We can’t begin to say enough good things about our local Sprouts! Love that they always carry just about everything we need and are able to tackle the weekly shopping list as a one-stop shop. Their produce is always extra fresh and their meat section is always well stocked. Not much you can find to complain about with this neighborhood staple and just extremely grateful to have it within a 5 min drive of our house!

This Sprouts is good location. All items are fresh and the store is clean. I was able to find everything on my list, even some of the hard to find items. The bakery is nice with lots of yummy items to choose from. I recommend shopping here if you havent tried it yet.

I love shopping here. The prices are so good for people that have gluten or dairy allergies. They run weekly sales and I can always pay normal prices for the specialty foods I need. I like to think of it as an affordable alternative to whole foods. They also have a pretty wide selection of snack foods, desserts, and other packaged foods that are hard to find gluten and dairy free.

The best place for health foods. I found organic beet juice and acai berry juice yaay😁

Sprouts almost always has what Im looking for, the products are high quality, and service is friendly! On my last trip, an employee went above and beyond to search the store for something I was looking for (a very random item...not surprised they didnt have it). I really appreciated his help!

Maria was super quick and friendly. This place is always my go to farmers market.Check out lanes could be separated instead of having two registers opened right next to each other causing congestion, and confusion for customers on who’s next in line.I also wish they stocked more of this stuff, I grabbed the last one off the shelf and asked a team member if they had any more. Sadly she came back and said they were out. No biggie, I’ll definitely be coming back👍

I gotta say, I love everything about this location except the freshness of the produce. I like buying organic but time and time again, the produce has flies all over them and it’s rotting. Buying non organic is fine, but I would really like to be able to stay true to the bigger picture of buying organic.

I recently saw a video on TikTok about the sandwiches that are made to order at Sprouts. I’ve been going to this location but never paid attention to the deli. I was so excited to try these sandwiches out because that video went viral. I went to the deli counter to order and the ladies that take your order are very rude. When I asked how I could order a sandwich the lady gave me an ugly look and sighed. I wanted to order three sandwiches since it was lunch time for me and my friends. The lady at the deli seemed annoyed because I ordered more than one. I tried not to let that bother me and waited for my order. I thought that maybe she was having a bad day. I went back again this week and a different lady took my order. She was also annoyed that I ordered the sandwiches. It just seems like they really hate to make them or get bothered if you ask for something. If that’s the case why have a huge board in your store that offers them?

I will forever love this location. I just wish they would stock up on organic juice

Probably the freshest produce I have come across but expensive and not good for doing a big grocery run.

Linda is helpful and nice. I enjoyed the new pit craft turkey and muenster cheese. They were busy at the time and she was eager to assist my family. I think Linda has great customer service.

My favorite place to buy all supplements needed to stay healthy..very knowledgeable staff if any questions, lots of Non GMO and organic items and produce!

The store is clean, well organized, and stocks many products that are unique and hard to find elsewhere.

I was disappointed with this store. I bought organic milk from here on 3/11/2021. Unfortunately, I didn’t check expiry date until I fell sick. This milk expired on 2/22/2021 and was still on their shelf, 17 days post expiry. Clearly shows lack of diligence. I will not return to this store.

We usually love this place. Always have the best produce, seafood, everything really, and usually have really friendly people!Only reason it’s not 5 stars is my wife went in today to grab a couple of salmon filets and the guy was extremely rude! Guess he didn’t know how to do his job so when my wife asked for a couple of 8oz filets he got mad at her, so she just took whatever he cut and left. Now I’ve got way too much salmon for the evening...

I provided my own bag but had to bag my own groceries, and was over charged on item. Its not because the store is busy. I was the only one in line. Another worker even dropped by to talk.

A small store with tons of great food!

This location is very bright and clean with really friendly staff. They typically have a good selection and good weekly sales. I love their seasonal products but they sell out pretty fast. A pretty good selection for each dietary need including vegan selections. Highly recommend using the app as well.

Someone in the produce department, possibly the manager, or at least somebody there early on a weekend morning, is CLUELESS about customer service, and will actually antagonize you unwittingly (or maybe he knows, who knows)

Had a wonderful experience in the store and loved the friendly atmosphere and clean store. But I witnessed an employee that was absolutely disrespected ethnically by one of the managers that I had a problem with before “Milton” he was completely unprofessional in front of customers and to the employee he was oblivious with. The employee did a fabulous job and had terrific energy and even though he was wearing a mask I always saw his smile!

