Knowledgeable staff! I came in this morning to get an oil change because my 2014 Kia Forte was making more noise accelerating and idling than usual. The oil change was done in 10 minutes and when I drove home the car sounded normal. Awesome service!

I am a new truck owner and came to check in on my first oil change. I was under recommended mileage but my car had been sitting in the garage for a while due to COVID. Steven took care of me and checked oil levels and oil viscosity for my car and noted they were good to go before any work was done. You will receive an excellent customer service in this place. My car was not due for oil change, and when I went there they advise me not to do right away and did some filling too. they have not charged anything and I feels like I found out a good trust worthy place for my future services.

They had the parts prepared when I arrived. The man working on my car offered for me to take his car since I had two small children and help me move the car seats. It was way above and beyond what he had to do. It was done when he said it would be done. He provided me several coupons that he found himself and applied for me. I could not have had a better experience.

I was very impressed with Steven and his team. My brake pad fell off and I pulled into Fast Lube Plus knowing nothing about them. I was treated politely and he took the time to show and explain to me what had happened. I was grateful for his honesty and integrity. I highly recommend this shop!

Found these guys about a year ago, haven’t gone anywhere else since!They cost a little bit more than say, going to Walmart, but all the time I save coming to these guys is worth the extra $20. I tell everyone I come here and nowhere else! I’m usually in and out within 15 minutes!!!Always very professional and courteous - last time I got my oil changed one of the men offered to replace one of my windshield wipers for free since he saw it was torn.Fantastic customer service and they’ve gotten a return customer for life from me!

I truly cannot give this business a high enough rating! I had visited several other oil change locations in the area and was very dissatisfied! The assistant manager Richard went over the top to fit me into their shop quickly! They did a maintenance check, topped off all fluids and had me on my way in less than 15 mins!!Very kind, professional and honest people! I will definitely be back for all of my service needs!

Brand new to the area, called and they could get me right in (these days thats not always a good sign, beware). All employees were sitting around a tv and scrambled when I drove over the bell. They failed my inspection, charged me more than double what he verbally claimed at the register (said $12 it was over $30 after looking at the receipt). Left my car outside in the rain with window down, no one offered to go out and put it up so I had to go do it and then go back in to pay. Went to another place and passed. Called back to get refund, calmly asked for a manager other than the person I dealt with and he claimed to be the manager (I assume it was the same guy from the register), never gave me anyone else to explain the WHY or even get me with his manager. He went on for 5 min about hypotheticals with legal stuff, his job, and their biz license, also talking down to the company that actually gave me the Pass. Very unprofessional! It makes sense whey there is never a line at any of their 3 bays. No need to reply, taking my hard earned money to a business I TRUST. Some shady stuff going on here for sure!!

I went here for a car inspection. The gentleman who dealt with me was very polite, professional and kind as well as fast and efficient. I needed new windshield wipers which I paid for them to put on. I made the mistake of asking them to put the cheapest ones on. When I left, I realized one of the wipers wasn’t wiping correctly. I went back the next day and again, the staff was very welcoming and took me right in. They ended up putting on the best quality wipers because they couldn’t get the cheap ones to work correctly and they didn’t even charge me the difference. The gentlemen that work here are SO NICE. I will go back here for my oil changes and all my inspections and car needs.

Id become so used to mediocre (i.e., jiffy lube) that I had not taken my head out of the sand for a decade. I got tired of the mediocre and discovered this great business. Professional with clear degree of competence with great rates clearly listed. A must switch for Cary folks...This business is a hidden jewel at the corner of Penny and Kildaire near the ACE Hardware store/Wendys.

The same old place where my car has been getting its service done over the past four years. As a student, I would actually drive from Greensboro back to Cary for every oil change service along with their recommended switches in auto parts. Employees are leaving and coming but the same honesty remains. This is my 5th year with them, the only car service shop I went to after I have purchased my vehicle.Yall are amazing!

Took my car in for a second opinion. The staff were fast and friendly plus save me a ton of money. Another local shop quoted me $500 for repairs that was not needed.

