Lou and Sam were very helpful in buying a 2009 BMW 535i. There was no pressure to buy, the financing was easy and they have always been willing to answer any questions. The day after I bought the car the check engine light came on, I called them and they were very willing to fix any problems. The repairs were made quickly and everyone at the dealership that I spoke with was polite, friendly and professional. There is always a risk involved in buying a used car but this dealer is willing to work with you.

I wanted to share my experience with Dallas Auto Direct. The real test of a company is how the handle a problem and I want to share how impressed I have been with there ability to do the right thing after an issue arose. Selling used luxury cars is a scary business parts and repairs are expensive and many older luxury cars get neglected. I found a beautiful 11 year old x5 with low miles that I purchased from Sam. The sale, pricing and ease of the transaction was refreshing. The x5 ended up having an emissions issue that BMW quoted $4000 to repair. Lou the service manager quickly gave me the option to pick a different car, explore repair options, or give my trade and down payment back. Although I was upset the vehicle had problems I felt secure and thankful that the dealership had my back. We ended up repairing the vehicle for a few hundred dollars in parts which I purchased and Lou did the labor at no charge. I am so pleased with my purchase and decision to use Dallas Auto direct. Purchase was great. DJ & Sam went out of their way to help answer questions and show us cars. No pressure and worked with us. However, the after sale follow up needs some work. Within 3 days of purchasing my Jaguar the check engine light came on - and I live 3 hours away from Dallas so I can’t just run back over there. I called twice and finally someone called me back. He said to call them back with the error code and they will take care of it. Well, I did that, left a message as no one answered the phone. Have now called 3 times and no response. And the check engine light is still on. I was even gonna buy the extended warranty, but still no response.

This is my personal experience, and it was short and bad. I originally contacted the dealership to set up an appointment to see a specific car. This was a day prior, and I went to the dealership the next day. Once I got to the dealership, the person that I originally set the appointment with didnt present themselves, and they told me that the car I was there for was just sold right before me. Now, normally I wouldnt care, but I drove 40 minutes in traffic to get there and look at the car because I was so stoked. I felt like the LEAST they couldve done was call me and tell me the car was sold, and it couldve saved me time. Instead, he proceeded to try to sell me another car without addressing the issue at hand. The customer service was bad, and that is the premise of my rating. Do better guys.Edit: So I just got a text about that same car I was looking at, and they told me that it actually didnt sell, so they asked if I would be interested. YOU HAVE GOT TK BE KIDDING ME. I went there for you to tell me the car was sold, my wife messaged the next day and you said it was sold, and now almost 3 as later you tell me its still available? Thats completely unprofessional, and I will not be spending money there ever or recommending this dealership ever. You guys need to do better, but instead, you lost a sale to a competitor. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING ANY VEHICLE HERE. I would not purchase a vehicle here. I wish I could warn anyone from buying the vehicle I was looking at here because they will likely sweep the findings from the multi-point inspection I had done under the rug. I took one of their vehicles that I was interested in to a local mechanic for a multi-point inspection...come to find out, there are numerous issues with the vehicle that they failed to point out, didnt know about, or denied when I brought it back and actually showed them. They had no integrity about the situation. These issues were all noted by a third-party mechanic shop with no skin in the game: damaged washer fluid reservoir and cap missing, missing spare tire and jack, damage to the underside of the front and side panels, evidence that portions of the vehicle had been repainted in some area (and slightly mismatched) and, perhaps worse of all, evidence of likely flooding with MILDEW on all four seatbelts and portions of interior panels. They insisted that because it wasnt on the history report, it couldnt have possibly happened...simply inaccurate and shady. Im thankful I took the vehicle for an inspection (to the tune of $120 out of my own pocket) before committing to this vehicle because it would have been a money pit. I suggest you do the same before purchasing here, or take your business elsewhere to a place that cares about the quality of the products they sell and getting their customers in reliable, honestly advertised vehicles.

I won’t be sending any of my family here I bought a car in September that stopped running completely in February and I haven’t even put 4000 miles on the vehicle. I tried calling and they have become belligerent and unprofessional with me. They have had my car since February and it’s still not repaired and they can’t even tell me what’s wrong with it I am contacting an attorney. I’ve never been offered a loaner or new vehicle even though they can’t tell me what’s wrong it’s a Bmw I’m sure it’ll cost money that I have but they have clearly shown me they don’t car about my business.

Dallas Auto Direct advertised a 2015 Cadillac in $37,990.00 I made an offer of $37,000.00 out the door. The Director indicated that he needed to look up the numbers and later called me back to agree on a final price out the the door $37,500.00. I drove 60 miles to purchase the car to find out the owner had a big argument with the sales personnel and demanded $500 down payment. I have an approved loan from my bank. The fact is that the person who offered the $37K did not wanted to sell the car with the excuse of the rims/tires and they wanted me to pay $4,000.00 more.Not a serious establishment.

