Excellent service everytime. Over the course of 5 years, I’ve had 4 of my vehicles done at Hi Tech and I’ll continue to go back. All BMWs and it’s been great, quality work each time. Marcia and her team are great. The body work they do, especially with body repair and paint is impeccable, never had any issues. Their turn around time to complete the work is also great, 2 business days, max. I highly recommend them, especially if you have german luxury vehicles. The color matching for body work including the different finishes (gloss, matte, etc…) is always accurate and lasts, never had to go back after pickup. Thanks again Marcia and team!!

Family hauler had an oak tree fall on it and I decided to go with Hi Tech after reading through their 40+ positive reviews on Google. We had an extensive overhaul done to our SUV and although we suffered some extended lead times for parts (COVID) the finished product was nothing short of amazing. They worked closely with my adjuster and kept me informed along the way, allowing me to come view progress in their shop at any time. Marcia and her team are incredible with their work and I’m lucky to have selected them shortly after my unlucky situation arose. I’m hoping this review will help with the next unlucky individual’s situation/selection progress.

Repair estimates are transparent with very detailed explanation, they also provided me several free rides from/to home, and offer low-cost rental when I need. Great experience. One of our employees knocked off a tail light cover on a box truck; I brought it to Hi Tech and they caulked it back in place in a matter of minutes. They were friendly, the repair looks good, and they didnt even ask me to pay anything. Ill be going back.

After checking on many collision centers I decided to use Hi Tech. I have a 2018 Ford Edge. The car was four months old when I had an accident. The insurance company estimated the cost to be around $2,800.00. After Hi Tech checked it they found $12,000.00. Once the insurance company was notified of the difference, they approved the upgraded price. The professionalism of the entire team was amazing.When I got the car back the whole car had been detailed in and out. It was perfect.

They were great! Very friendly and had the car done when they said they would. They gave me a free loner car, which helped a lot. Marcia, the office administrator, was amazing. She dealt with the insurance people and kept me up-to-date. I got the car back sparkling clean, inside and out (way cleaner than I brought it in). Body work was flawless.

Hi Tech Collision Center provided me service that was quick, friendly, and thorough. The cost was very reasonable and did not vary from the initial estimate.They paid close attention to detail and my Camry looked great when it was done! It was thoroughly cleaned inside and out...they even removed the pine sap from the windshield!....3 months later my other vehicle was side swiped while parked at a mall. As a repeat customer at Hi Tech Collision, I knew that the workmanship and service would be top notch.Marcia was so helpful with coordinating the insurance claims and providing me with great advice.The guys in the shop did a beautiful job on my car, including thorough detailing, both inside and out!My Subaru seriously looks brand new – they even cleaned the upholstery!I would honestly never dream of going anywhere else for body work.

I did not have to worry about anything - they communicated with my insurance company, the rental car company and myself. The staff at HI-Tech is very professional. My daughters car was repaired at Hi Tech Collision after an accident. From the first phone call to picking up the vehicle the service was impeccable! The biggest surprise came when we picked the car up..........the car looked amazing! Not only was the outside of the car detailed, but the inside was as well. Have not had an accident in over 30 years and was hit by a dump truck while stopped at a stop sign causing major damage to the front of my f-150. These guys made it look like new when they finished with it. Highly recommended!

My first experience here was so good that when my car needed to be repaired again this is the only place I considered taking it! They go above and beyond to help their customers. They do a great job for a very reasonable price. My car looks brand new when ever I come back to pick it up. They even buff up some scratches and dings without even asking or charging for it. Excellent service! I can see why Jack Madden Ford recommends them. My new car got rear-ended and my insurance only looked at the bumper. When I brought my car to Hi Tech Collision Center, they did further inspection and found more damage. They worked it out with my insurance and were able to get my car as good as new.

I brought my car to HiTech after an accident. The car is a 2004 Lexus SUV. I could not be more pleased with the results. The company was very helpful and courteous, and the car was returned to me looking like a new car, basically fully detailed, inside and outside.