A bit pricey and didnt really have the selection I was looking for.

OMG, I was very surprised by the lack of compassion or even allowing me to talk when asking questions when I called at 810am this morning. I understand, all of us are going through a rough time with the adverse weather conditions, but at least allow your customers to complete their sentence and not assume what I would say. Very surprised by the rudeness.

Hello Sir,I bought gala Apples yesterday. Because of my courosity, I washed it with hot water and packed in my lunch box for today. I was shocked by seeing wax all over the apples. I have pictures and if I could upload here I would but I dont see any upload option. Everyone please be careful. We dont want to have anything else during this pandemic situation. I shop at Sprouts for fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and seafood. These items are quality and at reasonable prices. Although not a full stocked store for canned and dry items I do like Sprouts for what it offers.

Always pretty happy with the store and Carrollton. I like how the bulk food is done and I hope it stays like that forever so the children and people are not sticking their hands into the bulk bins The meat is always good the produce is greatBut I don’t like to see is cashiers wearing the same gloves over and over and over. Handling cash and then handling my produce with the same gloves is not very sanitary.I would rather see bare hands that occasionally sanitizeI love that you have an entrance and an exit and all your carts are still being sanitized that’s awesome!But the dirty gloves really need to go. Gloves carry a lot of bacteria and viruses more so than hands do. My clerk had on latex gloves that were obviously a little bit too big for her she’s counting change and handling dollar bills then she’s handling my zucchini and peaches and what not but those same hands with those same gloves and them finger styling her her long hair, ready for the next customer.None the less. It’s still my to go store!

A moving experience.

The staff at this store are miserable. Very poor level of customer service. No smile, no enthusiasm, not cheerful. Now allowing people in 5 minutes before the stated closing time. I contacted the regional manager about these issues about 8 months ago. I am going to call him again today.I will use other Sprout locations in future.

I did not choose Sprouts store pickup to be taken advantage of and being pond off on your rotting pears. There are open holes and fingernail punctures on three of the pears. I am discussed that Sprouts Carrollton employees think that giving any customer these rotting pears is acceptable. This seriously makes me question your ability to handle food sanitation.

My family and I shop at sprouts at least once per week. We have bought the white chocolate clusters in the bulk area. Not only has the price increased the quality has declined significantly! The new chocolates are darker and waxier that they used to be. The quality of the new white chocolate clusters are poor and the taste is disgusting. Sprouts mixes the old and mew substitute white chocolate clusters and still charges $9.99 per lb. We are very disappointed in the new substitutes and I cant believe other customers have not noticed the decline in the quality of these expensive treats!! Customers beware of the darker and waxier new version. Unsatisfied customer.

After several years of shopping at sprouts, today was my last time entering a sprouts store, after I got kicked out of their store, because my special needs child didnt wear a mask. He cannot technically put a mask on his face!! Who is the jer.. that came up with a policy of forcing masks on toddlers, and even worse on disabled humans.Shame on you Sprouts. Never again.

The head cashier Jessica is very rude. Very rude to her co workers very rude to customers. Not sure why you have her working for sprouts if she constantly treats everybody as if they are below her. Next time i go over there and she even looks at me I’m telling her something. I tried to keep my composure but she is making it real hard for me to.

This is my familys default store for fruits/veggies. The employees here a re so friendly and understanding with my kids. The store has a great selection of fruits & veggies as well as bulk items (nuts, grains, chocolate, etc.). They also have a great rain check policy, so even if they run out of items during a sale, you can still get the items later at the sale price.

I would like to echo the comments of Alexis Bailey. The store itself has some great items. However, there is a Bernie Sanders - looking employee who behaves in a totally unacceptable manner.I was waiting in line with my hand-held cart. This old man abruptly gets in my space and grabs my hand-held cart. I thought he was going to open a new cash register for me so I didnt say anything. However, what he did was toss my items onto the conveyor belt and told me (with an expressionless face and without so much as saying Excuse me) to take my keys and smart phone. Then he takes the empty hand-held cart with him and opens cash register for another customer.Seriously? The Bernie Sanders-look alike couldnt wait for me to get to the front of the line and remove my items from the cart myself? It wasnt like they were in need of more hand held carts.This employee, whoever he is, should not be dealing with the public. He not only has no sense, he has no manners either.

My favorite grocery store! They have great deals on produce, nice cashiers, and you are noticed as you walk around and asked if help is needed. If you have any keto, Paleo, low carb, orcor eatingn for baking or cooking Sprouts sells great materials for both cooking and baking.

