Stopped in to meet up with someone, since I dont have any Caribou in my part of the state. Had a Pumpkin latte that was amazing! The only thing was, I wanted it hot, and the guys made it cold...it was still yummy!!

Having been a mostly drinker of coffee from another chain (****ducks). I was unsure about the selection and variety here. Let me tell you that was quickly changed today! I tried the Nitro campfire mocha and lets just say it was amazing!!

Love this place! Their coffee has always been well prepared in my experience. I love the campfire mocha with dark chocolate. Theyve been pretty busy lately whenever Ive been there, so ordering inside can have you waiting for 5-10 minutes. Its always been worth it though.

Use to be the neighborhood go-to location for coffee. Has changed a lot over the years. They seem to have a constant issue with maintenance. While the coffee is pretty consistent, similar to Starbucks in quality, staffing seems up and down. Parking is extremely difficult.The neighborhood also seems to have changed. Someone smashed the locations front window/door and there has been vandalism of the patio chairs over the last year. The non-smoking sign on the patio is pretty much useless. These are all reasons many of us who have been regulars here for 15 years plus have moved on.I visit ocassionally hoping it can return to its former glory but it is what it is - a chain coffee shop in an old location past its prime, in a declining area. So I guess theyre doing ok considering that.

Best tasting coffee, nothing else needs to be added. Starbucks have nothing on these guys. I highly recommend them at any location. Wish there was one in Virginia.I had the campfire coffee. So good! I also tried their apple fritter. Although I personally believe no one can touch my apple fritters, I was delighted to say that Caribous apple fritter was pretty darn good. And they did warm it up.Wish there were one closer, like the 27519, Highway 55 location.

This place is soooooooooo goooooodddd!!!!! Its better than Starbucks because you dont have that burnt coffee taste muffled by a little bit of sugar. Also you dont pay $50 dollars for two drinks! I recommend a Caramel High Rise blended for anyone whos just exploring the world of Caribou!! Their coffee is deliciously blended and brewed so you dont get that burnt coffee taste. You also get the flavor of the mix in without all the sugar, the perfect mix.

Pleasantly surprised by the iced coffee. I think it was their nitro brew, light cream and sugar, a little vanilla syrup.

I love Caribou, I wish there were more locations! This one never disappoints, always high quality coffee drinks with a clean restaurant and ample seating (when COVID wasnt here).

Location is a little tricky to access but the service and drinks were awesome!

Tons of options for drinks, and especially helpful during the 2020-21 pandemic--they have a drive-thru. I dont know that Im crazy about their foodstuffs--the sausage egg swiss croissant wasnt bad, but the lemon poppy seed bread a)didnt stay edible for long b)was a bit stale and c)was rather artificial tasting. Expect breakfast sandwiches just above McDonalds quality, but outstanding drinks. Skip the baked goods. All heated food was very hot, so it wont get cold easily, but do be warned before you take a bite. Expect your order to be on the pricier side for fast food. Not bad, but there are better local options. Consider the place reccomended for drink selection and fast service, but not for anything especially gourmet.

At 4 in a weds there was no wait. It was pretty easy to get to, but I can imagine during a busy time parking would be tough. The people who work here are very friendly. Also, lots of tables and comfy chairs.

Great service and hot drinks! Theyre little over sweet so ask about how many pumps of flavored syrup they add to your particular size drink. I am talking about there coffee blends drinks.

The coffee is really special..like I dont know why its so good, good. Its strong yet doesnt give you jitters afterwards. Only thing is the staff. They dont know prices (check your recieipt) and they constantly overfill the coffee cups so the liquid drips out and you have to clean your car cupholder and sometimes your clothes because of them. The coffee is really good but the staff can take a hike.

I love the coffee and I love the atmosphere! Plenty of seating and outlets; perfect to study for an extended period of time. The location is clean and the staff are friendly. Most importantly, the coffee is fresh and there are plenty of snack and sandwich options to grab. I personally am a fan of an iced coffee with plenty of milk. Yum!

Coffee is wonderful. If you like Chai Tea, the seasonal pumpkin spice Chai Tea is fantastic. The food is pretty good too.

Caribou Coffee is an incredible place for anyone to go to, like other coffee places caribou has an amazing selection of tea and coffees to choose from as well as various breakfast items. The atmosphere for me was very relaxed offering couches to sit on and tables to work at all while being able to smell the freshly brewed coffee. Caribou Coffee is a definite must if you are interested in a great way to start your morning.

Great coffee, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff. Nice place to visit to do some work or study. I personally love the cold press on a warm day, macchiato on a cold day. Definitely visit if you’re looking for an original coffee shop experience with real coffee.

Ive been to this specific coffee shop a couple of times and everything Ive ordered has been fantastic. I just tried the pumpkin pie latte which is so good and very different from the super sweet pumpkin spice latte at SB. I also like coming here for the atmosphere, its usually very quiet and the seating is plenty and cozy. I would highly recommend coming here just to try some of their drinks if you like high-quality coffee and espresso drinks.

I absolutely love the dark chocolate hot cocoa. Have yet to eat anything there that is very tasty, though. Inside is a nice place to sit awhile though. ALWAYS friendly service.

I love the coffee at Caribou! My absolute favorite is their peppermint mocha. The only downside is the price - its definitely a once in a while place to get your treat yo self on. Quality is worth the cost, but its just outside of the range of being reasonable for regular visits (in my opinion). This particular location is not easy to get to following navigation systems, is short on parking places, but has a drive through which is a definite plus!

