Fantastic, always a great store but in the last few months it’s been even better. Everything is so fresh, the staff is so helpful and organized and it’s just a friendly place to shop. I love it.

Went there on the 20th to Order a Standing Rib Roast, Mario was very gracious and cut me up a 4 bone in rib roast from the chuck end. he french trimmed and trussed it together for me perfectly. Ill be coming here again next year. Thanks a lot Mario!

I prefer shopping here, compared to Ralphs grocery its nowhere near as busy. I like their meat selection more and the produce is superior in my opinion. The staff are friendly and get you in and out quickly.

Prices are good. Been shopping here for a while. Great meat selection/pricing. We went there for sushi as Ive been seeing it in the cooler each time I walk in. This time, my son and I went through the line and paid for sushi. The cashier had a very flat affect - maybe she was having a bad day? My son remembered something else we needed and we paid for the sushi and went to get a few other things. We went back through the same line and again, zero personality. I know they dont get paid a lot but I was shocked! And then a guy who worked there basically followed us out and watched as we walked to our car. So strange!! I dont know that Ill be going back to this location! 😣

This is one of my favorite Stater Bros. I live up the coast a ways and I came down on occasion but each time I find the store well stocked and clean, things are easy to find and the staff very friendly and its in a great location.

This was my 1st time at this location as I tend to go to the one in Escondido. The staffs were helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products they have and they were able to tell me when to come back when they get their next shipment. The managers Mariam took her time in looking up things for us and help us get what we needed.

I like their bakery cakes are tasy and well designed.

I have shopped at Ralphs near my house for 22 years, but recently have been splitting my time between them and Stater Bros. They have a few items Ralphs doesnt. Its a nice change.

Awful store. Asked 2 people who worked there to help find items. First one send me in a wild goose chase. Clearly has no idea where anything is in the store. Finally found the isle, no stock. Uughh. Just walked out wasted 20 minutes of my life.

Poor management at the deli. The store advertise fried chicken for sale. But didnt make enough. I asked if they could make some. They said 15 minutes. I went shopping while Im waiting. I come back to find out they didnt make enough and gave somebody else my chicken. Very disappointed. I wont be going back to that store.

You make me laugh Stater Bros people! First time I decided to check what do you sell. I was attracted by the building information Healthy Foods but I was heavily disappointed because you have 99.9% of GMO and unhealthy foods which means you have anti advertising into on the building which make people confused!

We recently moved to the La Costa area and this is my favorite new grocer. Travis in particular was a great help to me recently. He was able to order one of my favorite wine based Irish Cream liqueurs that isnt available in Southern Cali. Thanks so much for the help and the quick fulfillment of my special order. I am so pleased to have found this Stater Brothers store in Bressi Ranch and will be shopping here for years to come. :)

No one grocery store covers all my needs but stater Bros is close. Good produce and very good meats are why I shop here.

Hit and miss regarding customer service. I have been blown away with some excellent customer service interactions, but Ive also had my fair share of interactions with employees who could not care less and demonstrate it in the way they treat you. So its a roll of the dice to who you get when you need help.

Store is clean, reasonably priced and well stocked. If you go in the early afternoon it can get pretty crowded with occasionally long check out lines & a contested parking lot. Nonetheless, this place ranks above others.

It is an ok grocery store. It doesnt compare to Ralphs for selection, but you dont need a shoppers card here.

This is a review for the pharmacy only. Pharmacy manager James L. is overwhelmingly rude, unhelpful and simply bothered by having to take care of customers need. My review is not based on a one-time experience. Many opportunities have been afforded with disappointment. My family will be taking our pharmacy needs elsewhere.