Sprouts always has great fresh and organic produce options. I get 90% of my produce, all my deli meats, and much of our uncooked meats here.They also have a huge selection of organic foods, gluten free, and loads of healthy stuff Im not trendy enough to know about yet.I quite like the selection of breads they have, their baked goods are higher quality than other grocery store bakeries Ive tried.They usually dont run out of stock for our staples, unless theres a sale (meats go FAST on sale). We get a few organic items (look up the dirty dozen) but if they ever run out they usually still have regular non-organic so we dont have to go without until our next big shop.I havent been impressed with their coffee yet, but Ill keep trying it - they put out samples in the morning and usually have some left in the afternoon/evening, though its often bitter/burnt by that point.The staff at this sprouts are always really friendly & helpful, and I recognize many of them because theyve been there a long time and are always pleasant to deal with.As an added bonus:I live nearby and try to ride my bike as often as I can when I need groceries. They have a bike rack closer to the door than any parking spaces, its well lit and out of the way of most foot traffic. So its really easy to take your time locking/unlocking and loading up my bike.I dont see many people use it, but Im really glad its there.Not only is much the food healthy, the store physically accommodates a healthy, active lifestyle.Ive lived closer to 2 other sprouts and shopped at each for more than a year, this one on Hebron is definitely my favorite.Its really a lot nicer than the one in Richardson and the ones Ive used in Dallas.

Nice place. They have great produce and in some cases at good prices. In general, the place is at higher end of prices but thats perhaps also because of the quality sourcing and organic options. Staff is great. I read one of the review with amazing customer service and certainly believe that. Their bakery section is amazing and weve never ever come out of it empty. Great options (apple pie and croissants, definitely try it) and good quality.

I used the website to order a meal for Thanksgiving. I did this days ahead of time to insure that the items would be available. The day of delivery came and I was in for some disturbing news. First, no one in the store even knew what the item was that I ordered (turkey breast meal) in spite of it being an item for sale on the website. Second, none of the items had been reserved which, to me, is the whole point of having pre-orders in the first place. Third, every single item that I ordered was out of stock and being replaced with items that were not going to make the Thanksgiving meal me and my son were so looking forward to. I had to cancel the whole order so I wouldnt be paying for things I didnt want. So now Im left scrambling to salvage whats left of my Thanksgiving.

We shop frequently at Sprouts and on almost every Wednesday because they have that day as double ad day so everything from the current and the expiring ads are at the advertised prices. We like it that they usually have free small bags of ice in their ice chest so you can keep the items cold on the way home. Its good crunching ice to nibble and for drinks at home...

First time I had been here, and I liked it. I now know that I dont have to drive all the way to Plano for Whole Foods and Central Market for a lot of goods. However, they didnt have the bulk item choices that those stores offer. Its nice to have a more local option for hippie-like foods, though.

Every time I come they are always out of produce.Veggies, fruits like bananas and ginger. The strawberries are not nice looking. They look like they are going bad.

Overpriced. Employees never look happy to be there. Went there few days ago and one of the workers just looked at me with a stale face, walked past me and didnt even greet me or ask if I needed help. Also they are not stocked well with fruits and vegetables. Limited options = higher prices. Wanted to try this store once and I did...but definitely wont again.

All Produce is Fresh and lasts much longer than the other stores. There is a big selection of produce and the prices are competitive.They also have a large selection of meats that are clearly marked if previously frozen and where it was raised and packaged. They too are priced competitively.

I come here frequently for certain dairy free and gluten free items I can’t get anywhere else close by (within 4 miles of me). They carry Miyoko’s vegan cream cheese, NadaMoo vegan ice cream, Little Northern Bakehouse gluten free bread, and Nelly’s candy bars just to name a few!

Went into this Sprouts location this morning right before 11am. The cashier to the far left was extremely rude to me and another customer. Our items were separated by a gap because we were unable to see the dividers. When he scanned an item onto the other customers transaction we both said that wasn’t hers. He then picked up a divider and said this is what these are for to divide so it doesn’t mix things up. I’m not dumb and know what they are for. Then the customer said we are both just humans and he rolled his eyes and didn’t speak a word to either of us. This is my first time at this location and will be my last. This was uncalled for.

