CDE replaced my front bumper. They did excellent job. They are professional and very friendly. They provide me free ride and clean my car both outside and inside super well. I really appreciate their service with 5 stars and definitely will recommend them to friends.

I hit a deer and my car was repaired around Nov-Dec of last year.Worst paint job I have seen. Panels dont match after painted. I have a black car and every imperfection gets magnified. Although I dont work for a body shop or a master painter I detail( 1-step and 2-step paint paint correction) my cars enough to understand every car has a paint code but at the same time there are various shades from the same paint code. This body shop did not even try to match the paint or make an attempt to blend the panels( see pictures). Alignment issues with almost every panel that was repaired. It is a direct repair facility of the insurance company that paid for my repairs. It might be cost effective for the insurance company to pay this body shop compared to others since they get most of the businesses that the insurance company pushes through so I am nothing but a number to them. Had to take my car several times to adjust the alignment of panels and remove over-spray from the paint job. After a paint job there are few steps involved (i.e. denib and finesse) and I guess no one in that collision is qualified for that. I clearly remember the last time I picked up the car from that place after final touch-up I could still see isolated dust particles stuck to the clear coat which obviously no one at the shop could remove and upon asking I was told it is bird poop and was caused due to the fact that the car was sitting outside after repair was done. LOL. Also last week was the first time I turned on the air conditioner in my car and it started blowing hot air!!! Took my car again to the body shop, after diagnosis they say said everything is fine except the compressor is not kicking in maybe because from the initial impact from hitting the deer and I should take it to the dealership for additional diagnosis that will be paid for by the insurance company. After two days the dealership called and said that whoever repaired my car put the connectors in the wrong terminals!!!! This could have potentially impacted my cars ECM. This body shop is joke. I think all the good reviews I have seen so far could be from the friends and relatives of the people who work at the body shop just to get the ratings close to being near perfect or from the insurance company to get in more business through. Should give zero stars!!!!!

Will say that this is by far the best place e I’ve ever visited to have repairs done to my car. After a car accident, these guys handled everything with such care. They kept me informed of the progress the entire time and I couldn’t be happier with the end result!!!

Picked up my car. Found the chrome trim loose. The door seal barley hanging on. The black trim has bubbles where they didnt install it correctly and dirt in the paint.. mind you my car has 8k miles on it.. very disappointed. Nice people but terrible work.

I had to have my front bumper repaired after hitting some debri on the highway. CDE got my car in the following Monday and worked with my insurance to get the repairs taken care of. They were very easy and professional to work with on every level. Every person I spoke to was very nice and they kept my car at the shop until I returned from out of town, even though the repairs were completed a couple days prior. I would definitely recommend CDE and will be returning if I ever need a repair in the future. They even vacuumed and wiped down the inside of my car which was a pleasant surprise.

Amazing body shop. Was previously quoted about $1200 and a week of word to fix a small ding in my door (2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Trailhawk). CDE did it for half the price, and half the time as well. They also did an entire interior/exterior clean and detailing with my service. I am extremely impressed with the level of professionalism displayed as well as the work ethic of the entire staff.

The work done on our Honda after a collision was exceptional. The customer service was polite and professional. They communicated often about the process and progress. The work was done quickly and the quality is excellent. I highly recommend this shop.

Everyone was really great especially Rich! He went out of his way to provide great customer service! He even reached out to enterprise car rental for me multiple times to try and retrieve my rental in a timely fashion. Even when he had bad news he was professional and apologetic. They kept me up to date calling every couple of days regarding progress. I dropped my car off on Monday and it was finished and ready for pick on Friday. The car was clean and the work done was great. I’ll definitely recommend their services!

Everything was handled very quickly and professionally. To my surprise my car looked better when I picked it up then when I dropped it off. Duh... right? No, I mean the “whole” car looked better because they not only repaired the damage, but they thoroughly cleaned the interior of my car and washed and waxed the exterior.

It was difficult to find a collision shop that took Carvana’s insurance but when I called CDE they told me they would try and they kept me up to date with text messages. Everyone here is really friendly and wants to help. I would bring my vehicles here in the future. Good work, very professional, and quick.

