Kempthorn Motors was our last stop shopping for a CPO Mercedes as we drove up from Cleveland. It should have been our fist. We were impressed with the dealership-especially Bob Malloy who was pleasant, a no-pressure salesperson, who knew everything about the car that we purchased. He was professional, funny , honest and extremely personable. We had all the paperwork completed with Alisa within a half hour. They was no pressure about purchasing the extras - warranties, etc. One of the most seemless car buying experiences ever.

I can’t say enough good about Emily and the Kempthorn team. I met Emily at the 2020 Auto Show when I was interested in a Jaguar. She was so friendly and informative that I made a mental note of the dealership she was with. This time, my salesperson was John. What a fantastic sales person! This was my first purchase of a Mercedes.... John was so informative and knowledgeable, and incredibly patience as he shared his knowledge with me regarding all the details of the car! I’m still learning all the particulars of my new vehicle, but John has even followed up to offer further assistance should I need it! My entire process, through my first walk in the door, to me beeping goodbye out of the lot, was nothing but a wonderful and positive experience!

I purchased a vehicle from Kempthorn Mercedes back in June. I drove all the way from Cleveland. I was satisfied every step of the way! I reached out via the website, and was connected with John. I like that they offer communication via text message, as it made things much easier! I was able to ask all of my questions and get answers before I got there. Of course, I was prepared with financing, but he ensured that I completed what I could before I arrived to the dealership. When I got there, he was completely prepared. We were able to negotiate a fair deal, and because of the advance preparation we were able to get through everything relatively quickly. I am very happy with my GLE350! After we sealed the deal (the dealership was closed by this point), I was trying to figure out some of the functions before I made the drive back home. Another associate who was leaving for the day (unfortunately didnt catch his name), spent a good 20 minutes with me teaching me how to use the GPS, check oil status, etc. He didnt have to do that and I appreciated his help!Fast forward 3 months later. When I first got the vehicle, there was an issue with the tires that quite frankly, I should have mentioned that day. However, I had a lot going on and hadnt got around to it. However, I called, was connected with John, and were able to get the problem resolved, months later! Yes, I had to drive back to Canton but it was worth it - because they took care of me and then some. There was a mix up with the scheduling, but they still took care of my issue. In that regard, I couldnt be more pleased with the customer service.Id purchase from Kempthorn again - no question. It was well worth the drive. Go see John - hell take care of you!