This has been my primary grocery store for a few years now (used to be near to the one on Legacy and Coit). Its a great store for quality fresh produce at cheap prices and bulk staples (which is essentially what they specialize in).The selection at Sprouts stores has never been the largest and availability for some items is understandably limited at times depending on delivery schedules, so sometimes I supplement by shopping at other stores or getting creative with alternatives, but this store has met the vast majority of my everyday needs.As in nearly every store, the sales clerks can be hit or miss, but for the most part over the years that Ive come here, they have been at least polite and often fairly friendly.

Best place to find affortable produces !

I came down with a bad case of food poisoning after eating at the salad bar here this weekend. I work at a hospital and have eaten at their salad bar almost daily for years without any problems, so its not a weak stomach issue. In fact, Ive never had food poisoning before. This bout came with nausea, diarrhea and projectile vomiting that was so bad I almost went to urgent care. I called Sprouts the very next day to inform them so immediate steps could be taken to correct the possible culprit, and out of concern for others getting sick. I was told the store manager or deli manager would call me back, but no one has called me yet. At minimum, I thought they would have at least asked me over the phone what exactly I ate from the salad bar, what time I came in etc. but they didnt. I truly expected more urgency in a reply along with a sincere apology due to the nature of the matter. Extremely disappointing as I have mostly enjoyed shopping here otherwise.

Last Friday morning I went to buy some corn and I asked a guy named John and he was the manager. I asked him where the fresh corn was and he gave me an attitude and he was so rude towards me. I need you guys to take care of this. That will be the last time Ill be shopping at Sprouts there.

The cashier was way too slow. Great fresh food dont get me wrong but the cashier never once apologized or acknowledge the fact that people were in her lane. The cashier was on the phone doing a stock check I believe one the employees said they were out of the item either way she was on the phone way too long. My items were on her counter I decided to put them back in my shopping cart and again the cashier just ignored me didnt apologize. Shame on her. She lost some customers today. Going back to my Sprouts on marsh and forest lane way friendlier over there.

Good food a bit overprice

I left my debt card @ home but luckily I had $11 stashed in my purse! Only needed some eggs, Taco seasoning packet, and a case of Ozark Water. My total rang up $11.97. I went over my $11 but this Super Awesome Employee named Katy came to my rescue. She felt my struggle and couldnt bare the fact of having to drink the faucet water. She understood me completely! LOL Oh and not only that, before I could not find the water and she went and grabbed the case for me from the back of the store. This is like the Best Customer Service Experience Ive had in a very long time! Thanks again Katy for your AWESOMENESS!!! Will definitely be coming to this location again. With my debt card of course..... lol

I shop here for the organic soaps and shampoo but I always leave there feeling dirtier than I went in. For some reason, it always feels wet and fishy. The cashiers have the personality of a stale milk dud, if they even speak to you.

Let me start off by saying this is hands down THE WORST STORE in their organization. To start off, Head Cashier, Jessica was extremely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNHELPFUL, to say the least. I called with an issue and she was non stop trying to overtalk me, told me that i didnt need to speak with a manager, despite asking her several times, told me she was in charge (she is not at all) and then when i finally got her to listen to me, i asked again to speak to a manager, she said fine and put me on hold with a tremendous amount of attitude.I got manager Kevin on the phone, and here we go again with the HORRIBLE customer service they have! Kevin explained to me that Jessica wasnt in charge of anything, she was just a cashier. Hahaha cashier thinks she runs the store. Anyways, I explained my issue to Kevin. My issue is that my family had used Instacart (app on phone) to get our groceries this past sunday. The app, the receipt in the app, and the instacart runner all confirmed that this was the exact store they went to. Kevin called me a liar, stating that his Sprouts location DOES NOT support Instacart and then proceeded to call me a liar for accusing his store of any wrongdoing.My issue i called about was to inform the store that i had bought a bag of string cheese with the date of 5/23/19 on each one, turns out it was molding inside the package.But neither person i spoke with cared at all, JESSICA and KEVIN (manager) could care less and insinuated that i was a liar.I will be taking this to corporate and will be speaking with my attorney on how they work their store over there and the level of customer service (nonexistent), along with selling moldy food to consumers.This is ridiculous on all levels. To be called a liar, to get the attitude i was given over the phone, crazy how he is a so called manager or why JESSICA thinks she runs anything over there.Fyi, head cashier is just a cashier, nothing special at all.

An excellent selection of produce, but in staying with the farmers market name you cant always get the best quality inn that selection. Excellent place for dietary foods too.

Prices keep going up and quality stays the same... Fair. I am waiting on Trader Joes to come to the neighborhood. They would shut down Sprouts in weeks.
