I ordered grande frappe and received a grande cup with the same amount as a small cup can hold

This Starbucks was great!The staff was very nice and friendly.The store was nice and clean.They have outside seating which is nice on those sunny days.They have a drive through at this location.Drinks and food tested great.

I’m trying to get into this Starbucks thing so I stopped at this location Nice and friendly workers they even recommended a few things for me to try …. And they actually knew the different drinks off hand they didn’t have to go read off any booklet or anything. I ended up getting the strawberry 🍓 funnel cake drink it was ok again I’m trying to get into Starbucks I can definitely say I’ll be stopping by again for another recommendation that you for your service.

I don’t really write reviews but I’m so frustrated with this Starbucks. Every time I go into this Starbucks they are always out of what I want. It’s 11 and they are out of bagels ? They are suppose to be able to pull enough to sell all day. Also they didn’t bother mixing my white mocha in my drink it was all sitting at the bottom of the cup. I’m done trying to come here.

Disappointed by my most recent experience; this is the location I come to most since its the closest and tends to have most things in stock. This time the selling point was they close at 10 pm and it was 8 pm.I ordered a pink drink with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. All three folks waiting got their drinks and left, I watched folks in the drive thru get served and leave. I took the time to look them up on the app and noticed they had protein boxes in stock...they had NOTHING in their cooler besides some chocolate milk and a ham snack. It was as though they were prepping the store for closing.One girl got excited about her schedule change and I was ready to cancel my order THEN I got my order...which had no strawberries (probably already put away at 8:15 pm).Just beware coming 2 hours before closing and youre better served through the drive thru.

One of my favorite places away from home. Staff is kind and outgoing - suggestive and sweet.

Not knowledgeable of what they are doing. Based on multiple trips of going there they are rude they always give me different answers. When I go to other Starbuck locations they are very nice and they do exactly what I tell them to do.

The slowest service / drive-thru. I have been 2 or 3 times and each time I am sitting in the line for over 15 minutes. I have seen multiple people getting out of line. Absolutely ridiculous.

It took me 30 min to get a coffee after we have paid. Regular coffee. Unacceptable. Moreover the first cup was some trash, the bittermost drink I have ever had. Looked like they just poured something from appt that was almost empty. Second time was better though, thats why I am giving them one star.ok, today June 17, I tried buying coffee here again. I had to pour it out It was something extra bitter, but definitely not a coffee. They were able to make a regularly tasting coffee second time I give up 9n this place.

Nice location, but poor outdoir seating. Tables are usually dirty and there is only one umbrella to service the 4 tables. Drinks are good and service is quick.

I leave work around 9pm and thats the perfect time for me to get a fresh cup of coffee. This Starbucks is a lifesaver for closing much later than the other Starbucks!

My dogs and I love this Starbucks. Their favorite thing to do is going to get their pupachinos. They’re always so sweet to my dogs too. The people here are always so nice. I’ve never had an even remotely bad experience with this location, and I come here a lot. It’s my main Starbucks.

Pretty normal visit to Starbucks. I was a little put off at an upcharge for a substitution recommended by the barista because they were out of the normal ingredient. My drink size was also assumed, and I was distracted enough by the missing ingredient to not specify myself. I do bear responsibility for not asking the questions, however I dont shop here frequently enough to recognize that the pricing is off. But overall my visit was pleasant, and the barista was very nice. I just would have appreciated mentioning the upcharge, and asking me about my drink size since I didnt specify.

One of my favorite Starbucks. They knew me and my order, after the third time I ordered the same thing in one week and continue to know me at the drive thru and in person. This is a great staff that really looks out for the individual.

Me and my friend just went thru the drive thru and it’s 6:25pm. They said they were closed. On the website it says 10pm. The female told us this as she was throwing the trash out the back door. We won’t be returning to this location. Rude employees with nasty attitudes.

Staff member tested positive for Corona virus? The store is short staffed, they closed the dining room, unexpected inconvenience on the sign, staff member wont confirm yes or no if thats the reason... Another store said anyone who works with them has to quarantine. But theyre totally fine letting all the people they serve drinks to go on about their lives and have no idea they could have been infected. FU startbucks

Way too noisy at least put felt sliders on chairs to relieve noise to that small degree!

