I had been to a different CPR and been told it would be a week before anything could be done. I asked if another CPR had the part and they wouldnt do that courtesy for me. I, on my own, tried the Castle Rock CPR. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I was told we could expedite the process (at my expense which I was fine with) and how the whole process worked. I left my phone with them and hoped for the best. The guy was so incredibly helpful and friendly! The next day I was informed my phone was ready. I drove to Castle Rock and he remembered who I was immediately. My phone works and looks great. They did a cursory check to make sure the phone was otherwise doing well. I am so very grateful to CPR Castle Rock and would HIGHLY recommend them!

This is the 3rd time I have used CPR in castle rock for a repair of one of our devices. They’re always prompt at getting my device looked at and fixed for a reasonable price.

Brought a phone in because the charging port had something lodged in it whereby you couldn’t charge it any more. They immediately diagnosed it and removed the obstruction (broken tip of charging cord). Took all of a minute and they didn’t even charge me! Great folks and really easy to deal with. Would highly recommend for any phone or tablet repair!

These guys were able to bring my phone back to life. They sent my phone to there other store just to make sure it was done properly as it was a complete rebuild of my iPhone 11 Pro Max. They also were completely accurate on the time quote. It only took them 2 days to get parts and it had it fixed the following day! Thanks guys!!

Had a great experience using them to replace the screen protectors on my cell phone and iPad. Was in and out in about 15 mins and they did a much better job than I would have done installing them. Im extremely happy with their work and would absolutely recommend them.

I brought my iPhone 8 in due to having some issues with my phone dying at random. The folks suggested replacing the battery. I spent $80, and after they replaced the battery the problem persisted. I returned the phone but they mentioned everything seems to be working fine and that I should check my charging chord. I bought a new charging chord just to be sure and the problem is still persisting. In fact the problem is worse now as my phone cannot determine the battery health and after having used it for two to three minutes at a time will die and restart itself. I dont feel there was much they did to actually work towards a solution to fixing my phone they replaced the battery and made me feel like it was user error that my phone was still having the same problem. If your team is to continue servicing cellular devices, spend a little bit more time and find out the actual problem a client is having dont just jump to conclusions and recommend the quick and easy fix that might not work.

I have to say this place was awesome, I was kind of skeptical due to some poor reviews. However, I have them a chance as they were the only shop with 30 miles to have the parts instock for my s10. After getting price quotes, these guys were a little more then other shops, but offered a better warranty and said to use original parts for my phone which I wanted. They knocked it out the park, not only were they fantastic to work with when I dropped off, they got the repair done in under an hour, which was about 2 hours sooner then they quoted me, which I’ll take any day when it comes to my lifeline!! Do yourself a huge favor and do not even waste your time. 2 weeks ago, I took my Xs Max in and paid for a screen replacement. Immediately upon getting home, my phone would glitch, the screen would appear to have severe lag and burns from the previous screen I was on and lastly yesterday I got home and tossed my phone on the counter with my key like I have always done (in an otterbox) and the OLED inner screen shattered. I took my phone back in to the store to have the screen replaced under warranty and all they would tell be was that it was damaged and they wouldnt stand behind their product and workmanship. All the manager (Jeremy) would offer was $10 off another screen replacement which was a joke after just spending $250, 2 weeks prior.After doing some research the only thing I can think of beside poor workmanship is that they use a hard OLED in stead of the soft OLED that they claim to use. There is absolutely no reason a new product like this should have shattered if not for poor quality screens.Do yourself s solid and go to Apple and spend the extra 30 bucks.

I didnt have the hottest experience with CPR.After I took my Google Pixel 2 XL in for a battery and touch sensor replacement, they accidentally broke my screen, extending the repair time. They did replace it for free, so at least they made that right. However, the fingerprint sensor they replaced is completely unusable after maybe 3 months (and no, its not dirty). My new battery life was also great only for the first few months until it started to diminish as well, despite rarely doing tasks that lessen its life. Since batteries are finicky, I dont really hold that against them, but the sensor should work just fine, and it doesnt. Im going to contact them and see what can be done, will update review accordingly.When I was in the store, plenty of people were getting screen protectors installed for $25. Maybe CPR is really great at that.

After I tried to set up an appointment online I had to finally call the Castle Rock shop. The young man on the phone had tried his best to push my MaCBook warranty repair on someone else, at least five times I was told to go to the Apple Store. Guess he should have said straight out that they do not do warranty work instead of what I got. I found another repair shop in Castle Rock to take my MacBook to for repairs, this company seem to be rated way to high from the response I got yesterday.

