Dont buy off brand products that dont come from the brand of your phone, they sell bad off brand chargers buyers beware I was one day late and they said they couldnt do anything for me but they were the ones who told me it was a good product. Bad coustomer service the worst from any t mobile branch.

After hrs of my problem with my tmobil sim card. Raul M. Was able to make my phone work. I was at the store for 2 hrs. Derick w. The manager was aware of the situation and did not assist me until I asked to speak with a manager. When asked what he will do with the situation at hand he recommends me to go to another store for a sprint simcard. In my opinion Raul M. Should be manager because Derick W. Knows nothing about customer service.

How refreshing to have T-Mobile as my new phone & data service carrier. This store is neat, clean and can boast at having a great team of employees. Albert is one of the best. He helped make changing from a carrier (which I feel had become unreliable) to a company that is service oriented, has reliable service, great plans, rates & speed along with quite a lot of giveaway goodies. Thank you T-Mobile.

My experience was terrible to say the least. Was told the wait was 5-10 minutes maximum, but we waited for 35 minutes until someone said they would be with us shortly. We made it extremely clear that we just wanted a price quote (since we couldnt find one on the website) and instantly, they were convinced theyd switch us over: we were told by Octavio, Im logging my manager off his desktop so I can get the credit for this sale. Which I find extremtly rude. We had to keep reassuring him that we werent signing that day. Then, to find the perfect plan, we told him that we dont use much data, we just want to pay less. So instead of listening to our request, he pulls up the unlimited everything plan that is about the same price were paying now. Why on earth would we switch to a carrier with less service and pay the same? So when we showed disinterest, he started talking bad about our current carrier, saying: I used to work for them, all they care about is commission...really? Seems like all T-Mobile reps care about is commission from what we heard that day. The most frustrating thing from this experience was that the entire process took well over an hour and we didnt get what we came in for. I understand its a competitive field and commission is apart of it, however, just give good customer service (by not talking about commission and putting down my carrier) and listen to what the customer has to say and youll actually get the sale. We wont be signing with T-Mobile.

After many days of trouble with my account through nobody’s fault I was contacted by Donnetha and she was a breath of fresh air. She was patient kind and extremely helpful. She made sure that every aspect of my account was looked over and corrected. After only a few hours she was able to retrieve my telephone number, my pin number and a totally new account. I believe my account was breached and she made sure I was issued my old number and a totally new account. If not for Donnetha I would not have a phone or service. In these times of trouble and worry Donnetha really worked hard to relieve my stress. I think she is one of the best people I have talk to at a mobile phone company ever. I am totally satisfied and I wanted to let Boost know!!Thank you againBella Caldara

Failure to provide Warranty phone - still waiting after 2 months.I was working with the Union Store because my phone broke 2 months ago. They initiated 3 different warranty exchanges and I have called into the store every Wednesday and visited the store every weekend. Phones never arrived.Upon my last visit, the workers could not determine if the manager did not show up or if she was off that day. After trying to reason with them for 2 hours, I went to Hamilton branch to speak to a manager. I was greeted by the Asst. Manager (Kayla) whom instructed me that all I could do was wait (I really wish I could do something, but I just really cant. Like even if I wanted to- Kaylas answer). I told her that I have been waiting for 2 months and that hasnt solved the problem. I asked to speak with her supervisor, Bobo, whom informed me that there was nothing they could do and I was going to have to wait. He certainly did not care about my situation and was annoyed that he had to deal with me. Apparently waiting for a warranty phone is the ONLY OPTION he was willing to make at the expense of an existing user.This branch, if not company, does not care about existing customers. Their only, ONLY, reason for having a store open is to endlessly add new subscribers. I can tell you, that when I was paying almost double at Verizon, they were always quick to come to any solution it took to make the customer satisfied.I have also filed a compliant with the BBB Better Bureau of Business about the breach in Warranty and waiting to hear back.

Expect to taka a while here. They can be busy. That said, Gabriel was so very helpful, and I was greeted twice within a minute after I walked in, even though all the employees were busy assisting other customers. Everyone was very friendly and they took good care of me.

The employees at this store are the Best ! They are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I would never go anywhere else! I have been to many other stores but this is the only one that I have been completely happy and satisfied with. This store is worth the visit.

Its a t-mobile store, so theres only so much variation to be seen there. All you really have to go on is convenience and skill of the employees. That said, I was impressed with my recent visit - I was helped quickly, they understood exactly what I was asking for, and got me up and running in a fairly short time. No complaints!

Friendly staff to get you all set to go on Team magenta! When I switched over from Verizon this is where I went. They were quite helpful and got me going in no time. Little to no wait time made it an especially attractive location to go to.

Walked in with hopes to upgrade to a new Samsung Galaxy s9 (broke my s8 screen and plan to give to my daughter). I walked around the store waiting for someone to acknowledge me, but after about 3-5min and a couple reps finishing with their current customers, I just walked out. Not in the mood to drop $800+ on a new device without a simple Hello or Welcome. I must look like I dont have the cash to spend today. Oh well. Their loss.

Areon is too rude, dishonest, liar....and a jerk , I bought around 3000$ phone and services ...but He was trying charge me extra for nothing!!! when I found out that he messed on my account..He started to ignore me ..and he used the bad word in our discussion.I never seen like this awful customer service in my life,I won’t back in this store again.finally I call the customer care on the phone and they care of everything quickly and nicely whiteout any problem and extra charge

Employees there do not entertain customers properly and with enthusiasm. I went there on 4/20/18 at 10 am and theyre not willing to help and displayed arrogance. Theyre not even knowledgeable on what they do, unable to answer simple questions. They dont fit in a big company and they definitely shoo away customers. You just lost 6 lines!

Left verizon for T-mobile. tmobile is so much better. The customer rep in the store was very quick and helpfull in porting my number over. It took only 10 mins. Try getting this done at verizon store within even 30 mins if you are luck.

Terrible customer service and two times I go and as they had a meeting with representatives of the mobile phone customers had to wait 10 minutes after leaving the place and they did not even keep their meeting and it is assumed that the customer is not