Always out of everything especially impossible breakfast sandwich. Take forever to make one breakfast sandwich & coffee. I ordered an hour before I had to leave for work, they kept delaying my order so I had to cancel because I couldn’t wait for it much longer had to had to work. They charged me for my cancelled order. How is it my fault it takes over an hour to make one sandwich & coffee? & I kind of had no choice waiting around for them to make me my food I’d be late for work... this is the only location that is out of everything you ask for too

So yesterday I was having a horrible morning . Basically my car had major engine problems on the way to work and long story short I ended up at this starbucks for a little over an hour . I cannot song these baristas praises enough . They let me charge my phone and got me a fresh coffee, and provided me a new Covid mask as mine had gotten dirty... And all were super friendly about it....made my morning alot better. Major thanks to the blonde barista (sorry I forget your name!) But I have to say, this was the best starbucks experience Ive ever had. 10/10 . Thank you !!!!!

I am very picky regarding coffee; I cant find my favorite coffee at Starbucks. But it is always a pleasure to go to Starbucks to get my cappuccino. The staff at this location is amazing!

Fantastic place to study and meet people to chat. The environment is really chilled and the music and holiday decorations were a nice touch. The drinks were also very tasty and well made.

As far as Starbucks go, this place is as fine as any. All Starbucks experiences are predictably the same. Theres comfort in that for some, and for that reason I often hold business meetings at Starbucks. But when it comes to coffee preference, I much rather support a local/independent business as its often better tasting. Additionally, with an independent venture, theres more opportunity for community - something that this country sorely needs.

Productive, quick service happens here from politely curteous to warm and friendly employees.I am a fan of the layout.Only thing I would suggest that this location needs is some outlets behind the comfy chairs.

Orders are always wrong in drive thru- and I only order iced coffee black. It’s always sweetened. I appreciate being chipper but I’d rather you listen and get my order right.

Wow! Colin “Coffee Ambassador” is the most friendly and fast barista I’ve ever witnessed. He’s on a whole other level. He was doing the work of 2-3, greeted everyone, and made quality drinks.

Gold Member Here...stopped by yesterday cause the app said it was Happy Hour. At 2:44pm I placed my order to be told that Happy Hour was not until 3:00pm and that I would have to pay full price. OK...maybe the app should have been clearer because at 3PM my app sent me a notification reminding me...Let me tell you what good customer service would have looked like...Mr. Williams Happy Hour does not start until 16 more minutes but since you are preferred Gold client we will make this one exception. That would have been great customer service...Instead...I got one-star customer service.

Super nice customer service.. I’m not a big coffee guy but I needed something to keep me awake, I told them what I wanted and they made me an amazing tasting coffee. I appreciate the fact that they didn’t get annoyed by my questions or how long I took.

Im not sure if who was making the drinks was the manager, but hes pretty great. I saw him make conversation with every customer that was standing and waiting for their drink. I had come in twice within the hour for another coffee (meetings, right?) and he remembered me and my name and asked how my meeting was going. Ges great for customer service . Great store!

Nice place and pleasant staff but music is too loud for 5:00 am. I asked them to turn it down which they did but when I went out to my car to get something they turned it right back up. I hate when I cant hear the music/work video with headphones because the overhead music is too loud especially so early in the morning.

Multiple visits here over a long period of time. The staff here learns you, who you are and what you like. They are always friendly. It is a positive experience every time and can be a great start to a morning.

Used to be my favorite Starbucks, but after yet another day of being ignored at the counter while employees chat, check their phones, and in general act unprofessional—I will be going to a new location. Too bad since the manager and baristas are very good. Just someone needs to step up to the registers and serve customers.

The lady at the counter was horrible. Inspite of telling her about the hurry, she was focused more on talking with the customer and one point I had to conclude that the conversation would never end and my wait would be quite long.

They are generally quick and always friendly. Today I took a chance and ordered the spinach feta wrap for breakfast, I dont know if it was me or the wrap but it tasted so strange I could not eat it. Well, I wasnt optimistic about the situation but decided to call and see if I could bring the wrap back for credit or a refund. I was pleasantly surprised when I explained the situation to the woman who answered the phone was extremely understanding and went out of her way to make me happy by not only refunding/voiding the wrap, but also the coffee I had purchased on the same order. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but I am almost always satisfied to order coffee there and very pleased with their customer service!

