Great place. I love their deli rood and bread selection.

I was shopping for Instacart for a shop-only order. The woman that was working in the order staging area was really beyond rude. After I shopped i asked about the labels for the order because I wasnt able to produce a label for the order. I was told that I should learn how to do my job and that it wasnt her problem. She then told me she would ban me from the store. I am appalled at the rudeness that came from her. If she doesnt like her job, she should find another line of work that doesnt entail dealing with customers. I hope she loses her job so no one else gets treated as poorly as I did.I cant believe that a company like Albertsons would allow a person like the woman I was verbally assaulted by continue working there. She has no idea how to treat people, customers, who are basically paying her salary by shopping there. Im totally disgusted by this whole situation.

Went there for some fried chicken. Asked them to make me 8 fresh fried thighs and they happily did it. Cheaper and better tasting than most fast food chicken placed. Only took about 20 minutes but it was definitely worth the wait. I will definitely go back to Albertsons Deli next time I am wanting fried chicken 🍗. Hot, crispy, flavorful and decent sized pieces of chicken.

So this Albertsons is pretty close so I get lots of groceries here but today a friend of mine was swinging by and I asked if he would mind picking me up a chicken tender meal from the deli and when I opened it the chicken was hard and dry and the mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese were so dry it was gross. Not a great experience at all. Normally the staff is ok some are great others not so much and the deli food is usually mediocre not great but ok but today it was the worst I have ever had. If the quality of the store is going down I may shop elsewhere. Just beware of the deli meals. Thank you

Always quiet and clean with nice employees. I love the flower area, because if you ask, theyll cut the flowers you buy to fit a vase right there in the store.

I visited this location to get a sale item due to the Tom Thumb closes not have a meat cutter. When I went to the Albertsons to get the same item thats on sale I was told I would have to wait about 10 to 15 minutes and I was fine with that. After a couple minutes I stop back by and was going to ask to buy a whole loin instead. A second employee was back there now and told me my items with be out in just a couple minutes. I waited around and got the items shortly after. One of them was about half the way that I wanted and the other one was perfect. I did ask about the possibility to buy a whole loin and I was told that it is outside of the range of the value pack. Which did not make sense to me. I did not argue with that I took the item that was given and checked out. I did however call another store after leaving that said that they never heard of that policy and did not understand why it was said.What I do not understand is that Albertsons does not allow customers to buy a higher quantity of an item due to a weight restriction. Also even if buying an amount that would be close to within range after being trim down it would still possibly cost more than the sale price due to a company policy. I do understand there are some policies that are in place that dont make sense. However I dont understand how an employee has to be worried about getting in trouble for providing a customer with world-class service when the amount is more than the minimum

Usually well stocked-friendly employees at check out- sometimes difficult to find anyone to help in other areas.

This Albertsons has been open and popular since summer 1986. Has gone through three remodels or updates since. It is sty pretty busy, which is good for the folks who want fresh produce. Meaning, the faster it sells the quicker fresh fruits and veggies get on the rack. Busy stores mean fresh stuff. Nice folks work here and with multiple entrances it is easy in and out, even on a busy intersection.

Got everything we needed here I was pleasantly surprised that coming here for the first time to grab things normally bought at Walmart and was expecting the prices here to be very high but it was a more relaxed experience than Walmart and prices are the same I would come here anytime !

They have a huge sign at the door that face mask are required..at least a third of the people in the store were not wearing a face mask. The store Doesnt give a feeling they want everyone to be safe.

So my friend went to Albertsons this one looking for chips they had none of the ones we wanted.They should be prepared for anything my friend was gonna pay them $50 for a lot of chips.THEY HAD NONE they should get there ships on chips much earlier we really wanted those we were craving them.

Super friendly team. Everyone is always helpful. Kenny is always greeting customers with a warm hello and a smile. They have the BEST selection of flowers of any market I’ve been. I drive from far north Frisco for flowers and cake. They really came through for me when a birthday cake order fell through during the pandemic. I never imagined they would be able to make the cake I had a originally ordered from a private baker. Thank you Mangus, Nancy, and Nava for going out of your way for us. EXCELLENT customer service and the rare “happy to do it” attitude. You are an asset to this store.

Updated:Im glad the company changed their minds on the policy; its the right thing to do for their employees and the general public. Glad I dont need to shop elsewhere, because the Albertsons is the closest good grocery store in the area. The employees there have always been friendly and helpful and they have a good selection.Original:I used to shop here all the time, but they have decided they dont care about the safety of the public or their employees, so I wont be returning. Fine selection and prices are around average.

Have been having issues with getting my discount on the app. Sam overheard me and was the first to be able to explain to me what the issue was, took my phone number and email and said he would sync Albertsons with my Tom Thumb. Wanted to give him props for his knowledge. THANK YOU SAM. WAY TO GO.

