I had damage to the front of my car from hitting a deer. This shop had my car for 3 months! After finally receiving it back, NOTHING was done correctly! There was still a hole in the bumper under the headlight, there were 2 areas where the paint dried while it was running down the bumper, and there were still scratches on the hood where the deer hit! The grill wasn’t pushed into place and was very obviously protruding on each side. Another area was painted properly and was still bumpy and wasn’t flush with the car. The rubber piece under the bumper needed to be replaced since half of it had to be cut off after the accident due to it dragging on the ground. He didn’t even replace that. He put a partial piece on where that half was missing and overlapped it with the existing half. It was very obvious and look TERRIBLE!! When all this was pointed out all he said he’d make it right. I said that there was no way that it should’ve taken 3 months to fix the first time (you would’ve thought the car was practically totaled with him “fixing” it that long). I said that it was unacceptable for him to have it that long the second time to fix what should’ve done right the first time. Well, he’s had it for another month and it’s still not done. He’s very difficult to get in touch with. There is no voicemail to leave a message so unless you can catch him at the shop you are out of luck!
