drip tip that we couldn’t find anywhere. I’m going to call tomorrow and ask if I can prepay for juice and have them mail it to me as not many people Cary good juice in 12 mg. High recommend this store!!!

The sales associate said a particular type of juice would work with my setup. I paid $25 for the juice and my device would not burn the liquid, resulting in dry hits. I went back to address the issue and was told there was “nothing we can do” and to purchase different juice. Why would the original recommendation be made? Why would you not stand by your customer if there’s an issue? I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this place and those dollars will be directed elsewhere in the future. Poor experience and extremely poor customer service.

Over priced. Every time you go in a new teenager is working and his buddies are there. Usually quite rude. Juice selection is sub par especially if your from out of state. Tavis is the only saving grace of this store. He actually is a 5 star employee but he can’t save it all.

They are honestly some of the most gullible and painfully stupid people I have ever had the misfortune to meet. They sell good stuff Ill give them that but the collective IQ of that entire store at any given time is 50. Unless you REALLY need something for your mod and they are the only people that have it, go to Goodfellas. Theyll actually treat you with respect there.

Prices and selection are good. I do find this place seems more like a high school kid social club than anything else. Its hard to get help at times because the employees are talking to their friends. It may seem weird because I vape, but I dont like going into a room completely smogged out by others either. There is no ventilation and kids just ripping it in there. I like to be able to see at very least. Im done shopping here

Hands down the best Vapor store in or near Castle Rock. The owner did recently have a bad apple working for her, and that issue has been remediated. However, this person is now creating new accounts and leaving bad reviews - and even publicly acknowledged that he is doing so.... shows the size of his brain doesnt it? And he has the audacity to criticize other employees and the owner? I guess when you habitually dont make it to work, come in late, dont call to let anyone know you wont be there or will be late, give 2 weeks notice and abruptly quit before the first week is up you dont have much of a basis for any finger pointing. Sounds like someone needs to lay off the meth.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. This is the worst excuse for a business. The place is run by over conceited people who only care about making a sale.

The staff members here are just phenomenal! If you need any kind of information or help with vaping devices this is the place to go. Even if Im next to a vapez shop in the springs I go all the way here to do anything because the service is just spectacular.

I will never go back here. Ive spend thousands of dollars at this shop. I just went in and the young man behind the counter kicked me and my son out staring kids werent allowed. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I went across the street to E-cigs and they served me with no problem. They will get all my business from now on and I will spread the word to all of my many vaping friends and family that usually shopped here.

On tonights episode of hipsters behind registers..So, I went to get a new tank today. Dude was just trying to fit different tanks on my piece to figure out which one was compatible until I pointed out the one labeled with my exact tank model. He takes it out, puts it on, we acknowledge it fits, I pay and then off I go to the other vape shop to get coils because they were out.Im in the next vape shop setting up my vape and realize the tank I just bought from vapez is cracked. Im butt hurt but I head back, walk in, wait in line and politely tell him it was cracked and suddenly, hes treating it like a scam. He asked did you wrench that thing down? No.. I touched it less than you did kid. I didnt even have the coil fully tightened. I deal with customer returns on a daily basis.. as an honest customer who had to drive BACK to your store because I purchased something that neither of us realized was broken just to be treated like a punk I feel pretty insulted and shouldnt have to feel ashamed of coming back because I purchased something defective from YOU.All in all, If you want to try and speak over loud mainstream rap music and buy nicotine from the worlds saddest & loneliest pool hall and roll the dice on fault for buying damaged products, these hipsters got you covered.

Every Vapez employee makes customer satisfaction their number one priority. The employees take time to understand your interest, and find you the best product to suite your needs. You leave the shop without the slightest doubt in the product. Vapez makes other companies feel like a customer service call to Comcast.