Fred Oden did a phenomenal job with his prospecting on me and my car search. He worked hard not loosing an opportunity. Made sure that we both had masks on the entire purchase due to COVID 19. I was in and out and there wasnt any hassle. I came in wanting one car and came out with another. But overall. Was very pleased with my business dealings and car deal I got. I’m grateful to find this gem. They let me take the care to my own mechanic with proof of insurance in a DL. He said it was the cleanest BMW he’s seen from a dealer in years. All he recommended was preventative maintenance such as a few gaskets and new brakes. They gave me $500 service credit that I’ll use when I actually need it. What can I say, when it comes to looking for a home or car is one of the most difficult, hectic moments we may encounter. We were out since 9 am looking for a car. I came in with the intention of just looking at a car and carry on and decide at the end of the day what car I would chose. Little did I know I was up for a challenge. Not a good experience. We looked at an older Porsche Cayenne and I requested a pre-purchase inspection, which is standard in the business especially for a car in that price range and technological complexity. It was denied. They even have a car lift inhouse and I asked if I they could lift up the car so that I can check for leaks and the suspension condition. I was told NO and that the car was perfectly maintained for the sale. This did not convince me and I walked away. Not honest and convincing.

You will not find a better dealer for price, selection, and service. Found the car I love at an unbelievable price; and in a very short period of time, I was driving it home. Buyers Beware - they are a sleezy used car dealership.Worked with Ed and Sam. Ed verbally agreed to an offer, so starts the purchasing process. Ed was responsive, and assured that the car was immaculate, made us feel confident that there would be no issues. We made travel arrangements to get from Houston to Dallas. In the days leading up to us arriving to see the car, we asked Ed several times for the vehicle history but would always get told it would be in our email shortly and that he was just forgetting to send it. When we showed up, Ed was not present to show us the car, so we were handed off to Sam. We had been told the car would have been fully serviced so we could drive it off the lot in the morning - no work had been done on the car, and Sam communicated we were going to have to wait another day for that to be completed - therefore continuing to impact our travel arrangements (Strike #1). When we sat down to see the vehicle history, as we were reviewing it, we noticed that it was for a completely different car which was for a different sized motor BMW (Strike #2). When we finally saw the vehicle history for the car we were interested in, we come to find out that it was registered as a lemon and had duplicate titles (an attempt to hide the lemon label). Complete Strike #3. We knew that they held off on sending us the vehicle history due to the lemon label. We completely wasted our time and had to rearrange several aspects of our daily life to make it up to Dallas. I can not believe they had the audacity to provide an alternate vehicle report in an attempt to pull a fast one. No telling how many customers have fallen victim to their dishonest tactics.

The truck arrived and I was pleasantly suprised by the condition it was far and above what they described to me over the phone tons of aftermarket add ons that will save me several thousand dollars not having to purchase for the truck and I couldnt be more pleased by this experience. Buyer beware as this seller is not truthful and will sell you a worthless warranty that doesnt guarantee anything.If they promise you something you better get it done before you make a purchase because they lie to you about everything!Im sitting here 4 weeks after buying a car from them tbat they promised would get repaired and not even a return call!They lost future business just by lying to us.I should have known to walk away by the 2 cars we test drove previously having mechanical issues!Stay as far away from this place as you can, or you WILL REGRET IT!UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE..I have called and your owner promised to get back to me its been 2 weeks nothing so you dont plan to make it right, you just LIE!

I typically don’t write reviews but after having such a great experience with SAM I felt like it was necessary. I was shopping for a vehicle online for 4 months before I decided that the GL class Mercedes had all of the features I was looking for. I spoke to Sam over the phone and email he was very professional and friendly.When I decided to come in for a test drive, Sam listened to all of my needs and wants and never pushed me into a car like your typical sales person. Instead, he found me exactly what I wanted. He was up front, No hidden fees, no surprises, just an overall great experience. I was a little skeptical visiting this location because of I was flying to Texas from Pennsylvania. I wanted to make sure I choose the right dealer but honestly, hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car. Great job Sam and Dallas auto direct and thank youuu!

