Not as friendly and helpful lately. I was looking at purchasing a new phone to replace one. Not very knowledgeable in what is supposed to be their expertise. I actually knew more then the sales person. Not a good modeling.

Yes..this is a great place too purchase a cell phone...all the employees are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful in every way..I recently had too purchase another phone, and Jamie, customer advocate, helped me through the whole event, definitely knows what she is doing, knowledgeable in everything needed and very helpful in the whole purchase..she definitely needs a raise ..and I will always come here when she is working, and if shes not..I know all of the others will help me as well....outstanding customer service ..thank you .

Manager likes to bash peoples knowledge of phones online. Hope your company realizes you need to be professional both on and off the job. I will gladly be spreading the information of how your company allows such a rude man to manage the store. Shame because Cricket has always been about customer service and yet the reviews Ive read and from what Ive heard people should avoid this location at all costs.

I was lied to by the staff at the store at the mall in Casper Wyoming she told me when i signed up if i have any problems with the phone I could bring it back if I had insurance so I got the insurance had my phone 4 months and I dropped it and cracked the screen so I take it back only to be informed that they cant actually do anything its a third party insurance company and I have a deductible . well the phone I got for free when I signed up now is going to cost me $45.00 DONT GET DUPED LIKE ME!!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Cricket is horrible I wish I could give zero stars. I am trying to upgrade my phone and I cant. The phone I want is sold out in my store and they have no clue when they will be getting more. I cant get it on the cricket app and no one can explain why. The managers response is to drive hours to a store somewhere else.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I surprised the businesses ever actually got stated with the boss Alex running it. They have no experience to what Ive seen with customer satisfaction. Very weird that the booth was a busy nightmare when the rest of the mall looked abandoned. Many unhappy customers. The employees look like chickens with their head cut off. Only one employee showed any confidence in his job. After speaking with the manger on the phone who was probably at home watching TV waiting on a pizza, I confirmed my decision to never go there again... I would explain the whole situation but I dont want to destroy their reputation too bad.

Bought a phone 2 days ago from cricketwireless it broke. I did not drop or do anything to the phone. They will not return phone. The worst part about it that the customer service is terrible. Dp not buy a phone from them. Buyer be very aware
