Not a bad place. Very old inside, not clean at all. I actually almost got hit by a costomer.. the workers didnt even come out to check . Work wise I have a friend who had work there . He wont go back !!???????

Mark kept me informed about the condition of my car and if it was repairable . The whole staff at Advanced auto Body was wonderful. My insurance saw the car as a total loss because of engine damage but if I do have auto body repair done. Im going to Advanced auto Body.

I needed a paint job on the passenger side of my car on the overhead trim and and the back quarter panel. It was my fault and out of my own pocket. A friend reccomended Advanced.I showed Sam, a manager, that the door panel just above my door handle also had paint wearing away. Sam explained the lifetime warranty wouldnt cover specific areas where the paint had to blend in, and we worked out a deal on that area.The service desk was knowledgeable and friendly. The car was ready at the end of the following day as stated. Upon picking up the car, it was amazing how much better it looked. Its a 2010 Mazda 3 and it makes me proud to have such great work done on it. I appreciate the lifetime warranty so I know the paint will hold up.My carpet was vacuumed, as well. I left a happy customer.July 11, 2018

I cant even begin to say enough good things about Advanced Autobody. I have a 2005 Toyota Sequoia that theyve worked on numerous times. Each time has been a very pleasant experience. Their work is always above average, their costs are always reasonable, and their attention to detail is impeccable. They do the work right, they provide great service, and they do the little things that are above and beyond to make for some of the best customer service Ive ever experience.

Amazing body work. Im the type of person who knows every little nick and scratch on my car. After they were done, I couldnt tell that there had been any dame done. The paint color matched perfectly and they bake the paint on, which is a huge plus. Turn-around time was quick.I highly recommend them.

Overall I had a great experience. Bob communicated changes to the repair in a timely and professional manner. The office staff was friendly and helpful. I would have rated them 5/5 stars if the shop dust was removed from the inside of the car when I picked it up. I would highly recommend this business.

My car was involved in an accident and I went here to get the quarter panel fixed. Looks like new and they even vacuumed it out. Took 10 days. Someone elses ins. Paid so it was fine with me!

After reading all the great reviews I chose this shop to replace a bumper, repaint my roof, remove dents, order and paint a tow hitch cover and replace a windshield. From the start they were very nice and professional, they made insurance and rental car process so easy. I had several questions when I dropped off my vehicle and they wrote them down and said they would get back to me. 2 days later and no one called so I called them, they said they were short staffed because someone was on vacation and so they were really busy and thats why no call. They assured me he would call me back that afternoon, he didnt so I called again and they got him on the phone. He addressed my questions and ordered the parts I needed. When I picked up my vehicle the interior was covered in shop dust. They said they were really busy and the detail guy was most likely overwhelmed. They offered to come outside and clean it and they brought some wipes and got the obvious parts. They would have gotten 5 stars had they not provided excuses for poor customer service, the body work is beautiful from what I can see.

Great customer care

Staff was very friendly, and professional.

I paid 1900 for them to paint my hood & 1 fender silver with the middle of the hood blue. They also drilled holes for the window washer nozzles. I picked up my car scratched in one spot, cracked in another. The clear coat isnt even I can feel & see the blue raised. There are imperfections down the sides.I can see where they pulled the mask off, there are waves on the edge of the blue. The nozzles are extremely crooked like they drilled the holes blindfolded. One of them sprays beside the car. They also spray the hood & roof. Not to mention the hood sits low on one side & high on the other which took me 2 min to fix, but no one found the time to do that there, & they had my car for 5 days.

This business did a great job...great customer service...and I will highly recommend them to family and friends. Fair pricing as well!