I came in to get an inspection and Richard was great. He and the rest of the staff not only got me in and out in minutes but they also found and fixed a vacuum leak in seconds. Did a little searching around and found this was the best price in the area. Expected a long wait just from that, but it was the fastest service Ive gotten anywhere. The staff were very professional and the waiting area was clean. They didnt try to upsell me stuff that I didnt need, but they did notice the services I already knew I needed soon. They quoted me a price much lower than the last place that recommended it (way earlier than needed). Ill be returning here for all my regular service.

Ive been going to this location for years with several vehicles. I like the clean waiting room and restroom. They are great at communicating what I need for my cars. They are not a cheap oil change - but they have Mobil Synthetic which is the best for my cars. They are fast, courteous and do not over-explain my cars needs to me-like other shops do. They get to the point and have pricing posted so no surprises. They typically stock part my cars need. I trust them with my cars.

Quick inspection and prior to going into the waiting area I was informed that the area was sanitized every half an hour. This info made me comfortable to wait inside of the building. I appreciated their precautions during this uncertain time due to Covid.

Great place! I had to check my Transmission Fluid and took my Kia Forte to this place, they were very kind and attentive to me and my car, the car was fine and just needed about a quarter of a gallon to fill up the transmission, since it was such a quick job and not a lot of liquid needed they did not charge me for the service which was exceptional! Would definitely recommend!

I brought my car here for an inspection, at recommendation of a friend. Steven greeted me at the door and got things moving immediately. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, professional and kind. The lobby is clean and well kept. I will definitely be coming back.

I do most of the work on my 1973 original Corvette myself. I replaced the front brake calipers, rotors and pads. I cannot bleed the brakes myself. I don’t entrust my car to many. I brought it there for a complete brake bleed. They included the backs which did need a flush. I would recommend them and will returning with my “normal use” cars for oil change etc.

Cary location had me in and out in 15 min, last 5 was sharing life experiences with the manager (Steven). I was in a hurry, drove up (no appointment), was greeted by the Manager, and the service was started immediately. 10 minutes later, my car was parked outside ready to go. Great service, good personnel, fast and friendly. First time anyone has ever changed oil and filter in any of my cars, except for me. Definitely return.

I received a notification of 5% oil life left on my vehicle. With everything going on, I was afraid things weren’t going to be open and was afraid to have someone in my car. However, I happened to drive by and saw they were open. Everyone was friendly, professional and so QUICK! They made sure to provide all my options while still social distancing and even provided me what to expect at my next visit with my car due to mileage. Anthony even took the time to explain why I would need the additional items next visit. I appreciate how quick everyone was, the price was right and I felt comfortable with driving off without having to Lysol my whole car down.

The guys here have always been honest and it’s always been an even better experience than expected. Drove up and staff immediately took care of us. Went right to work and oil change was performed in record time. But most of all, they didn’t have any recommendations. I keep my cars in good shape with fluids and filter changes but don’t have a lift to get the cars high enough to change my own oil. It’s not a problem with my truck or taller cars but just take the wife’s car in somewhere to avoid the hassle. What I hate the most about a lot of places is when they tell me I need air filter when I know I just changed it. These guys looked at everything and said they had no recommendations which means they are honest. I would definitely recommend especially for someone who is not a car person!

DO NOT take your Mini Cooper here!!!!!! I thought I had found a reliable service station until a couple things happened. I had thousands of miles until my next oil change and my oil light came on. I was surprised and found it strange, so I took my car back to this location to have it checked out. After looking at my car, I was told by a frantic employee that “I had no oil left as my car was burning oil, this is a very serious issue, I need a consumption test performed by the dealership, etc.” I was shocked and scared! I did as was recommended and took my car to a repair shop that had good reviews/ history with minis. 20 minutes pass and the mechanic comes out with a smile on his face. He said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car, no burning oil, and that the people who changed my oil had forgotten to place the drainage plug back in my oil pan, so oil was just falling out! I left the repair shop with some fresh oil and no repair charges. I’ve never written a review in my life, but felt compelled to because I don’t want a car owner to experience the same stress that I did!Ps - I called Fast Lube Plus before coming the first time (2019) and was assured they are experienced in working with mini coopers.
