If I could rate this place zero I would. PLEASE be aware. This dealership took advantage of me and my boyfriend while I was 9 months pregnant.They alleged we HAD to purchase an extended warranty for the focus we were purchasing with them or they “would not be able to sell us the vehicle.” This was in fact a lie.Additionally the horn and passenger window did not work after we had been “assured” it was just inspected, when we called the dealership for assistance, we were told no one could help us and our sales man Benny didn’t work there anymore. No assistance whatsoever on the car we had JUST purchased.Fast forward a couple of months the car needs a new transmission.. one would think hey that extended warranty you were forced to buy should cover it right ? WRONG! I actually called the warranty holder and explained how we had been coerced into buying It and the representative seemed to genuinely feel bad. He informed me all wolf pack would need to do is fill out a form and send it in. He advised to appear in person, which we did and much to our surprise Benny (who we had been told no longer worked there) appeared. Benny assured us the warranty would be cancelled first thing in the morning,.. this was two months ago.To add insult to injury as we were leaving wolf pack after hearing all of our concerns Benny asked if we would like to consider purchasing another car from him? I have never dealt with such CROOKS.Wolf pack has resorted to dodging our calls and ignoring our concerns.We were informed through PWI wolf pack made a pretty penny from that warranty we “had” to buy.We are currently looking into legal action as these people are absolute crooks. I would NEVER recommend. PLEASE BEWARE IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THIS DEALERSHIP, ABSOLUTELY HORRID EXPERIENCE
