Ive always taken my car here, it is where my dad always took his vehicles before he past. One time on an oil change the stripped my bolt and oil was everywhere i didnt realize until about a month later. I had recently got brand new breaks and some how needed completely new ones about 6 months later for another $700. I also got my tires balanced one time and on my comute to work my car started shaking. I took it back and the said they didnt do it correctly and now I have uneven tread on my brand new tired and he said it will be fine it will just be loud with no compensation. Just last month I got an oil change and they didnt check my transmission fluid and I was completely out halfway to my trip to North Carolina. So they clearly never even checked it. After about 15 years Ive had enough and will not be returning. Im just thankful they didnt completely destroy my car yet

I specifically told them I wanted my back tires replaced, upon picking up my vehicle they decided to do my front tires since they were apparently bald. They never called or told me that they decided this on their own.They stated my back tires were in ‘perfect condition’. Mind you I had just taken my car in for the rear two tires due to nails in them about a month ago. (Which never fixed the leak of one tire)At that time they told me ideally I needed all new tires but my back tires really need replaced the most. So how does it go from I need to replace my rear tires to now they’re in perfect condition?I also asked them to check my brake pads, my brakes squeal now when breaking. Immediately told me they’re in perfect condition.Never going back.

I liked it because at appointment time my car was in there and the job was started. The price was reasonable.

Things went very well. I needed a tire replaced asap. Rick the manager was able to get the tire the next day. They squeezed me in a 2 pm appointment and had me in and out within a hour and I was on my way.

I was visiting family as I lived 4 states away. Near the end of my journey the front left brake developed a terrible grinding sound.I contacted my family in Canton for advice. My sister told me about the fair reasonable charges, sound knowledge, and quality work from the Goodyear Store at Canton Southgate.The Manager said that he was several men short. I noted a significant line of customers. It was also a Saturday.Manager said they would do there best.Shortly before closing the same day he called and said my repair was complete !!!Hurrah. They had busted rears and handled all of us ahead of schedule.Didnt think we still had this level of service yet today.It is my hope that home office and many customers read this honest review.God BlessDavid F Kame

Great customer service and great prices

The guy at the desk treated me like I didn’t have common sense. He also didnt understand that my 2019 JEEP Trailhawk has individual tire pressure sensors. He tried to tell me if could be any tire making my low tire light come on. That is not the case with my vehicle. Rude and acted like he did me a favor getting my car in when I had called the day before. Won’t go back, multiple woman have had the same experience. No thank you!!

I live in Michigan and was traveling to Florida my car broke down in the middle of the night. We had the car towed to tire source and continued on with our vacation. I was able to do everything over the phone and they were able to fix the car. Scott was excellent he took time out of his holiday weekend to return the car to us late Saturday night. The worker behind the counter was very rude. Also they were unable to do my alignment due to the big tires on my truck. I took the truck there to make the appointment 3 days prior. You would think they couldve told me that then instead of wasting my time.

My tire pressure sensor went off and I needed it looked at and fast. Tire Source was able to look at it the same day, figured out the problem and repaired the tire in a very short amount of time. They are awesome!!

My wifes car had a screw in one of the tires. She took it to Tire Source. They removed the screw, and the tire didnt leak. They didnt charge her anything and sent her on her way. A pleasant experience.

Recently switched to Canton South Tiresource from a different auto care group. So far great! Paid for entire new exhaust system at other garage last summer when I went in for a loose tailpipe. I just took it to Tire Source because I no longer trust the other place. It wasdetermined there was a gap between my new catalytic converter & pipe in just a few minutes. Scot referred me to a muffler shop that cleaned up the joint & welded it. Quiet again! Thanks Scot & Rick for your help.

I went in to get the tires rotated on my Prius. The personnel at the tire source store are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Manager is not overly aggressive with a sales pitch and explains the options and leaves the decision up to you. Very professional and accommodating. I had previously purchased 10 ply tires for my RV and the manager pointed out why they would not work on my RV and advised what I needed to be assured that I’d have no problems down the road. I definitely recommend this tire store for your tire needs.

I didnt give them but a days notice and they worked me in on a Saturday and did extensive front end work w/tires, oil change and alignment and had it all completed an hour before they closed. Stopped in with my company vehicle that had a nail in the tire. They squeezed me in for the repair, and changed my oil and rotated my tires while I waited. All done in about an hour and for less than $50! I was very pleased and surprised by the low price. Great job top to bottom.

Solid, quality, friendly, professional service.Purchased my tires through the Goodyear website, choose my own install date and time. Had it confirmed within an hour of scheduling.Had 4 new tires mounted and balanced on my Toyota Tunda completed in an hour.

NI thought I had a flat tire, but I had tar on my my left front tire with an accumulation of stones and other stuff on it. It took a while for the gentleman to take the tar off. They recommend that I buy a new tire. I would have to order one. When they were done, I was about half way home and my car started to shake again. When b I got home I looked at my tire again and sure enough a collection on the all that stuff was back on. The gentleman that worked there were very nice and informable.

Hard to find good honest people, even though my work order was messed up Scot, I do believe was his name, went the extra mile to ensure the job got done right when I ppint out the mess up in the work order. Which he personally wrote up. I commend this place for going the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. Hard to find people willing to admit and fix a mistake.

The Right rear wheel bearing was so loud you couldnt hear yourself thinking. Tire source got us in same day and a few hours later was done and the car is running great once again. They are very polite, thorough and try too get people in as quick as possible. Oh he called and explained price difference if Hub sensor broke or not when removing and lucky for us it did not and I really Liked he explained that and price differnece.

Everyone was very courteous and efficient. I have gone there on 3 occasions with tire trouble, and they have always worked me in.My lower rating comes from my last experience when I took my car in and had my tired patched and 12 hours later the tire was completely flat again.
