Still need more real registers. Im not a big fan of self check out. I pay enough for what I get much else do the work for them.

I was able to find everything I forgot to bring from Houston. The employees were friendly and courteous.

Its Walmart. The young man who brought our order to the car was new, but he was very friendly and careful with the groceries. Very impressed with this visit.

Would actually give this Walmart 5, its extremely clean, prices are somewhat lower than other places, and their selections in Vegan and Glutten free food are great. The only reason not 5*, is when asking for help done if the employees dont seem to understand English all to well.

Typical Walmart. Low prices decent products. And the assorted off person every now and then. This location was pretty clean so that is a plus.

Wasnt too crowded. They have section for make-up separate with its own cashier. I like that as I only needed a few items. So, I got em and paid and with in a span of 15 minutes I was in & out of Wal-Mart.

Its a Walmart... it serves a purpose and I can usual get things I need there. The service is hit and miss. They have a sign that clearly says exit only for some reason isnt an actual exit. When you bring this fact to their attention you get a very insincere, surly, sarcastic reply of have a nice day and then get to walk the length of the store twice to use the other actual exit.

This has to be the worst Walmart Ive ever been in. Their restocking is terrible, & their percentage of knowledgeable people is way low. It seems when they do have someone who knows their station. Theyll move em somewhere else. If I want to get good & mad, I either go to Lowes or Walmart

Typical Walmart: lots of well-priced products, older facility, a bit grimey. No registers were open except self-service which I dont mind, but the workers who arent at the registers could be constantly cleaning the store to prevent the natural grime build-up. One worker, Jackie?), was VERY helpful.

My wife placed an online order for me. She is in another state and didnt realize there was a time difference. The very gracious and friendly and basically awesome staff got my order for me an hour early!!!Very awesome people!!

No cashiers anymore and it was ridiculous checkout took 40 mins waiting on others. It was 10pm on a Friday night. Self checkout lines and lack of employees to monitor for faster service really a turn off. Should have not been like this at all. Definitely wont be frequently visiting unless no other choice.

Shelves are always empty of basic needs, especially food and drinks for school and work! Bread is hard even the day its put out. Customer service is a joke 🤣🤣🤣🤣 if they understand what youre saying. We usually drive to Artesia or Roswell to shop. I cringe if I have to go to Carlsbad Walmart. Good luck on getting your needs met when you shop!

Got what I needed and had no problems, I just hate self check out when u buy $200 or more of groceries. Need to have more cashiers available. At least for the 55 n older or so. Some if us have health issues. And its hard to pickup stuff. Its hard enough getting what we need on our own. And for pregnant women as well.

Perfect! Arranged like most of them so I know where to find what I need.

Walmart has always been my favorite place to shop. I just love seeing the different things they place out

Very nice park. There are lifeguards and they do monitor pets on the beach though I couldnt find any posted signs within 20 feet of where I parked.

Had to buy school supplies for sisters had everything I needed and more staff really helpful and polite recommend

Terrible, terrible, terrible. There was only one register open and he informed us that he was planning to close his register. We had to wait for over 30 minutes to speak to a manager and all they could tell me was that were short handed. They did not have anyone else who could work the registers. They pretty much told us we could use the self check out even though are cart was full.. I will never go to that Walmart ever again.

As of 8/20/2021, super glad they had gluten free Great Value branded snacks that I havent seen back home in Vegas.What wasnt cool is the maskless greeter with the stack of complimentary masks and hand sanitizer.So many people maskless in the store, coughing, who already looked one foot in the grave who definitely couldnt afford a stay in the hospital should they get sick.

Good ol wal mart order online and skip all the lines!

Since the Walmart in Hobbs is like entering a 3rd world country, we travel the 1.5 hr drive to Carlsbad when we absolutely need to hit up a Walmart. the one in Carlsbad is clean & well organized, no piles of junk in the middle of the main isles.

