Claude was excellent! They didn’t have the living room tables that I wanted in stock, so he gave me a great discount on the showroom tables that they had. He also saw me come into the store and immediate acknowledged me, and came to me when he had a chance. Claude was so friendly and knowledgeable and I really enjoy my interaction with him.

Wow, what a great experience. Hiva was professional and took great care of us. We needed an upright freezer. Hiva helped us pick out the one to fit our needs. No one likes spending money but when you have great sales people helping you, it makes the experience so much better.

This was a good visit to look at furniture. The inventory is consistently changing. The price points seem to cover several budgets and the customer rep we dealt with seemed knowledgeable and helpful. One challenge we faced was understanding what is included in the price. It took a bit of looking around and asking several questions to get a full understanding. Overall pricing structure is very basic in nature but do not assume anything is included.

We always find the best deals at American Freight and Mike was great to work with. He made sure that each out of the box item had minimal damage, everything we would need to hook it up at home, and searched for the lowest price for us!

I bought a GE dishwasher a week ago at the Carrolton store. Unfortunately it did not work after being installed. The dishes weren’t clean properly and they weren’t dry at all. When I called the store, Fernando, the manager was very nice and apologetic. He said I could come in and get a replacement. When I came to the store, he personally helped me with the exchange. Mike was extremely helpful with getting me the oven I needed. They had exactly what I needed on hand, saved over $300 from the price at Lowes for exact same model number. And not a scratch or dent on it... and fast install dates. Delivery went great. The delivery ticket had the wrong address but they found me and it also said drop off only but that is not what the salesperson that I talked to told me. I was told that they would hook up. Thankfully the delivery driver went over and above and got the old washer unhooked and the new washer hooked up. Made sure that the water was working and it was draining. I really appreciated the extra service. I will be calling the store because I was told that the machine had a years manufacturers warranty but there is no paperwork. The salesperson had my name wrong and my address wrong on the ticket. I guess I should have checked closer when I got my receipt.

Update: So Roland called and told me he was gong to make it right and to come down and they will switch it out and have it changed out free of charge. I went down there I switched out that dryer for a more expensive dryer and he said I won’t be spending any money and he kept his word. The service when I went back was great. They paid for my change out. Switched out the warranty free of charge. There is no such thing as a perfect store. But this one does right it’s wrongs and makes sure the customer is happy in the end. /////////-////// I bought a washer and dryer yesterday that was supposedly new. The washer seems fine but the dyer after it was installed is making this loud screeching noise. That is not normal if it is new. That sound is from wear and tear or something wasn’t installed right. When I called to complain they said to call the warranty place. I purchased a 3 year warranty on both yesterday. They could not find my account when I called. So then I called back and the guy was like you have said to wait 24 to 48 hours for the warranty to be active. None of that was said during purchase. I would like to be able to use my dryer but can’t. I would like someone to come and fix my problem but I feel ripped off and I feel like I’m getting the run around. I just bought a faulty dryer and I have to wait to get it fixed. I shouldn’t have these problems if it’s brand new. Save your money and go to Best Buy or something. They don’t care about their customers just your money

Had exactly the dishwasher I had found online available at the price advertised. Mike helped me out by inspecting to ensure everything was included that was supposed to be. Also did a once over to see if the was any damage and then showed me my options for extended warranty coverage. But no pressure. I was in and out with my new dishwasher in under 15 minutes.

They have a great selection. We bought a washer and a fridge. We had a bit of a concern over delivery, which is understandable as one of their guys got sick, but Roland really stepped up and took care of us. The fridge was finally delivered, but without a water filter and like I said Roland offset the cost of us getting the new filter. Then we found out later the freezer worked but the fridge part never did work right. We did have to go through some tech visits and ordered parts not showing up, but again Roland is the man! We went in and explained our challenges and we ended up with a better model fridge/freezer - Top Notch Frigidaire appliance... so, as I am always super honest in my ratings online - overall good experience here, just took some time... and if you have concerns - Roland is you go to guy. Came in here to purchase a washer and drying and this was the worst experience I have ever had. As we walked around no one ever greeted us,or acknowledged us in any way. So finally we came to the desk where two men stood. One man on the phone and the other one might as well be planting a garden, cause he had no regards to us standing right in front of them.We eventually decided to just walk out and take our money to somewhere where We could at least get a welcome to American freight . Ashley furniture or Nebraska furniture would have NEVERIf I could give this store zero stars that’s what I would do. This store is ghetto and highly not recommend, if you are able to build your furniture you would probably be better off.If you want to be treated kind or acknowledge this is not the place for you !!

Just... Wow. The selection is great, the deals are better and the service is tops. Bought a fridge online, got two emails same day. First was an order confirmation and the second was that our order was ready for pickup. They offer delivery which we declined but wish we hadnt. Professional staff, incredibly helpful, got our receipt and refrigerator loaded up in less than 10 minutes even though we were 3rd in line to load. Absolutely fantastic we will be back, likely multiple times. Went for a fridge and found a bunch of other things we are more than willing to return for. Cant beat Sears Outlet deals, which are now American Frieght deals.

In store the experience was good, helpful staff, friendly. Now they claim they tried to deliver my fridge, but the company they use wont call me back.

No hard selling or pressure, yet personnel are there to move inventory. For me its a much better experience than being one of many lost customer souls in the seas of Lowes and The Home Depot.

Make sure to inspect your item before picking up. I bought a dryer listed as open box like new. It had a dent on top and crease in front and various other dings. Even by candlelight or in a dark nightclub, it would not be described as like new.Good price though.EDIT: By the way, I did reach out to the area manager via email and did not get a response. Here is one of the out of box, like new corners Also be very careful hooking up - the grounding wire was missing as well.

Mike at Carrollton is Fabulous! 10 stars! I found 2 freezers online that I liked that were in Carrollton. that I was interested in, One sold shortly after I put it in my cart so I wanted to hurry and buy the other right away bfore it sold out. (the only one in the size I wanted that I could afford after 1 year of looking) but it wouldnt let me put in the warranty so I called and got Mike. He tried to help me with the online order but it just didnt work. I could not go to the store because I was exposed to COVID and not about to expose anyone else. I was a little overanxious because I was afraid it would sell like the other one did. Mike picked up on those feelings and got approval from the manager to take me order over the phone. They dont do that normally but he recognized a crazy woman that is somewhat computer stupid bad home situation and made quarantine day much brighter! Thanks Mike.
