Visiting my family and I found this Walmart. And I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the store. New pick up machine was pretty cool. But overall good experience. Thanks for the hospitality Castle Rock

The Walmart in Castle Rock is a great Shopping center that is well maintained, cleaned, with great customer service. Comparable to other Walmarts, this store is far better off when it comes to curb appeal and cleanliness of facility. I’m super happy that this store does not fit the YouTube videos of dirtiness, rude customer service, and obnoxious customers. Keep up the great work! Follow me for more reviews.

I was waiting for an important phone call and received it just as I was walking out of the store withmy hands full. Randy (a Walmart employee) noticed and immediately ran over and took the case of waters out of my hands and walked it all the way to my car. I felt so bad because I couldn’t get off of the phone to tell him thank you. He went above and beyond and his kindness made my day. Thank you Randy!

Ive lived in Castle Rock for most of my life and this Walmart is the store I shop at for everything I need. Linda (Typically works the front end and looks just like Linda Carter lol) is an amazing employee and handles the front end very well. It is always such a delight to see her and with how long shes worked there and how well she performs her job, she should be running this store! Someone give this woman a raise!😊

I have been into and called this particular location “hoping” to speak to a customer service representative no less than 3 times now with no success. I have called 3 times, and the phone rang until I got disconnected. I have also been into the physical store twice looking for a specific type of fishing bait. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes and no one showed up, and no other associates asked if I had been helped or needed help. I try not to leave negative reviews as a general rule, but this location deserves it. Their lack of customer service should be a source of embarrassment for anyone. I will not be giving this location another chance. I will gladly spend my money somewhere that has some idea of what customer service should look like.

They usually have what I go to purchase. The store is clean and well stocked. I can get in and out quickly with self-checkout and there is always a clerk or two to assist when needed.

Trashy employees were about to kick off a trailer park royal rumble with each other.Watching adults hurl obscenities at each other in front of the children of custoners does not equate to a pleasant shopping experience.

Went to the vision center. The lady was helpful and nice. Didn’t talk my ear off but gave information that was needed and offered to help the best she could.

Having a hard time finding the cat food for my cat that he really likes right now. So kind of disappointed about that, but that seems to be happening in just about every place I go so not just here.

If there I something I absolutely cannot make an excuse for while shopping at my favorite retail stores. Its when loss prevention is following me around granite I was in the awesome Douglas County....come the heck on people seriously I get it that everyone and there mother steals from ur beloved multi billion dollar inventory, however none more then any of your thieving hellions whomever pull there five finger discount actually have Diesel Jeans, Oakley, Calvin shirt and not to mention my favorite watch a Roly chronological Rolex that I had on. Dont be so dang quick to judge peeps Wally World.

Its sooooo convenient, and has great prices on anything you might need. I go here all the time and am never disappointed. There employees are so nice, especially the door greeters! If youre looking to buy groceries or even just a quick snack for a party or something, this is the place to go! They also have a large selection of fresh produce ranging from cherries to eggplants, they have just about anything you would think to try. Their bakery is pretty good to they have a bunch of fresh breads and cakes and delli foods too! Also they have a really great selection of toys that would be great if you need to find a birthday present for someone. They have a huge selection of all the latest and all the most classic games so if youre bored out of your mind and need some new games theyve got youre back there too. They also have a whole bunch of other really convenient sections such as the technology section where you can find all the best games, consoles, phones, and phone accessories, TVs, movies, etc. , the home improvement sections with paint, tools, lightbulbs, clocks/ wall decor bedding, etc., and finaly the gardening section, with flowers, gardening tools, lawn care, and lawn decor. Chances are if you need somthing, youll find it at Walmart.

Good luck finding a hand held basket for some reason at times you cannot find one at any entrance not everyone wants to park in a traffic jam on one side. Store set up is not as good as others and supplies are always low.

Was able to purchase everything needed. Shelves well stocked. Store busy but not crowded.

I would be very careful buying car batteries. It is obvious that they do not keep records and then will not grant you your core charge unless you have receipt in hand. Auto zone keeps records for you so they are much less of a hassle to get your core charge back. Just be ware.

Stock manager has to get a grip on product flow. Either that or Walmart is discontinuing some of the more popular items.

This is a good Walmart Supercenter. They werent very crowded with customers but the evening/night stockers were everywhere working there butts off.Thanks everyone doing a great job last night !

Went earlyish in the morning. All south self-checkout stations were closed, all regular checkout lanes were closed, only north side self-checkout stations were open, dont know why. Never interacted with an employee.

Amazing customer service. Family friendly and buggys dont have locking wheels. Lol

Dont shop here often, but when I do, they typically have what Im looking for. Only down fall is the fact that the associates are hard to find, and not very willing to help you if you look lost. Otherwise, when you approach them, they are normally very friendly and helpful.

Your sure to find what you want at a great price. Great products at great prices.

Grocery pickup/delivery is constantly messed up. Missing items, wrong address, extremely annoying refund process through corporate. Whoever is managing this store does no quality control on orders.

Had much needed haircut by Kristyn. Always does a great job. Enjoy dinner

I had the most amazing service. The folks in the laundry detergent isle are really great. They knew where everything was even things across the store! Those 3 guys really great.

Its just an average Walmart, typically busy with a 50/50 chance of finding what youre looking for, except I had a slip and fall on lotion on the floor by a lotion display. The store manager thought I was faking it. My broken shoulder wound up rebroken. I guess they can think Im still faking it while their corporate incident team investigates their negligence.

