Four stars for long delivery date. Overall great people and store

We enjoyed shopping there today and actually after stopping there we went to two other stores but came back to Farmers. There was absolutely no pressure and we got a great deal on a couple of bedroom sweets.It was definitely a pleasure to do business at Farmers

Visited Farmers today and the custmer service was noe for me. I was the only custmer in the store and wasnt greeted at kak. Was it because Im Black? As I proceeded to walk, a white guy walked in and someone greeted him and walked him to the desk and still nothing was said to me. I left the store. Ive shopped here before, but I will never spend another dime. Is this behavior because of whats going on in our world today? I dont know, but customer service is everything to me.

I have had a Farmers account for years and recently bought furniture from this location. Biggest mistake I could have made. Every time I tried to make a payment by phone I got a busy signal. On the 10th of the month they started calling my references multple times. I have never missed a payment in 6 years of doing business with Farmers. Would have expected a little more consideration. I will buy furniture from my old store in Villa Rica just to get my loan out of the Carrollton store.

Great salespeople and a great selection. Very easy to work with and are always having some type of sale, so its easy to find a great deal on whatever you are looking for. I have used them for several purchases and the only complaint I have is that you cant make a payment online. I work out of town alot and its a lot of trouble to get by the store or call in and give all of my credit card info everytime.

Love shopping here everyone is so nice and right there to help soon as you walk in and answers your questions and helps you with the things you need.

The furniture is cheap made falls apart in no time and the service department is terrible will not return your calls. And if they do come out they will say be two weeks and you never see them again.

Watch your credit report!!!! They will report incorrect information and its impossible to get anyone to talk to at home office.