Great place besides there were no shopping carts when I got there

This is probably the most friendly Walmart Ive ever visited in my life, they went above and beyond to exchange a belt for me without any hassle it was a defect somebody tried to repair it and they simply exchanged it for a belt of my choice same fit Form and Function and price. So far every person Ive interacted with there that works there has been very friendly knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Had been slacking at one point I remember me and my girlfriend had to wait like 4 hours for our stuff but recently its improved alot.

Very poor air conditioning. Too hot to shop there.

Very few cashiers, Walmart needs to hire more staff and pay them well, I dont like to use self checkout.

Is Walmart can be sometimes hit and miss Ive had great experiences here and Ive had a world of experiences here but lately it seems like management has clean things up and experiences of mostly been on the positive side I would love to edit my review in the future again as Ive given them four out of five stars but being a stable at Walmart is even though its a national and I think even global chain its a really easy to spend money here because the prices are so good unfortunately youre giving that money to globalist company but hey man this is America.

There are never carts available inside the store yet there are employees just standing around, talking 😠

I drove 1.25hrs to get groceries and for some reason I chose this Walmart over Albertsons. It didnt take us getting to the front door before remembering why. No carts inside the door, WAY understaffed, way understocked, and once again, WAY understaffed. I will not be returning.

It is my experience that the quality of a Wal-Mart - its cleanliness, customer service, and the atmosphere - is decidedly superior, when they are the only department store in town. This town is no exception.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy area when you pick up medicine. This short chubby young girl had a hotrible attitude she works on the pharmacy. They really need to get people that can be nice . another lady had to step up cause this gitl was being so rude..

The store was perfectly fine, but as I was sleeping in the RV section for the night the constant loud music until midnight was unpleasant.

Weird old lady working the register said I had a nice rack. But then I almost had a heart attack.

There were no shopping carts. None available. We spoke to 4 employees THAT COULD CARE LESS!!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would like to say just how wonderful the young lady working customer service in the front of the store this evening is! She has only been working for Walmart for 10 months and she is only 20 years old. I cannot remember her name, but she was truly a cheerful, positive and energetic young lady and very professional at the same time. She made my dreaded trip to Walmart for propane an actual pleasant trip for once. Thank You... We need a lot more employees just like her! And... Im sure she needs a Raise. She definitely deserves one! ... Hint.. Hint

Fast service and well stocked

Employees do a minimal reminder to people to wear a mask at the door, but give up immediately. Inside this store, about 50% of people were maskless. It was at its worst in the fresh food aisles, where you will be taking home fruit and veg that have been exposed to these people all day. The staff are found throughout the store, but not a single customer was reminded to put their mask back on. Thanks to all those trashy people keeping up the Walmart stereotypes. God bless and God help all those who do follow safety precautions.

Not a flagship store. With all the diesel trucks in the area they dont stock DEF??? Food prices are higher than any other Walmart I visit. The employee at the self checkout was just a pain to deal with. Go get food from someplace else in town and visit tractor supply for your truck needs. Leave this place alone.

Horrible experience at the Auto Center. I had one car ahead of me and it literally took them 1.5 hours to complete a simple oil change. I watched one of the techs working on my truck, step outside and talk on her phone for about 20 minutes. Ill never go back.

Just another wal mart. 500 registers and two cashiers. On a good note I forgot a bag at self checkout that had a 70 dollar phone card in it. After they checked the cameras I was given another phone card free of charge. I was very pleased to say the least. I used the last of my cash to get it to talk to my son in Texas. Very thankful

This store is NOT a supercenter, its smaller and has smaller isles to shop. CLOSEST, Supercenter is in Hobbs NM, Or Artesia NM.

This walmart has a very friendly staff and a fairly well stocked store. Its not hard to get help in here when you need it

What masks, what pandemic, what virus? From a previous loss prevention/asset protection managers perspective, the lawn and garden area was truly a bulk thief potential dream come true. In stock items was pretty good, thankfully.