This is my go-to store for meat and other fresh items. The store is well stocked with name brand products as well as their Signature brand. Its a very clean store and very well laid out. Just4You items in the Albertsons app offer great prices which are a good bit lower when you select the products in the app then use your phone number to log in at the register to pay for your items.

I love my Albertsons!!!! Everyone there is very friendly and professional in all departments!I love it when I can get my favorite cashier!! Clara goes above and beyond for her customers!She makes you feel like you are a special person with her friendly, positive attitude!! Clara definitely makes a difference in your shopping Experience!! Clean store, friendly and helpful folks. Their bakery makes awesome fresh breads and rolls. I mean they are truly stand-out. Some good prices and some are ridiculously higher than others like Walmart. Shop smart and you will do well.

I found all items on my list and they had a good selection of Dallas Cowboys apparel. Employees were helpful and polite. Store was nice and clean, even the bathroom!

I don’t normally shop at Albertsons because there isn’t one near me, but I was in the area. The store was so neatly organized and the selection was very good. The staff was super helpful and friendly. It might be worth my drive to come back!!

Love this store, its not the biggest but their fresh produce is some of the best. During the height of the pandemic hoarding, I was always able to find bread flour here. It was generic but it did the job perfectly. The store is clean and the staff is helpful. If you cant find what you want/need at the big stores, give this smaller store a try. You also might be surprised at what you can find.

Usha Patel, the Indian lady at the self checkout literally stares at me the whole entire time I’m checking out every time as though I’m stealing stuff. I’m African American and I feel super uncomfortable buying stuff here. She monitors literally every move I make while checking out each time. The only thing I buy here is several gallons of water. Nothing else. She acts as though I’m going to stuff a whole gallon of water in my pants and run out of the store. It’s really sad that they have people like that working there

3/4 of the checkout service is great with 1 4th there is some problem. Today my checker seemed a bit rushed (though there was no line and three my bananas in with some other goods and my muffins on their side squishing my bottom muffins.) I was rather disappointed by this service.

They are shutting down the entire west entrance to the store due to ~Covid-19~ this is so helpful to the elderly and disabled customers you blatantly have no regard for! Thank you so much not to mention just normal people that prefer to not have to walk out of thier dang way for NO Good Reason btw if you think you actually have a decent excuse to do this then post it on a sign for all to see, I dare you you would get called out 20 times a day by every customer with enough courage to tell you how ridiculous you are for doing this nonsense.

Still have not fixed the parking lot where I broke my ankle 2yrs ago. I inspect everything very carefully especially bread and produce. Not always the freshest!

Good afternoon to all. Before I start let me thank God for blessing me to live to see a brand new day which is January the 28th 2021 on this glorious Thursday the time is 5:30 p.m. its been awhile since Ive been to Albertsons and the location of Carrollton off of Josey and Jackson Street. I am in the store looking around it look very different since the last time I think they have remodeled the store but it looks very different and also they have self-checkout now. I enjoy going to Albertson they always have sales especially on the weekend. I decided to go in because I was in the neighborhood. I seen a lot of new faces I didnt see anyone that I knew from the last days. But I am satisfied I got everything that I needed in the store. My purpose I was just two going in and not spend too much time shopping at that time. Maybe I will go back and do some more shopping. A person always been one of the stores that my family love shopping at and also my friends and some church members that I know very satisfied with this store of the years that Ive been living in Carrollton. Thank you for the customer service thank you all of the staff may God continue on blessing you all in this new year 2021 :-)

Not as stocked as it should be but considering the situation it was a good trip.

Crowded entrance/exit area and frequently low on carts. Otherwise, the store probably has everything you might need.

This store is much closer to my house than Wal-Mart and much less stressful to shop at. They might not have as big of a selection but sometimes its worth it for the quick run & grab trips. Employees are almost always super helpful.

Halo It is the grossest ice cream I have ever tasted, it has a weird texture, the taste is only sugar and, greasy does not contain natural fruits, and the worst high calorie, the worst product, $ 5.00 wasted

I really like that lines at the registers are a rare occurrence here. Makes it nice to get in and out of store quick.

Worked here for about 2 months, hiring process was great, LOVE Amy, loved being a cashier, but once I moved to produce that’s when problems occurred. Produce manager Eddie has lots of anger issues, yelled and cussed a lot when frustrated, would often throw things when frustrated. will escalate to yelling at you when frustrated, unable to hold a professional conversation with his employees without getting upset. Loved my peer employees but would not recommend working under the produce manager here.

I like their set up on decorations. Enjoy looking at their flowers.

Had a fainting spell here one day due to low blood sugar and dehydration. The staff was so polite and helped me recover and get through my subsequent panic attack because I was scared and confused. This store is way out of my area, but its worth it to come out here for the amazing staff.
