In two cases I experienced the store was not busy. On my first visit the sales rep was very helpful and spent time with me.The second time I went back there was another sales rep. She was very young and not that familiar with which products would work best for my project. Inventory not available. I left the store and went elsewhere.

The S-W staff was great and they mixed my paint with a request over the phone so my paint was ready when I arrived. Super helpful in picking out the right supplies as well. I really appreciated both of the staff members to helped us. Thanks so much, Maureen

Cecelia was a huge help, on the phone and when I arrived. She greeted me as soon as I entered, remembered me from our phone conversation, helped with paint selection/answering questions, and served me quickly and courteously.

Very Friendly staff. One guy here who is a part timer helped me make decisions and was very knowledgable about colors. People need help selecting colors. I had some idea about what colors I wanted in my home and its entire home renovation, so it was good to have someone else give their educated and informed input. The colors that would work with each other etc. Overall I am very happy with their service and I am going to buy all the paint from this store.

Because I got to the store only a few minutes before closing, Marcos was unwilling to sell me the additional gallon of paint I needed to finish my project. I was very disappointed.