Visited the Cary location while traveling for work. First time in a Caribou and it was great. I asked a lot of questions and the staff was on point and gave me more info than I was expecting. Oh and the cold press is delicious too!!

Before going here, I read the reviews and the reviews that I read were accurate. I ordered a latte with vanilla and it honestly was the best latte I’ve ever had. Smooth flavor and texture. I’m going back tomorrow for another one. And the barista on the day that I went was nice and helpful. One of the ladies gave me directions to the establishment when GPS steered me on the opposite side of the street. Huge thanks to her for that because she didn’t have to do that.

Great place to get work done.Coffee prices are about the same as Starbucks, but the real reason to come here is the space.It’s spacious, has low volume music, and plenty of outlets to plug into.Will be back.

First time to this location. And just like some reviews said, the parking is very limited. I got here at 7am on Sunday morning and there were only 2 parking spots left.I got their daily coffee - nice flavor and fairly priced.Cute coffee cup and sleeve!

Calm, laid-back environment. You see people here of all ages, genders, ethnicities meeting to play cards, have a business discussion, work on their PCs, chill with friends.... Its like a mini-cross-section of society!Plus, the staff are awesome, friendly, helpful. If youre a regular, theyll know your name and what you typically like to order. Love the lattes (made with Durham --laurel Counter Culture coffee) and blended drinks, in particular.

Unbelievably good hot chocolate as well as coffee. I am a huge Starbucks lover, but Caribou equals them with their unbelievably professional staff and incredibly delicious products.

Great service and friendly staff. The ambiance is wonderful, like other Caribou locations, and it is nice to hang out here.However, they serve inconsistent coffee ranging from Okay to terrible.The worst thing about this location is the limited parking, with only 8 available spots. To compound the situation, the 8 spots are split into two parts with a single-lane drive-thru separating the two sides.If you want to park here (you can only make a right into it, if you are coming in from the opposite side you have to do a U-Turn), you have to slow down and carefully scan both sides of the parking lot before pulling into either one. You wont get a chance to change your mind once you pull in.

The coffee is great, the staff is very friendly. Its too bad that there is a common element of patrons that frequent the patio area and pathologically refuse to obey the no smoking rules. The staff is unwilling to offend them at the expense of all the other customers that are trying to enjoy their coffee free from second hand smoke.

I love their coffee especially the toffee mocha. But those mini bagels are not worth the money. I tried so many of the flavors I did not like a single one. But my favorite part about this place is the drive thru because the parking lot is so small and it’s difficult to find an open spot. So, I never come inside to study or anything. Overall, the atmosphere inside is really nice if you do decide to step in and have a seat.

I don’t really like coffee but they have great non coffee options like tea lattes and hot chocolate. I enjoyed the atmosphere and I’ll definitely be returning soon.

Caribou coffee, a great place to go for a coffee session. Seating environment is spacious and plentiful, with an outdoor option as well. Great for people watching, as all walks of life come through. Ive never had a bad cup of coffee from caribou, which is something i cant say about other coffee places.

Delicious breakfast sandwich that is served all day. Casual rustic atmosphere as is expected at a caribou. Friendly staff. Discount if you bring your own mug. Has both tables and over stuffed soft chairs. Parking is permitted across the street but not next door.

Good coffee. Location is a little difficult go get in and out of. Lack of parking on a bush morning. Also, the milk steamer on the coffee machine was so loud when sitting in the coffee shop trying to chat with a friend over coffee.

Absolutely love the decor and huge outdoor, covered seating area. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel very welcomed. Also, try the sparkling green tea lemonade. Watch out, Starbucks!

Very good coffee. Had a good time listening to some local artist come out and sing for the coffee house. Inside was very gorgeous and well crafted to fit very well. Coffee was very strong and bold with every sip.

I came here a month ago with my out of towner family. It was my first time too. No complaints! It was quiet and peaceful, cool inside, barista was super super friendly and personable, and they got all our drink orders correct the first time around and we got them quickly. Nice little front patio which is shaded that you can sit in and while the view is just your typical Cary view of a wide road and parking lot, its still at least nice to have the patio option. Hopefully surrounding businesses eventually go down this route and can form a nice little spot.

The baristas were both lovely young ladies, very nice, professional, and one even helped me decide on a drink -- the vanilla latte.It blows the competition out of the water (read: Starbucks). Its consistency and taste were much better than Starbucks and it was mildly sweet.Their pastries were great and the decor makes you feel as if you were in Anchorage, Alaska.When Im in the area, I plan to return again. I love this place and its many options (yes, they have lactose-free options).Try this place, you wont regret it!

A perfect place for unwinding for hours with friends or sitting cozily at a corner with a book.This charming place offers a wide range of tea, coffee and hot chocolate and yes they have a lite variety of most of their beverages. I personally loved their Turtle Mocha, Caramel High Rise, Mint Snowdrift and Blended chai. Calorie watchers would be happy to find delicious oatmeal. Their sandwiches too have mini versions with my favorite being Turkey Sausage Mini.Their scones are a lite too sweet and I havent tried their dessert. Parking is the only concern, however, the shopping centers parking across Maynard comes handy. You can get unique greeting cards, gift items and other souvenirs in this place and the staff is extremely warm.

Great coffee. Only Caribou near me and a ways away but worth the drive. Be aware that parking is always full so you may have to park at the strip mall behind the store and walk in next to the dumpsters.
