My sales consultant Dalton was a sweetheart but the process to purchase a vehicle from this dealership was less than favorable. The finance manager Antone and the General Manager, Chris were personable but do not handle business well. My deal should have been super easy. I have an excellent (above 740) credit score and spent 4 hours awaiting approval. Once approved, they still asked for money down of which I was not willing to do. I shouldnt have had to. I then advised I would just finance through my credit union in which case I did. I paid cash, brought them a check. They made the mistake of putting my credit union down as a lean holder when I did a personal loan and it was a cash deal. Instead of promptly fixing the problem, they lied, said it was corrected and two weeks later I am still waiting on them to fix the title which is holding me up from registering the car in another state. They have their money and have moved on leaving me irritated and having to continuous take time of my work day to deal with this mess. I will not do business with them again.

The service department is phenomenal. Ryan is a true pleasure to work with. He keeps my vehicle on the road without pushing any unnecessary work on me. I’m thankful for that. Denver, and the rest of their team are also extremely accommodating.

After discovering they had the Grand Cherokee we wanted, we called and they brought it to us for a test drive. We bought it and they delivered it to us the next day (over an hour and a half away). By far one of the easiest, least stressful, vehicle purchases we’ve ever made. The new car manager, Bo, made everything simple. I would highly recommend Scott Evans CDJR.

The worst after the sale experiences Ive ever experienced. Before I made the purchase they were bending over backwards to answer and return calls. I agreed (my mistake) to accept the vehicle with them owing me a repair. Now I cant get a response or returned call. No professional courtesy or service after the sale.Follow up from my previous comment. I purchased my vehicle July 19. Its now October 27 and still no resolution.

My jeep broke down on a Tuesday morning and I got it towed to Scott Evans. I called Tuesday evening and Wednesday to check on it and they told me it was with the technician. I couldn’t get any information on it at all. I called Thursday and as they were asking about the jeep I heard in the background them saying that I kept calling and calling and were very rude while I was on hold and listening to them. They told me that they had driven the jeep 19 miles and were waiting for it to act up again so they could diagnose a problem. It was basically a waiting game and I had waited 3 days and had no information on it at all except being told it was with the technician. I ended up going there and getting the jeep since it was working enough for them to drive it around 19 miles. Very unhappy with how they dealt with the situation and how they treated me. I kept calling because I had no information on what was being done with my car. I will be taking my jeep to another dealership.

DO NOT GO HERE VERY SKETCHY. Called to inquire about a car and the lady on the phone said it was in their inventory and invited us to take a look. We drove an hour to get there to be greeted by a man who seemed extremely uninterested in helping us locate the vehicle. He kept shrugging his shoulders saying that it must’ve been sold. Then we called back after we left the dealership and the lady on the phone informed us the car was ACTUALLY THE OWNER’S AND THAT HE WAS OUT OF TOWN?! It was very off-putting. I would stay as far away as possible from this place.

GF brought in her Dodge Journey for 4 recalls. They only fixed 3 of the recalls and tried to charge her $240 for a leaking oil pan gasket. Whole oil pans from Dodges brand, MOPAR, cost $24 on Rockauto, so we waited to see this leak ourselves. Thankful that we did, since there was no engine or transmission oil pan leak, even after watching it for 10 minutes, driving it for 30, and watching it for another 10 while running. We will stick w Roys for our maintenance

Ive tried to wait until my dealings with Scott Evans were completely done before leaving this review. I purchased my vehicle in mid-January and am currently waiting for a refund check to be signed and mailed to me so that this chapter can finally be closed.We drove nearly 4 hours to purchase a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee because they had the specific color I was looking for. Initial sale was great and no complaints with our salesman, Preston. Everything single thing since then has been a fiasco. Had trouble getting our trade-in paid off. They texted us a copy of their check, but didnt actually mail the check. They said it was because of a turnover in their accounting office. Had to fight to get my vehicle paid off in a timely manner. Because I was out of state they had to mail paperwork to my tax collector before I could get a tag. Again, took a fight and was done at the absolute last minute. Was literally told they didnt have to abide by Florida law because they are in Georgia, which is false when they collect money (taxes) on behalf of the state of Florida. Then the taxes/tag money sent to Florida was over by almost $600. Florida advised me they would send the money back to the dealership who would issue the refund to me. Dealer held the refund for nearly a month, but cut the check as soon as I called about it. After all of my issues, cant help but to wonder if they were hoping I didnt know there was a refund. Seems coincidental they only issue my refund after I call and ask where it is. This is the check I am currently waiting to be signed and mailed.I have purchased many vehicles, both in and out of my state. Our vehicle purchase before this one was at another Jeep dealership in Georgia. I have also traded in many vehicles. I have never had the hassle and headache that this purchase caused us. It definitely was not a seamless transaction and made even worse by how hard it is to get the appropriate person on the phone. Service after the sale is severely lacking!If you buy from them, just understand it may take some hand holding to get the deal completely wrapped up.

This dealer operates utilizing Illegal and unethical practices. They sold me a used vehicle with known transmission issues. When I purchased the vehicle I asked the salesman if the car had an mechanical issues and he told me no. The next day the transmission went out and the director of the dealership has been dodging my phone calls every since. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.
