We had a great experience today! We were buying windshield wipers and Drew was SO helpful. Weve never had a better experience at an automotive store! He did a great job educating us on what we need and put them on our car for us. He was great! Give that man a raise.

My elderly mother stopped by this store today to purchase new wiper blades for her SUV. An employee named Jeremy offered to put the new blades on for her, which she happily agreed to. Unfortunately, Jeremy had some trouble switching the wipers out and accidentally cracked my mother’s windshield in the process. He apologized profusely and my mother, not knowing what to say or do, told him it was fine and went on her way. She called me a couple hours later telling me the story and I told her that she should go back to the store immediately and explain the situation. Upon her arrival, she was greeted by the manager who told her that Jeremy had informed him right away what had happened and he had already contacted his company insurance in case my mother would return. By the sound of things everything should be resolved in the next 24-48 hours.I would just like to give a huge kudos to both the store manager and Jeremy. Both gentlemen acted with great honesty and integrity, something that can be hard to come across nowadays. While it would have been easy to deny the story or blow my mother off, they instead rectified the situation without question or confrontation. Thank you so much for taking care of my mother and making the best out of a bad situation. Your customer forward response was extremely appreciated!

Employees don’t wear masks and are rude on top of it. Won’t go back to this one anymore. Lots of other options in this area.

They offer free used oil disposal. And showed me where in the store to pour my used oil. They were curtious, and offered to open the door for me. They asked if I needed anything else.

The guy that helped me was nice but def didnt know what he was talking about. I told him i got my AC recharged and that it didnt work he told me they probably did it wrong and convinced me to spend almost 60 on ac recharge and said this will work. Then it didnt work. He said yeah you have to take it to a mechanic... Just like i thought.

Im not one to write reviews, but on a recent battery issue the manager, Rob, went out of his way to provide a level of customer service that I thought no longer existed. Im a DIYr with little loyalty regarding where I purchase parts, but that just changed somewhat. Would recommend.

My car just happened to die in their parking lot one sunday morning due to a battery cable issue and they went above and beyond to help me fix it. From letting me borrow tools from the store to pulling tools from their own personal tool boxes to even giving me some water while I worked on that 90 some degree day. The two employees, Aaryan and DJ, were so helpful and generous that I will never go to another car parts store again.

This location does NOT install batteries when its cold out.Basically its at their own discretion. These guys were doing absolutely NOTHING else yet they didnt want to install my battery because it was cold out. Instead they will tell you to grab tools from their tool box and do it yourself. This battery is one of the EASIEST to install, but they wanted no part of it.Right as I was finishing up, one of the guys finally comes out and says I wasnt doing anything, so I figured Id come out. Well arent you a damn hero. You werent doing anything before either.Dont go to this location.

I bought a hitch lock from here, it was corroded and seized on after 9 months, it was the Fourth of July when I needed it off. They would not give me a replacement until I had cut the piece of garbage I had bought from them off myself and returned them the mangled junk (not that I really want a second one with the first worked so terribly).Anyways they insisted I would have to return home and cut it off myself then come back and return it after. Well I won’t be making two trips. I bought a replacement down the street. I’ll go to a store next time that knows how to value my time a little better.

Worst employees ever. Older car I own and asked the guy to show me how to even take out an after market Stereo. His response was simply “ I worked her too long to be going outside helping people”. If you want anyone with customer service or to come back to your store. Fire the two guys on 7/29/18 morning shift. That was worst I ever experienced.

Went to get several items for my vehicle. Found most on my own. Yet went to the counter for assistance. Dj proved most ineffective. Without even looking he stated “I don’t know”. I clearly articulated specifically what I needed. Fortunately another representative was able to recover and help me find what I needed. Whether personal or ignorance DJ needs to improve on his ability to assist customers, simply put.Update... I find it ironic that Dj can find me on Fb but can’t put effort in doing the job he is employed to do. I see criticism is motivating. I myself try to advert criticism by being proactive and mindful of what I’m doing when I’m doing it.

Pathetic service. Went to get my battery replaced and got harassed by the employee working there. When I went in, the employee refused to change my battery. He he claimed I hit his car while pulling into the lot. When I told him I wasnt aware and that even if I did we should call the cops to resolve the issue, he refused. Instead, he asked me for $20. I told him no and in return he declined to change my battery. He gave me the tools and told me that I should go change my own battery. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and respect. After going back and forth for nearly ten minutes, another employee stepped in and finally changed my battery. I will never go to the store ever again. In fact, I have told all my friends and family members to NEVER go to any Advance Auto Parts. Absolutely disgusted by your treatment.

Terrible service!!! I asked if they would run the diagnostics on my truck and the guy handed me a device and said plug it in and follow the prompts. No offer to help or interpret the findings. He wasnt doing anything else but couldnt be bothered to help a customer. Wont be back.

I just ran in to grab a headlight bulb. That doesnt sound like much, but I was promptly greeted by some down to earth gentlemen, they looked up what bulb I needed, grabbed it, I paid, and was on my way. I didnt get hounded to buy anything more, I wasnt recommended a bulb that costs 3 times as much as the normal bulbs. In and out. That shouldnt be such a noteworthy achievement for an auto parts shop but sadly, compared to their competition, it is.

Both guys were very insightful and helpful all the way to the point of coming outside to help me with the car I was working on.

Everytime I go in there Greg and Drew are very helpful. Look for those 2 guys for your best results.
