Its home depot. Overall pretty good. The self checkout guy (Cedric?) was totally awesome. Really friendly and helpful.I will say, per usual, it was craziness on Sunday. But I think thats just how it always is on the weekends, vs the contractor crowd on the weekdays that know where what they want is. But obviously that doesnt have anything to do with the store, beyond the simple recommendation to avoid weekends if you can.

Had to buy a dryer. Normally, no 5 star ratings. However, the associate had superior customer service. Asked pertinent questions and was knowledgeable about all aspects. So refreshing!

Its a huge Home Depot. This time the two people I asked for a location of items actually knew what I was talking about and knew the correct locations. Checker was quick and friendly.

The store is ok. It could use some maintenance. Its surprising that in a place that sells tools they cant tighten up the registers so they dont flop around. Instead they use rolls of paper and tape to prop it up...

I came in looking for a tiny, obscure product called a Cool Turtle, which enables U to breathe better under your mask...not only did they look it up & verify they had a box of them, but a stock clerk named Craig F. located a box, got a fork lift to bring the huge box down, and set the display up. So patient, helpful, eager to help! Kudos to Home Depot for hiring some terrific staff...checkout clerk paged Mgr for me so I could pay a compliment to Craig. Great folks, great service!!!👍👏

Our neighborhood hardware store has great employees. Sometimes they dont have specific items that you may be looking for but otherwise its a great place to shop.

Service people we dealt with were absolutely inept and frustrating. After a few mistakes were made into their system I wrote the proper info down to make sure corrections would be perfect. It was STILL wrong and had to be corrected again. STILL it was wrong!!! The service person kept us standing there for over an hour. The manager, when asked for help, was not helpful, nor did he seem to care. Delivery day, we are given hours 6am - 8pm. Really? 14 hours? When not delivered by the 13th hour, we called and threatened to cancel as Id taken off work that day. Only then was it delivered during the 14th hour. Frustrating and absolutely inept!

Very friendly and helpful staff the only downfall when visiting is after dark their parking lot is extremely dark and dangerous. Can it be made brighter and safer for your patrons and employees?

You know what your getting at home depot. Best I can say about this specific one is the parking lot is a disaster. Pulling back out onto Hamilton can backup and be annoying.

Came here trying to find a closet door track and was disappointed as all the stock they had was damaged. It seems like this location may have an issue with theft. On a related note, who steals wheels out of closet door kits? When I brought it up to an employee, they honestly responded, Management probably knows, but doesnt care to do anything about it.

I had to ask three different employees to locate a box fan. The first two had me on a wild-goose chase. The third said, Lets take a walk. There you go.Sincere thanks to that fella.

Never ever buy major appliances from Home Depot! Only buy things that you can directly pick from their shop. They use Temco delivery service which is abysmal and neither Home Depot nor Temco care enough to help the customer. I want to give 0 star rating for Home Depot appliance delivery but Google wont allow me to post unless I give at least 1. Together with Temco delivery, they screwed us on our order for Washer/Dryer. The order was delayed by 10 days only for Temco to send their people without parts for installation despite us having paid for these parts. Throughout the process, home depot phone agents kept us on hold for >30min. Temco made us sign for delivery with promise of returning with parts for installation in couple of days. But they didnt show up! Pathetic customer experience....and they ask why Amazon is replacing smaller stores!! If you care for your customers, they wont leave you.

I went in to find someone to re copy my keys and the service was ok. Then I did the self check-out and saw the line was crazy.

One return person somewhat working. Took a good 25 minutes before my turn! I was 3rd in line. The people behind me were getting upset even more irate for the line was growing and not moving at all!The employee was courteous and apologized.Then the search for the correct item to no avail!It was two trips to purchase wrong items for they do not work with my existing went to two different home depots and both were not sure why their product wont work with my adapter I needed to find a fitting for.Now off to a commercial supply place. Not a do it yourself quickie fix place with questionable standards. Sorry but 2 stars is generous. Or fair!;

One of the worst customer service in the area. It took them 2.5 hrs to place a home delivery order. The staff have no clue what they are doing..

Bad experience with Jeff over at the paint section. He was complaining about his job as he approached to help me at the window. I understand that it can get frustrating believe me Ive worked customer service for a long time. But he was grumpy and rude. Another guest approached to get a sample on a piece of wood and I could hear Jeff complaining again. Diego then handed me my paint. I wish he had helped me from the start instead.

Curbside pickup is a joke. We had to go inside to let him know we were here 30 minutes after we had checked in on their app.

The aisles are narrow and feel crowded.Once you find a employee for assistance, they are very helpful. It would be nice if there was at least one specific visible employee in each aisle to be present for customers questions.

I had a rental property near this Home Depot location so I would go there frequently and patronize them BUT NO MORE.One of the supervisors(I will look up the name and update this post!) made a disparaging remark right to my face.I recall him being fairly tall, with beards and heavy set, if these help for the time being!I never went back to this store again!!!

The two stars are primarily for close proximity to our home. Good luck finding help, especially the paint section. You’re more likely to have other customers help you than the employees. This was my wife’s experience today. I’ve had pretty decent help (especially the younger employees who aren’t like most of the older ones; ?reverse millennials). The best thing this Home Depot has going for it is the location. Good luck with getting real help. If you do get help consider it a great day and definitely buy a lottery ticket. 😉

This is one of the cleaner and better organized home depots. If you go on a weekend try to get there early.

I brought in an old can of paint that Alex (Alejandro) had to manually match because my can was a relic of the old paint match system. So mix , dry compare, and adjust. Repeat and repeat again. The dude nailed it! Alex did me a great service. Thanks

Home depot over Lowes anyday

Lines unorganized, cart on almost every isle full of merchandise to be put away and lumber area a complete mess, online pick up not able to ring up my other purchases so had to stand in a second disastrous line! The gentleman that helped me load my online order was useless.. Mind you Im in a wheelchair had to pull myself up to load my truck while he guide my large package and other stuff in to my truck. Lucky there are other home depots closer just had to pick up something there.. Some of the other employees were very helpful the only plus... Definetly will avoid this store in the future.
