All was good for my first service, however I believe they rotated the tires, my tire pressure indicator is now on and showing both back tires as low and the front tires have a 4lb. Difference. Will be back today.

Took my Cadillac ATS in for an oil change. The dealership facility is large and very nice. Service entrance is super convenient. I pulled into the drive-through and checked in in minutes. Service tech was very courteous and efficient. I waited for the car, and 30 minutes later the car was ready to go. Check out was quick and simple. They pulled the car right outside their front door so I could get in without getting wet - it was raining at the time. This was my first time at this dealership. I will definitely go back!

I arrived at my appointment at 8:30, my vehicle sat in the mechanics shop for 4 hours before they decided to notify me that they did not have my brake pads. Because nobody looked for them, they did have them in the parts department. So after approximately 1 maybe 2pm someone finally got started on my vehicle. And close to 4 I was finally finished and leaving.

Its first class service. Staff is very friendly and the oil change didnt take that long.

SAVE YOURSELF.First, they are not competitive on price, like thousands more than other dealerships.Secondly,Service: This should be called dis service, no service, poor service, awful service, and many other adjectives to describe how horrible this place is. Now, I will not go through the multiple horrible experiences in detail. as this would be come a novel. But let me say this. They will not give you a rental car for warranty work, even if it has been multiple times for the same issue. They cannot repair things properly on the first visit. They will put you back on the road in an unsafe and not properly repaired vehicle. They do not work quickly. They communicate horribly, barely getting a return call, emails are laughably days late. When it comes to routine service, they did not rotate my tires or check tire pressure, so one could imagine what else they did not do during a service and inspection. I could go on and on, but I want to keep it as short as possible while still providing all of you some details to understand the situation and hope that all of you will STAY AWAY from this dealership.

After weeks of searching for a truck we finally found one that we loved! We took it home on Labor Day and by the time we got to our front door the The truck was making a funny sound it turned out to be something with the fan, took it back the next day only and service told us they would have to order apart and that they would call the next day when it came in. Part comes in, but before they had a chance to tell us to come get it the check engine light went on by Thursday the remote turn on in the truck stopped working. The crazy thing is they told us to take the truck home until they can figure out what is wrong with it, mind you it is a brand new truck with 31 miles and how can you find out what’s wrong with it when the truck is in our garage??? Trust me when I tell you, STAY AWAY! Don’t want anyone else to have to go through this experience

I know her and her husband bought a truck on Labor Day and brought it home and has had nothing but but problem after problem … its So sad that with everything going on in this world with covid and vehicle Shortages that a dealership like Chevrolet of Canton treats their customers the way they do! Found just the car for my daughter Hannah after looking for 3 months. Reached out to The Sales Manager Shane to inquire; he connected me with Sam. The morning we were to fly down to surprise her with the car, Sam sent me a text and asked if I wanted a bow on the car… He’s 24 years old. Of course I said yes…the kid “gets it”. Buying a vehicle is stressful but Avery made it a very pleasant experience. He was honest and upfront and did his best to get us exactly what we were looking for and comfortable with. So much to say 3 trips to your service center and nothing resolved just more problems treating my $62,000 truck with no respect paw prints and scratches all over the hood and door jam Ill be calling GMC tomorrow morning because I dont want a truck thats been torn apart 3 times for the same problem and created more. Alex in the Service department handled my warranty claim very professionally and with transparent communication. They ended up overnighting the complete transmission rebuild parts my truck needed and had it back to me in perfect working order in one week. Alex also took care of an airbag recall that I was completely unaware of. I highly recommend the Canton Chevrolet Service department!

I had to rent a car for a week while other mechanics were trying to determine the problem with my car. I had it towed to a Chevrolet in Canton and they said they would get to it by Friday. I had it towed Wednesday morning and by Wednesday afternoon they not only had an answer but also have my car repaired with a very reasonable price. I am well pleased and will totally return in the future repairs are necessary. Everyone was very nice from the first person we talked to on the phone to the mechanic that repaired the car. Very nice dealership.

My service experience was amazing. It was a nice and smooth process. Carson Woods made the whole experience much easier and a lot more helpful. I rated an 8 about recommending this dealer ship based on the fact that when I was looking around the Wednesday of the week I bought my truck, there was a man by the name Russell that apparently was the “manager” walked up to us asked if we had any questions or if we needed help and I kindly said no we are just looking. Then he proceeded with saying “this is private property took pictures of my friends and I including taking photos of our vehicles and tags for no apparent reason. I asked if there was a problem because at first I thought it was a joke and he said “no” so we stood there confused and left. Other than that I had not problem dealing with Carson as I rate my experience with him a 10/10. I will recommend this dealership but specifically send them to Carson as he gave me total confidence with my purchase.

I had an oil change and tire rotation, I assumed that would include a balancing of the tires - silly me for assuming. At 85 mph it feels like the suburban is going to fly apart. In Texas 85 is the speed limit on some roads. I will have to get tires balanced before I drive back to Woodstock.

I pulled up to the service doors a half hour before my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They took my car back for service while I was standing there checking in. I went into the customer waiting area (which was very nice and clean) and began reading as I was prepared to be there for a long while like every other service department I have been to... ever! I was there for about ten minutes and had just read a few pages in my book when they called my name and said my car was ready. Such a delight! I was on my way back home even before my scheduled appointment. Way to go, Chevrolet of Canton!

I bought my 2021 High Country sight unseen as I was bed ridden with a broken back.The folks at Chevrolet of Canton offer a fair no hassle price.All questions were answered accurately. I made an appointment with their Corvette Specialist, Rusty, for noon. I verified with him that this time would work, and was willing to move it to another time if necessary. He assured me that it was a good time and I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. I told the person at the desk that I was there and that I had an appointment. I was told that he was with another customer and would be with me shortly. Almost an hour later, I told the lady at the desk I was leaving. They had paged him numerous times in the last hour. He finally came up when I was leaving and said he was sorry but he couldnt talk to me because he had another customer, even though I had driven an hour and had an appointment. I told him all I wanted to do was get on the list to order a Corvette. He took all of my information on a little note pad and said I would be added to the list. He said he would take a screenshot of the list and text me a pic of it so I would know I was on the list. He didnt, and now I find out I am not on the list. In my opinion, this is a total lack of concern for the customer. I bought from this dealership in the past, but I will never do so again. I will also be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

Had oil change and tire rotation They had vehicle done quickly But they could have checked the pressure in the tires since when i got it back the front right only had 23PSI and a screw in it. I guess you have to put in check tire treasures when they are already rotating them.
