Took my car here after I got rear ended and wow they did a great job, cant even tell anything happened to it. They were even nice enough to vaccum the whole inside of my car for me! Would definitely recommend!Edited to add: Im pretty sure they gave my car a wash also because it looks nice & clean! They went above and beyond for me. I appreciate it so much!

This company feels that calling me out by full name, and giving a detailed account of my personal vehicle experience is appropriate. I am happy with the repairs themselves. I believe this company does good quality work. However, there is a severe lack of communication. My vehicle was there for 10 days, weekend or not. I made an appointment for my vehicle over the phone. I was told to email the estimate so that parts would be in place when my vehicle arrived. I do understand things to change, things happen, more work needs to be done, etc... But I had no idea what was going on. I was never told when I made my appointment that I would not be called until my vehicle was done. I was never given an instruction of how the process would work, even after calling twice for updates. I am not trashing the company. I am however, entitled to honestly express and rate my personal feelings of my experience.

This place treats you like family the moment you walk in the door. They were extremely helpful without being pushy or making me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Very informative and flexible. The work they did was unbelievable, I dropped my car off and it was honestly in need of a serious scrub down. When I went to pick up my vehicle I hardly recognized it, inside and out darn near spotless. The staff is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Thank you for the amazing work!

They work well with insurance companies so your vehicle is repaired in a timely manner. They offer fair pricing as well. We have never been disappointed. Hit a deer in my 2018 Corolla. They were able to get my car right in. Rental car was right on site so that was convenient. When I got my car back it was just exactly as it was before I hit the deer. All the repairs were perfect and done right the first time. I’ve seen their work before with my friends car and it was amazing how the paint was matched perfectly. I highly recommend Elite Auto Body. Terrible paint job performed on my vehicle. Gave them a chance to correct it and the problem still persists. My rear bumper was refinished and ever since the paint has been peeling and chipping behind the whee arch area where the paint the used or the prep was not done correctly causing the paint to not be able to withstand regular road driving/conditions. That is not normal wear and tear. If that were the case every car on the road would have the paint peeling and chipping after on a few months of being driven in that same area. My car is a 2011 and had zero peeling in this area up until 2017 when they first repainted it. Explain that. Also, when they called themselves correcting the problem they merely touched up the chipping and peeling with a raffle can clearcoat. The damage was still visible and the peeling has reoccurred.