They were out of oil and DEF for light duty diesel trucks. These are common items at Walmarts in other states. Im not sure what is wrong with supplies in the Denver area. Ive run into this twice before around here and wont plan on doing maintenance in this area again.

Shelves were better stocked today than over the past few months. Tried the scan as you shop for the first time today. Of course I got flagged for a check of my cart as I was bagging After I Paid. Person checking my cart had no clue what was going on ripped bags I had already packed. Not sure if this or the delivery service is going to be worth paying for.

Fairly clean. Lots of employees that need to work a little harder. Kind of a laid back feel to this location.

Went to put together an emergency kit for hiking and camping. Had everything I needed including Blood Stop (camping area). Excellent selection.

Only went in last ditch to find something. They had almost nothing I needed

I shop at Walmart in Castle Rock it different everyone was very nice there I different the Walmart in Pueblo but I asked so many questions but answer everything come Castle I would shop there again

Always crowded and limited employees. Took 15 minutes to get help at sporting goods for a license.

One of the better Walmarts Ive been to... Sometimes its really busy and sometimes not so much, youre best time to go is early morning or evenings. Offers products plus groceries. Pretty easy to find things youre looking for. Employees are nice. Offers cashiers or self checkout. Theres a Subway shop inside. The store is always cleaned and fir the most part stocked.

For a Walmart, the store is always clean and organized, its never too full of people, the staff is usually helpful and friendly.

We order online and they are always out of stock on items! I feel that this Walmart is very unorganized!

They open at 6 AM on Tuesdays, but nobody bothers to man the checkouts. Nobody even staring at you while doing their work at the self-check. Good time for a thief I suppose.

Terrible customer service. Linda “the manager” was absolutely terrible and ended up fighting with me over a credit card not having a PIN number. She was literally screaming at me and standing 1 foot from my face. Borderline harassment at checkout.

Its better stocked than most Walmart stores but if you try to call forget about it. Noone will answer the phone. Customer service has been wonderful.

This location is very well kept. The store is always clean, well organized and rarely are the out of stock on the items I go in for. The staff is typically friendly and helpful when asked. Even though they upgraded to a large self checkout area, I wish they had more cashiers staffed as I prefer not checking myself out. That being said there is usually little to no wait once youre done shopping.

Security guy was following me around and I hadnt stolen anything yet.

After working 9 hrs and then go grocery shopping I was very upset that I had to scan my own groceries. Walmart did not have one cashier. I dont mind scanning a few items but I had a full cart.. I would not have went to Walmart had I known that so you only get one star this time.

Very clean and organized.

Shelf are not organized. No prices on the shelf in food center. And they close down one set of door cause they dont have enough man power to maintain the doors. All the while when you go in there are 20 employees in the isles on there phone and not doing there jobs joking and laughing at people. The manager needs to go to Bella Vista Arkansas Wal mart and learn how to do there job. The manager needs to make the employees work. Not play.

Parking is always convenient until later in the evening when they shut down the right entrance. Ive never had an issue at this Walmart though! I do ALWAYS use self checkout though, unless my boyfriend needs a new phone or something in the electronic cages, and those guys are always helpful.

Sea Bass listed as a Special at the door but they were out Sat around 7 pm.Appitizor was slow to arrive, but food was good. Pretty slow traffic and one waitress.

I use to shop here when I lived in castle rock,years ago..I visit here occasionally..only because I dont live in the area..

Fresh produce at affordable prices. Bulk cereals and nuts. Great selection of local craft beers. I feel so lucky to live nearby.

Clean and friendly.sometimes you’re in a nice area and the only blemish on it is a Walmart. That is not the case for this Walmart. Easy to find stuff and the amount of crazy people lurking is low!

I truly dislike when i have to ask for assistance to get products. The security feature in cosmetics is so time consuming and inconvenient. Wont be returning to this location for those purchases

Unfortunately the customer service there has gone down. My husband and I waited almost 40 minutes for a supervisor to come to the perfume/nail section to get us a product we needed and the store was not even busy. After 3 attempts the service desk team lead came to help us herself after no supervisor showed up. Even the back of the technology department called someone over the intercom. It saddens me that the regular associates tried to help more than someone who was given a supervisor position. My husband even talked with the store manager at the second attempt and they insisted they would have someone right over. If this is the type of service you are going to provide then maybe a new change of positions are in order because it shouldnt take this many attempts and almost 40 minutes to get one item. Hopefully the store and team will take customer service a little more seriously where we all have to work together during these hard times.

It was ok for the most part, but when I wanted to try on some clothes I was very disappointed there was no one at the dressing rooms to unlock the doors so I had to buy everything to try on at home now and return now what I cant wear...that is a very big inconvenience for me...that part for me is very is very upsetting to me. Other than that everything else was good..

We visited the Walmart Supercenter in Castle Rock, Colo. today to get my wife her 1st dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.Very well run and efficient, with proper protocols in place & information provided.

The eye center is awesome. Dont waste money buying those over priced glasses at your doctors office. You can buy online & get them filled here for a fraction of the cost. And thats awesome considering you need glasses to see shouldnt cost a fortune.

The store is clean and ready to shop. Team members are not as friendly as they could be. The pharmacy is a busy place and maintains a very efficient and welcoming department. Rest rooms and Customer Service are at the front of the store. This Walmart has a Subway, Optical store and Hair salon inside. Handicap parking and entry available.Will not buy groceries from this Walmart. Especially meat or bread products.If i could review the pharmacy separately i would give them 5 stars!