I somehow cracked the inside lens of the camera on my iPhone. Verizon said theyd never seen anything like it, so they suggested I try CPR in the Promenade. They knew right away what the problem was; their pricing was fair, and they had a better screen cover (liquid shield) plus a better vent mount for the phone in the car than I had ever seen - their prices are fair and their quality is exceptional. Their customer service was excellent. They had my phone fixed and back to me in an hour. I highly recommend them!

My Galaxy9S just went black and would would not charge. Went to T-Mobile Castle Rock, CO and all they said was you just have to buy a new phone nothing we can do! CPR was located in the shopping center across the street so i went there. i was greeted with a smile amd lets see how we can help you. They were able to get my phone working and best part, only 38 bucks! i highly recommend CPR!

Repair to my daughters phone was well done. They were backed-up when we came into the store and were told that the repair would still be done that day. We did not get a call by close of business as we expected, but the phone was ready the next morning when they opened. My only complaint was that we were sold on getting a Cell Helmet liquid screen protector applied (discounted to $50) with the promise of a $300 replacement warranty. While all of that was true, the warranty is only valid for one year. I could have spent less on a tempered glass cover. Overall, I was pleased with the shop and will use them again.

Excellent experience here. A knowledgeable and friendly staff replaced my iPhone’s cracked screen in about an hour. Great price to do so, and fantastic with answering questions before signing anything. No issues with hidden fees or other scummy tactics. They were always upfront about what they were doing, the cost, and any potential issues. Definitely recommend!

I called and then drove to 6 different cell phone repair places, this is the only place that picked up their phone and had the product I needed. They tried for 45 minutes to replace my screen protector, despite having had a phone screen with factory defects (so the protector did not want to adhere, they tried with 4 different protectors). The manager then apologized for taking so long and offered not only to refund my 10 dollars for my original screen protector but also have me 10 off the liquid glass protector. They are amazing here and I will never go anywhere else for phone repair issues.

Do not use this place!!! I had an iPhone X screen replaced here and all was good until the touch screen failed about two months sown the road. Upon taking it to Apple they opened it up and saw that cpr repair had removed the waterproofing and not replaced it for one. Secondly they had removed a number of screws holding wiring in place and not put them back at all! They are a band aid repair shop hence the cheap price on repairs. No qualified techs there and it cost $279 dollars to fix their screw ups. BEWARE!!!!

Great and fast service. I called to get info, dropped my phone off 30min later and an hour later my phone was fixed!My phone suffered from a toddler throw onto concrete and while there was no physical damage to my phone there was something wrong with the screen because it wouldn’t turn on. My phone was covered under my Verizon insurance to be replaced for free but I opted to spend money to have my phone fixed (since I hadn’t backed up my photos, contacts etc). Well worth the $100+ that it cost me to get it fixed!

I cracked my screen protector and Corey F. recommended the cellhelmet (liquid glass screen protection) and explained how the process worked and he applied it for me. He also told me how to register the product and because his customer service was outstanding, I purchased an Otterbox case to make sure my new iphone does not crack/break!

I brought my phone in about a month ago for an estimate on a cracked screen and the guy working behind the counter jacked up the LCD screen while trying to pry my phone case off my phone. In addition, cracking my phone worse than it was. I told him I didnt remove the case because I didnt want to make it worse. When he gave my phone back I noticed the picture was ruined and he took zero responsibility for it. He simply said it was only a matter of time after the screen is cracked that the picture will go out. I tried calling to speak to a manager and surprise, surprise, I never got a call back. Now what would have cost me a $30 deductible will now be over $130 bucks. Im extremely irritated I couldnt even get a call back! Very unprofessional. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE! YOURE BETTER OFF GOING THROUGH YOUR PROVIDER!

I brought my iPhone 7 in with what I thought was a cracked screen . The tech showed me it was the screen protector I had purchased for that purpose and forgot about. He did not try to trick me by selling a more costly repair. It was quick and inexpensive. Nice guy and very helpful. I recommend this business.