I always love Starbucks. This location is in the crossroads shopping center so its usually busy. Ive never had a problem with my order here.

Nice Starbucks location. Very friendly staff. Clean. Usually quite busy though as its in a major shopping center. Couple hipsters just ordered from the mobile app, so pretty cool.

Recently the staffs customer service has been less than great. The last couple of times Ive been there my coffee has tasted like warm milk, no coffee, & each time there were issues with my order. Same barista each time & although shes corrected herself, its taken too much time to acknowledge me standing there, no smile, and a snarky attitude. Definitely not a fan of this location these days.

Always awesomeno matter what the location but my favorites are Tryon road Mill pond and the one in Clayton across from Walmart. The managers there are all spectacular in every way as well as the general managers.

One of my very favorite Starbucks. I can use my app., drive through, or even better, because most people in line r not using app., run in pick up my order & be gone on a busy day. This a very friendly hard working staff!!! They are awesome!

Honestly the best Starbucks I have been too. Everytime I go I never have a problem and my drinks are always made to my liking. The staff is amazing and always talkes to me asking how I am and they hold conversations with me too. Some of the staff even know my name and I love this because it makes me feel important and it brings a smile on my face. Now for the drinks and food I have to say it is so good but I think it’s the same for all locations for the most part

The coffee was as always. The cashier spoke too softly and too fast to understand. Noticed that everyone kept having her repeat herself so I dont think it was just me that had problems hearing and understanding her.

Excellent coffee! Consistently excellent. I was thinking the McDs coffee was the same and pretty much consistantly just at a lower price but Ive opened my eyes today. I purchased a regular large coffee with cream and it was not burnt tasting or had that old coffee flavor. Starbucks is now my morning coffee headquarters!

This location is a busy one (next to an outdoor mall), but they are quite pleasant and always helpful. And most (about 99%) of my drinks have been spot on!

Went in today around 5 with my sister and as soon as we walked in we were greeted and the barista who took our order was extremely sweet (I unfortunately didn’t get her name) and later on when I received my cold brew, I wanted to add something which the barista (she had cool purple hair and was also very nice!) happily helped me with. Had a great experience here :)

Some of the best customer service Ive ever seen at a Starbucks. they also have a ♿ handicap accessible restroom, seematng, parking and other unique features. I really love their new espresso drinks including the blonde espresso in a flat white or a regular latte. they also have many snacks to choose from and bakery items from sandwiches, scones, cookies, cake pops, and more.

Came into Starbucks because my apartment flooded, and needed a place to hang out for a bit. AMAZING customer service by Brittni! She was such a sweetheart, and really made my day a little better under the circumstances. Thank you, Brittni!!!!!

I went here today with my friends and I am honestly quite disappointed by one of the employee behavior. An employee forgot to add whip cream to my drink, which was absolutely no big deal. However, when I kindly asked her for it, she reacted as if I rudely demanded her for it. Next, I explained to her that I purchased gift cards from another Starbucks, however, they did not have any more envelope and I politely asked if they have any envelope. Instead of handling it to me, she threw it on the counter which had whip cream on it. Despite the fact that she saw it landed on the whip cream, she did not say or do anything. I disappointedly had to wipe the card clean and gave the graduation gift card to my friend. Despite her being grumpy, I was patient and polite, yet, it didnt matter to her. I completely understand that she might be having a bad day, but her lack of professionalism and the level of rudeness she displayed toward a customer today is unacceptable.

I hope that one day you will be able to enjoy this establishment as much as I have been able to enjoy it and that you have a wonderful time like I have had a wonderful time!

Drive thru seems to always be pretty packed. Go inside for fast and friendly service. Great coffee as always. Expect to wait if you come in during peak times

It is a place to get coffee. I dont drink coffee. Getting anything here when meeting a group weekly, pretty much sucks.

Cashier with the pink cat eye glasses was very snarky. Could stand to learn a thing or two to better her sub par customer service skills. Drink was good though.

Good Starbucks. Quick. But...Because it is in a busy shopping center, sometimes busybusy. It is free standing, not in the SC.
