Megan was VERY knowledgeable, courteous, AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL in getting my needs taken care of. My new phone is AMAZING, and I would DEFINITELY AND. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Megan for your every need when it comes to choosing and purchasing a cell product. The manager has a great and good employee with Megan. Also, the other staff was courteous and helpful in answering my questions while Megan was setting up my phone. I WOULD DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK TO THIS STORE IN MY TRAVELS...even if it means traveling hours out of my way!

Tristen at Cellular Plus Verizon on Cy was super helpful with getting me exactly what I needed for my husband’s phone.

My wife’s phone died several years ago. Since she uses it for her business she needed a new phone ASAP. By the time she left the store, we ended up getting billed for a $700 phone, when we had a free upgrade. She was talked into a tablet because she was told it would lower or monthly phone bill. Our monthly phone bill was lowered but, we ended up paying an extra $150 a month for a “device” fee. For a tablet we never used and a phone that should’ve been a free upgrade. I refused to do business with them ever again since they Screwed Us. My current phone was paid off with insurance. The battery was bad in it but, still under warranty. I received a new phone and took both of them in. So that they could wipe out my old phone and activate my new phone. I got Christine the store manager. She did an excellent job of taking care of it and my phone bill didn’t go up $150 a month. Thank You Christine for making the swap painless. I will return to this store again. I might have a lil hesitation on doing so, but I will give them another chance.