Josh and Sam were great! I drove from Oklahoma to Dallas to buy a Lexus GS350. I originally was going to look at a different car at different dealership and after a 5 hour drive I show up to a car that was not in the condition the sales person said it was. I was not happy. It was 6:30 pm on a Friday and I immediately got on the internet and found Dallas Autos Direct. I called and spoke to Sam about the Lexus they had advertised and he said they were closing in 10 minutes but he would be happy to wait for me. He said this Lexus was super nice and I explained I had heard that song and dance already and he said again it really is. We went straight there and he was not misleading at all. My née Lexus purchased right here is beautiful! Super clean and Josh and Sam took great care of me. I was able to drop my rental car off and drive my new car home!! If your looking for a nice car give these guys a call. They won’t disappoint you!! Thank you all again for staying late on a Friday evening!!

This place is a joke. Called at 9am, asking if they had a car that was on their website in stock, was told they had it there. Arrived at 930, filled out the paper work, then was told the car was already sold. Then was shown an older car with more mileage, and a broken window that they wanted to sell me for $1000 more. Then I was ignored for 20 minutes. I just ended up leaving. 2 hours wasted because the front desk doesnt know how to check their stock or theyre told to lie. Either way, I wouldnt recommend it.

To start my girlfriend and her dad spoke with Hadi about a Mercedes suv. We came from North Richland hills , not around the corner. 2nd we agreed on cash money around 11k but he wasnt at the dealership and the vehicle that he said was ready wasnt available. Wasted our time and thats bad business. If anyone ask me about this dealership I know exactly what to say!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent vehicle purchase from Dallas Auto Direct. I would hate for anyone to have to encounter what I have, when this experience is suppose to be fun and exciting. I was making an out of state purchase and was aware of the drive I was going to commit to, to purchase the vehicle of my dreams. It started with the lack of interest and time The was shown to me as a customer. I was finally connected with a sales person who Informed me daily the vehicle was in the service department and not ready and he would hate for me to drive to Texas and it not be ready. Upon many requests in asking what was wrong with the vehicle and me thinking it should public knowledge I was never told exactly but that they were replacing the MAP sensor. Weeks in, to my disappointment that sales person was no longer working there and I was directed to another sales person. I emailed to get someone to help me and was sent an email by Hadi that quoted an “out the door price” and he would honor for 48 hours. I made every attempt within the 48 hours from my end. They have emails, Text messages and phone calls as proof yet refused to honor the price. This is when I met Josh. Josh explained to me that the price went up because CORPORATE told him the tires were replaced and the battery was replaced (and the service that was done including sensors being replaced). I soon found out neither was true. From the time I purchased the vehicle there were lights on and I was told this was an easy tire sensor fix. I was willing to purchase that myself since I was now in Dallas with money in hand and an excitement of purchasing the vehicle that I was told was ready. While I was picking up the vehicle I noticed the tires were not new and Josh insisted they were. I found a piece of metal In the tire which he had removed. (I have since had to fill the tire every other day with air.) I drove the vehicle home and the next morning to much disappointment it would not start. The battery was dead. I contacted Josh and he said I could take the battery to Interstate Battery that it was new and under warranty. After driving all around town I finally found a place to replace it. They said it was not new but did have 3 months left. I thought that was the last of my problems. The check engine light came on. I had it plugged up and told it was the same sensor that DAD said they replaced. I again called Josh and was told I could schedule to bring the vehicle back since the part was under warranty. I scheduled a day and drove Back to Dallas. The office was empty, Josh was not there and nobody there knew I was coming. They did however quickly adjusted their schedules while I sat in the lobby all day to have it fixed. While I was there at least 4 people came in mad talking about the bad reputation of the “whole new crew there”. I again drove off the lot and when I got home the battery light came on believing now the system must have been cleared to show no lights while I was there. The tire shop said the tires are at least 3-4 years old and tread is 4/32nd and 9 or 10 is new. This is far from new. I do not like being lie to, mislead and feel like I am being taken advantage of. No new issues have come up, it’s all the same issues that they were aware of before they sold me the vehicle. If I was told of these Pre-existing conditions and agreed to buy it, It would be on me. I keep being reminded of extended warranty, let me remind you of integrity, morals and ethics. As a female, I feel I was discriminated against and taken advantage of. You can say I wasn’t but it’s not your feeling to feel, It’s mine. And I felt it. I will add, that my last conversation with Josh he offered to either put the money towards another vehicle or see if corporate will pay 1/2 the bill to fix what should have already been fixed. I don’t feel this is fair and the way to handle an unhappy customer. I have asked for corporates number and have not been given it as of yet. Hopefully you can avoid this headache. I hate this happened to me.

I live in plant city Florida , where all the prices for cars are to expensive I couldn’t really afford it until I met FRED from Dallas auto direct he found me a super clean reliable Honda Accord for under my budget. I ended up getting the car plus 2 years maintenance delivered to my front door step for under budget . I sent Fred a $100 gift card for my appreciation , but he sent it back and said he rather me write about my expierece online.Thank again,Fred