Had my car over a month,than tried to give it back.They chipped my paint on the hood and condensation in my front head light didn’t fix everything wrong with my car. No communication from them never knew when my car was going to be done. My car still makes noise on my exhaust that they put a whole new one on. They put a brand new hood on and my hood won’t stay up now. Humm then couldn’t reach them for a week someone got COVID. Just not good experience.

I read great reviews from CDE Collision in Canton so I went with them. They washed my car, repaired the damage, and had it done in one day. Rich and the staff were wonderful. Car looks fabulous. Excellent Service! This is my second time working with the team at CDE. CLEAN facility, friendly staff and excellent work! I recently took an after market hood to be painted and installed on my Jeep Wrangler. Took them a bit of time, but they were so meticulous and just wanted to deliver me a quality result. They did! The hood was painted perfectly, they took the time to work with the aftermarket imperfections and it looks AMAZING! I definitely will be counting on their services the next time I have the need. You should as well. Oh and the price was fair and honest. Cant be more thrilled with the results.

The crew over at CDE did an amazing job with my car. The bumper needed some work after a hit-and-run, dropped the car off Monday morning and had it back by Thursday morning. Not a good place to get work done, just because your insurance tells you this is their place. Ive had to take my car back 3 times after they fixed it. Hood is crooked, doors are not even. You can hear all kinds of outside noise while driving- before it was a quiet nice ride. Not happy~

Everyone was very friendly from the start of my repair process. CDE even gave me a ride home after dropping my car off. Price was fair and got the job done quickly. My car looked perfect when I picked it up. Only issue was they put my floor mat over the gas pedal when I picked up my car, thankfully I adjusted it before getting on a main road.

I have been there twice (both GEICO referrals) and have been very pleased with their quality, level of communication and professionalism, and ease in renting a loaner. Highly recommended collision shop!

I wasnt satisfied with the finished product. The inner plastic fender had a gap between the metal fender, but I wasnt going to gripe about it. It is just a daily driver. They do not honor their lifetime repair warranty. They will find a left field excuse that caused it to weasel out of the responsibility. They are all smiles until after you sign the paper work. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I would have went to Maaco over this place, but hindsight is a worthless toy. These people are greasy. Just another injustice that consumers have to deal with.

I was sent here by Geico. They did a decent job, and were reasonably quick to complete the work. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Courteous and Professional. They also provide text updates throughout the process. They have a Geico adjuster on site, which is very convenient. They got my repairs done not only ON TIME, but AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. If you have Geico, this is a great place to get your repairs done.

My car insurance sent me to this place. CDE did a great job with paint and body work. The entire right side of our car got dented and damaged when an inattentive driver turned into it, badly enough that the metal was torn in some places. CDE apparently replaced or repaired two doors, the front fender, and at least part of the rear fender (quarterpanel?). The entire side of the car looks like new, and I cant even find any welding seams or other imperfections that would tell the replaced parts apart from the original ones. The silver metallic paint is also perfectly matched. This exceeded my expectations of what the insurance and repair shop would be able to do. Very easy paperwork too. Thanks!!

They fixed the front end of my audi: They were extremely courteous and professional and did a great job. My parts took a LONG time to arrive, but they covered the cost of my rental and were very apologetic. They communicated with me using texts every day. Great team, and will definitely use them again if i get stuck with another collision job (hope i dont).

So this was my first insurance claim experience and it went without a hitch. If you use geico, then it goes really fast since they are a gieco express center. It took me 20 minutes to drop of my car and leave in a rental (they also have a rental service on site). Rich was great to work with and worked with me to get all issues resolved. I was amazed at what they could do with the body damage I had. They also took care of a small issue for me free of charge. Everyone was professional and the customer service was excellent. My favorite part were the daily text updates letting me know the status - like your car is 50% completed and will be ready on the scheduled date. However, they failed to meet the deadline - instead they delivered it 3 days earlier than expected! I highly recommend CDE.