Good place, good prices

Like every grocery shoppers, I ordered cakes and everything under the sun from the bakeries of Vons, Albersons, Ralph...etc... You named it. But I am most impressed with the Bakers within Staters Bros located in Bressi Ranch, Carlsbad. Their cakes are delicious and just about right. Their birthday cakes are perfect and exactly, if not even better than the design I gave them. They took the time to talk with me to make sure they got the details the way I wanted. My birthday guests praised the texture and the level of sweetness. I agree with their compliments, having going to many parties, and tasting countless different cakes. I ordered cakes from other high-end bakeries before, but none comes close to this one made by Stater Bros...Normally I refrain from making recommendation due to personals preference, but the bakers here deserve one from me. Try them and let me know what you think.

This is one of the worst supermarkets Ive ever been to, ever. Employees are less than helpful sometimes even mean. The lines are the longest Ive ever seen anywhere, ALL THE TIME. The deli is a joke, if you can ever find someone they are terrible to deal with and expensive. The products in the store are not organized correctly at all mismatched items everywhere. Ive even delt with the managers and they are either a product of the upper management or are creating this toxic environment, but either way cannot believe the place hasnt burnt down with them at the helm. I live very close so I tend to frequent it but 3 out of 5 times I go here I leave without purchasing anything at all, out of frustration, Trader Joes next door is great. Absolutely horrible market, never been to worse, sad because I would go here everyday if this wornt the case.

They have the worst customer service ever, and it seems to be condoned by management, because, nothing has changed in their behavior. The deli needs to replace, and hire people that want to work in the deli.

Not everything is racist. I am Asian, and I learnt not to take things so seriously or personally. Sometimes, people have good intention and they are trying to accommodate and to help. I hope you dont take it the wrong way all the time, because it will be very sad and tiresome being offended all the time. Best wishes from an immigrant to another.

Wish I lived a little closer. No B.S. with the card savings fairy tales. Here it is in a nut shell. Farmland bacon today 12ounce $2.50. Vons same product $6.59. Albertsons $7.29. Foster farms chicken breast 98 cents a pound. Vons $3.59. Albertsons $3.19. Country Pork Ribs $1.99. Vons $2.49. Albertsons $3.49. Day to Day regardless of lead or weekly specials, be it a can of soda, roll of bath tissue or meat purchase Stater has the local competition beat day in and day out. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The store is fully stocked, clean, and well maintained. Parking is more then ample. Prices in comparison to the aforementioned offer extremely good value and one doesnt feel the need to empty out the shelf with the Vaseline and cry they werent kissed upon completing the register transaction at checkout and departing the premises.

I am only rating the pharmacy here: Awful - we will never go back. Whoever Jim is, he is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked how long a prescription should take to fill, his answer was I dont know. I dont drive the truck. I ended up going to the local CVS where the pharmacy staff acted like they cared about their customers and my prescription was filled in 20 mins. As if that were not enough - I had my sons prescription filled there about a month later. The pharmacy staff gave us the incorrect amount of his antibiotic with the incorrect dosage and duration. Heres our sons pediatricians thoughts on Stater Bros. Bressi Ranch Pharmacy: Loose that guy. Consider it done.

I went into the store on Jan.07 looking for Corn Flour Patties also knows as Sopes. When my husband approached Miguel to ask him if you guys sold them he replied to We dont sell Mexican food here why dont you go to Vista. I found that very racist since you do have an Aisle in the store labeled Hispanic Food. I leave in Carlsbad and was an often shopper of Stater Bros not no more!!

Been shopping here for years.. due to bad service from Cecilia, i reduced my shopping here to only a handfull of items (shes always very rude, and her pressence is negative).. i shop for the same things everytime and am very aware with how they price things, NEVER once have I ever tried to take advantage of it. I noticed there was a sign for mix and match and 16oz rockstars, minimum 4 required, for 5 dollars.. i grabbed four and paid almost 8 dollars. Erik and Cecilia would do nothing for me except refund my money.. Both of these managers not only have the worst personality ever ( more Cecilia ) always scowling and rude..totally mono tone and un-accommodating.. not sure how they ever made it into management.. avoid this stater brothers at all costs.. Fresh Items are subpar and employee told me about a mold problem in there deli case (disgusting) to top it off u cant get basic service when they messed up.. steer clear of this location..