By far one of the best places I have been to in a while for service. The guy that helped me was very welcoming and eager to help me. I went in to price out how much a new screen protector would be as mine had cracked. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how cheap they replaced and installed new protectors for iphones. The guy that was helping me was super polite and helpful. Since I was there I asked about a new phone case as well, and he was knowledgable about every brand they had. I was literally In and out in under 10 minutes with a new protector and case. I am so happy I was in the area and stumbled across this store. I will definitely be back should I need their services again.

I discovered that my screen was detaching on my cell phone which was messing with the proximity sensor. When I took it into CPR, they told me that my battery had swollen and it should be replaced. I was having battery issues as well and just assumed it was due to the age of the phone. They took the phone and replaced the battery and now it is running as if it is brand new! My screen is flat, my battery isnt crashing at the most unfortunate times, and I should get much more life out of this phone (Moto Z Play) and not need to buy a new one for a while. The entire process was smooth, easy, and affordable. They walked me through the process and they know what they are doing. If I have any questions on my tech gadgets, I know who to talk to!

This is the worst cell phone repair store I’ve ever been to in Colorado and I’m from here. I gave them my broken IPhone 8 Plus 256 GB to work on. The only thing wrong with it when I brought it in was the glass was cracked. So first time they fix the glass, they don’t use an Apple logo glass. I was trying to sell this cellphone and it looked real funny with the Apple logo missing on the back. Then all of sudden it’s not charging. They said it was a battery problem. They opened up the whole phone, took out the battery and forgot to put the charge port piece into the phone so the charger couldn’t fit into the phone. There was nothing wrong with the battery. So I took it to a professional he said they opened up the whole phone when they NEVER SHOULD HAVE DONE that for fixing a screen. When you do that, iPhone will not fit back properly. Also, it took them 3 weeks to order parts to fix port that I just took my phone. They had my iPhone for a total of a month and a half and did nothing but mess it up more than it already was. They literally STOLE my Apple battery that was working completely fine. They ruined my perfectly working iPhone and they didn’t offer a refund. THE WORST. It’s all males and they talk to women like complete trash.

The upper corner of the screen had de-laminated (after I dropped the phone on concrete). They fixed the screen quickly, checked out the functions that werent working and returned the iphone to full working order. Polite and reasonably priced. Good as new!

These guys are amazing. I broke my iPhone 8 Plus a few weeks ago and they got it replaced in about 2 hours. They sold me a new case and screen protector to. The best thing is my phone flew off of my car today and wound up getting run over. I went back to this shop and they got it fixed in about an hour this time and helped me claim my insurance on the screen protector they put on and the repair was covered. I have never been to a cell phone repair place. I have always been skeptical of these places because usually I either (a) replace my phone through insurance or (b) get a new phone all together. I went there for neither reason as the customer service representative told me to go here to get better iWatch Zagg Screen Protectors than what they were selling.I was pleasantly surprised at their inventory. I really do not understand their business model in that their store hours were only 4 hours on a Sunday. I scratch my head wondering how a store can survive and pay the lease on the store space. At any rate, the individual was courteous and got what I needed and put it on my wifes iWatch. If you are looking for cell products, or have your phone repaired I would recommend CPR.

I had the best experience I have ever had at any phone store. Even better than T-Mobile! I believe the gentlemans name that helped us was Jerry, he was from Louisiana, if that helps. I had a wonderful experience, he took the time to help me backup my phone, answer all of my questions thoroughly & helped me find th best case/cover for my phone. He took the time to get the phone from Colorado Springs to the castle rock location & then called me promptly when it was in store. I drove from Denver to castle rock primarily because of the conversation on the phone, he was very knowledgeable, professional & helpful

They were able to get my phone in right away. They fixed it when they said they would for the amount they said they would. the only problem was they forgot to call me when they finished. However, they made up for that and were very fair. Cheaper than the Apple store by far!

Im usually not the person to do this but my experience was so bad that i have to. my phones touch was perfectly fine before i took it to this place. i got it back and i couldnt even scroll on it. worst part is i took it back to try to get it fixed and the guy i talked to acted like i was dumb or lying or something and laughed straight at me. i was as pleasant as i could be so i dont understand. he didnt even say sorry or offer to fix it. it was just an awkward silence walking out of there, i was just trying to see if there was a way to fix this since it certainly wasnt a problem before i brought it here.

Had an iphone and an ipad repaired there this year. Both were priced right and done fairly quickly. Happy to have them in Castle Rock, as previously had to go to Aurora for this kind of fast screen repair service. I didnt think the ipad was fixable, as it was bent in addition to broken, and they got it working.
